Unfortunately, I have to decrease my rating. I went back to get my nails done again, and I felt that my technician was less careful. At one point, she accidentally made me bleed, but didn't really address it and just tried to play it off as if it didn't happen. I also felt like the tools hadn't been properly sanitized between customers. Her personal, clear tool box looked really dusty, as if it had nail particles inside, and she placed the tools she used on me right back inside the box without cleaning them. When I soaked off my nails a couple weeks after, I noticed a lot of damage had been done to my natural nails. There were half-moon divots where the drill had pressed too deeply into my natural nails near the cuticle. I noticed other areas of damage as well. Overall, I would not go back. read more

I was looking forward to this being my new nail salon. However, on my third visit I was met with disrespect, so I will not be returning! I went in on 5/2 needing a fill & pedicure. My pedicure was awesome per usual. A different tech was supposed to do my fill. I had already picked out my colors & she just needed to grab them off the shelf. I'm not sure what the misunderstanding was but she thought I hadn't chosen my color(s) & told me to "hurry up". Thinking I misunderstood her, I asked her to repeat it. She said "Hurry up. I'm hungry." I walked away from her to inform who I believed to be the manager of what happened & she followed me trying to "explain". The guy spoke to her briefly in their language & then told me he would get someone "nicer" to do the service. WHAT?!! He offered no apology at that time. Once the other tech was ready for me (30 minutes later), she told me it would be $5 extra for multiple colors, $5 for matte, and $5 for SHAPING...the shape that already existed on my nails! I went back to the manager & told him the least he could do because of his rude employee, inconvenience, AND failure to apologize, was remove JUST ONE of those extra fees. He THEN apologized & made up several excuses for his employee. He told me he would not and could not give me a "discount" as if I was asking out of the blue. So I left. If you plan to visit this salon, be aware that management allows their employees to treat patrons poorly with no consequences. In my three visits there, I spent almost $400. I've been coming to the same tech for years and my nails are so long! My nail tech is so talented! She has great designs around the holidays. She knows my drink order and what I want when I come in. Recommended my mom to this Salon because I had good experience's in the past. She called me crying because the nail tech she had redid her nails 3 times, but this was still the result. My mom paid $100 for this set and left unhappy with poor work. The lines were uneven, shape was wonky, and overall poor work. My mother and I are avid acrylic nail enthusiasts and rarely do not have our nails done. This is by far the worst quality set I have seen for a hot minute. They refused a refund and only asked for her to come back in to fix. Will not be doing that! I am very disappointed. read more

First, I'm visiting from out of state and they are so far behind in the times, only one person in the entire salon understood what GelX is and didn't know how to handle. They sloppily did something to my nails, which looks like a kindergarten did them. Then they bubbled and popped, causing my to go in yet again on my vacation to fix them and then I asked them to make a better fix and they refused because it would cause them a little extra work. Tried to overcharge me and make up fees that weren't listed. they say they charge for certain shape but really it's alll shapes. they charge for what they want not what is listed. Also I don't like my nails at all, there's barely a top coat And they curve down. I get being expensive but show those prices. don't try to jip people thst don't pay attention to your prices. you lost some good business , because i get my nails done every 2 weeks and up until the overcharging I was gonna come back. Not bad, but not great. Pedicure is top notch. Very keen on details and take their time making sure it's right. The pedicure lasts a very long time, which is very nice. The not so great part, I've gotten two full sets of acrylics here from two different nail techs. Both times just before fill time, at least one nail pops off and others lifted. I've been a customer with this salon before and have had a great experience; however I made an appointment a few days ago exclusivity for gel paint because I have been growing my nails out. They ended up giving me a different service and my natural nails are now gone. I ended up paying $75+ tip for a service I didn't ask for, and results I didn't want. If I knew I would have been paying that price I would have asked for something different. With that being said I also asked for nail art and the quality wasn't what I've received from them before. Let's just start with the positive, pedicure was great! Now let's shift to the bad. The nail tech I got for my gel manicure did a horrible job. She did not shape my nails until AFTER she had put the gel polish on and set polish with the LED light!! Did not ask me to wash my hands to get the residue off from shaping my nails, proceeded to put lotion on my hands to remove residue Then when I finally looked at the finished product(my gel chrome nails) some of my nails were not even shaped right! She asked what shape and I asked for square. My thumb shape was not even, some fingers didn't even get a square shape!! Last but not LEAST!!!!! It has not even been 10 hours and the gel is lifting!! WTF, like why did I just spend $100 for something that can't even last a WHOLE DAY???? Please make it make sense. I had a 1 o'clock appointment on a Sunday for a dip and pedicure. Waited approx. 40 minutes before a technician got to me. The pedicure was rushed and sloppy. My toenails did not get painted all the way. I asked the technician and showed her where they were not painted and she got upset like I was bothering her. I paid for the most expensive pedicure you can get there and it was like the lowest pedicure you can get there. My nails looked okay, other than I had to come home and shape them and buff them out because they were lumpy and wide. I went there thinking I would save time by not doing them myself because I was going out of town for a wedding and wanted them to look nice and professional. The gentleman that greeted me was very nice and checked on me a couple of times while I waited. I might give them one more try and request a different technician if I end up with the same technician. read more

I just left your Christmas party . The food and Santa was nice. Most of staff was friendly Except for the lady doing my pedