my daughter and I went in to get the feet done. The pedicure was very basic and rushed . We have gone here for over a year , lately no drinks have been offered. Today the manager ran pure hot water , we both burned our feet. This experience will be the last trip to this nail salon for services. Our money will be spent somewhere that our business is appreciated. My daughter went with clear on her nails after a nasty looking polish that was all clumpy, was told Twenty more dollars for pretty and shiny. The girlfriend was moved to 3 stations for nails. Rushed through her service. Nail were rough needed filed, has dips in her nails from over grinding and polish thin and missing you can see though the polish in the sunlight. 350 a month that is going to another shop. Absolutely horrible experience today. I will NOT be back. 1- signed in but was ignored and after 2 customers were serviced before me I stepped up and finally was waited on. 2- a new person named Kevin was rude to me, insulted me, and pretended not to speak English when I told him the water was too hot. Then left me in the foot water soak for an hour. 3- thank god for a sweet lady named Thang. When I was ready to walk out, she apologized and took care of me. I have been sending friends and family to this place and a huge tipper, but will not ever return or send anyone to be treated like this. Really disappointed in this place. Never once were my nails the correct shape, tips were always angled, and just flat out not what I asked for. All my edges lifted and when I went back and asked for a full set the next time (not even complaining) I was told No they are still good. I had several nails rotting under the acrylic. UPDATE: I decided to make an update after the last TERRIBLE experience.... They "fixed" my nails with a fill, but SURPRISE SURPRISE they are lifting up from the bottom AGAIN! It's only been 5 DAYS!! Here are the excuses they've made so far... They said they gave me a discount--yes, I deserved one if they are lifting up after 11 DAYS. What kind of crap products or work are they doing?!! My friend got her set at another place and had them for 5 WEEKS with no lifting!! They should have put on a whole NEW SET for FREE instead of wasting my time fixing their crappy work and then offering a cheap $7 discount--and the discount was only offered AFTER I continued to press the issue with them!! Then they tried to mention COVID for sympathy?! I chose to spend my hard earned money with you and the nails didn't even last two full weeks!! PLUS you wasted my time even more because NOW I have to get a soak off and another full set put on! Do better work and you won't get bad reviews--PERIOD! Stop making excuses! Then they said my nail beds were short and my nails were too long! LOL!! The last nail shop I went to literally commented that they were super long, so where is this lie coming from?!! I've had longer nails in the past with NO problems...I never had an issue with nails coming off until I came here. If you made it this far...just know that you deserve better. Better service and better products from people who will acknowledge their poor work and make it right instead of trying to make excuses. I would give y'all suggestions of other places to go with better work, but at this point it's just--ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! I can't select 0 stars here but I would if I could. The stylists did not manage their time and.instead of letting us know that they didn't think they could fit us in before their next appointments, shuffled us around as they took appointments in the middle of our sessions. There was only one pattern stylist and we both had to wait to see her. They were incredibly rude. Finally, the art is not good. I don't know who did their demo nails, but their work looks nothing like their example patterns. My friend used one of their patterns and it look like a child's drawing with the wrong colors. It was THEIR pattern! I used a pattern O found online that they said they could do. After arguing with me about changing the base color to better suit my skin tone, they completely botched the pattern. I am legally blind and O could have painted this. That's not a joke. I used to paint my nails these patterns and this is what it look like! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON. I'm getting my nails fixed as we speak. read more

First and last encounter with them I'm Not a fan and wasn't even able to get my nails done! The main lady sitting at the front costumer service is terrible. When I called at 4pm on a Sun. She told me they closed at 5pm. Well I drove around for 15min trying to find them because the name on google maps and the name on the front are shop are completely different! When I called them I asked where they were located she failed to mention that so I kept driving by it. I arrive at 4:20pm and she tells me I can't be serviced today!! WHAT?!?! No. Just no. I normally do not write reviews, but this needed to be said. I am extremely unhappy with the service that I received today. I have been going to the same nail salon for almost 10 years, but needed to find something closer, as I am moving. This place is extremely understaffed - especially being Mother's Day weekend. So, let's just say that I waited for a good 30 minutes before being helped. I came in for a gel fill, and a polish change on my toes. First off, she completely butchered my nails, and they're so short, there's literally no nail, and you can see the tips of my fingers. Also, I asked her to make them very square, and she rounded the edges anyways. The color change gel polish I chose, looks nothing like what was on the bottle, and they had a horrible selection to choose from. She also rushed through my polish change, and got it on my toes, and didn't clean it up very well. (Probably due to being so understaffed.) Let's just say, I definitely will not be wasting my time, or money, to come back here. I am normally a very good tipper, but it was hard giving her a tip for how badly my nails look. I will gladly just drive back to Lee's Summit, and get taken care of properly. On the plus side...they do offer you wine. That's what the one star is for. read more

I've been 3 times now. First time, i said i wanted round nails and got square, the owner did it too, he rushed through, nails were very thick and uneven and i was so disappointed! Today, i called ahead and asked if they took off the nails for a second fill, THW OWNER said it would be 20$ all together for me to get this service. That's all the money I had plus 5$ for a tip. I got there, the counter was COVERED in dust from someone before me and they didn't clean it off or anything! I was happy with my nails, BUT they told me at the counter it was 35$!! I told the owner about our phone call and he refused to agree that he said that or even talked to me on the phone! My friend had to pay the extra 15$ AND they didn't let me spin the weel for a discount even though my total was more than 30$! I won't be going back here. I'm from out of town and brought a friend to have a girls afternoon. I got a powder dip manicure and pedicure. My nails were amazing, not too thick, perfectly shaped, and just what I wanted. They lasted for 3 weeks. That said, they took longer than it normally takes for a dip manicure. I allotted 2 hours for both and it took closer to 3. The pedicure was probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. She barely massaged my legs and left dead skin along the sides of my nails. She was very focused on her teenage daughter being there with her and talking to her. I left and within hours the polish was coming off of my toes. I've never had this happen in the 20 years I've gotten pedicures. I called and explained the situation to the manager. The manager said I could come back the following day. I explained that I was from out of town and wouldn't be there and asked for a partial refund. She then explained that since I paid cash, there was nothing that she could do. She said "If you paid by card then I could do a partial refund". I explained that they had signs in the store stating they preferred cash which is why I paid the way that I did. She simply apologized and explained I was out of luck. She even asked if I could delay leaving to come back and get them fixed. I explained that I was leaving at 6 am and could come at 5 am or not at all. Again she said "Oh that's unfortunate then we can't do anything for you." I came in today for a pedicure. I walked in there were 2 clients being serviced. They got me a chair right away. Water was a bit cooler, but they fixed that. I soaked for quite awhile about 20 mins. They worked on a client that came in after me. I was ok with it though. The massage chairs here are amazing! During the time of soaking, the pedicure bowl leaked some how. They rushed over, grabbed my purse (it's a coach-so I was worried) and set it to the chair to my side. Made sure my shoes were ok too. They got my water a bit warmer at this time too. The lady came by to start my service. I got the $40 one. They ran a special for $5 off. I am glad i did this. I wanted to make sure I had the callous remover done. They do this with a modified hand-held kitchen-aid beater with sandpaper on the bottom. It got it off quick. It was kind of weird though. I prefer the pumice stone. I feel like it gets the callous off better. The lady who I had, did amazing on the massage. Made me super relaxed. She took her time. Which I appreciate it. Being a licensed nail tech/hair stylist in 2 states, I do appreciate when its super clean, one time use. Also the customer experience was much better this time. How quickly the new wears off. They were very understaffed, they had me wait in a chair for my pedi, the water grew cold and the jets had turned off in my 30 minute wait. I got the deluxe, 3rd one down on the list that includes extra massage time. Quickest pedi I've ever had, lasted 20 mins from start to finish. I wasn't offered my complimentary drink, and after waiting 30 mins I needed one. I asked about the drink and unfortunately I couldn't understand a word she said, I'm guessing it was no since she didn't go get me one. I didn't appreciate being lightly smacked on my leg each time she wanted it in or out of the water. She wrapped a paper towel between my toes instead of the usual foam separator, and for the last kicker she didn't have me sit in the chair to let my polish dry, she put my shoes on and sent me on my way. I feel 0 guilt about not tipping, especially since when I got home my French tip is smudged. It's unfortunate, this is a nice, clean salon. read more
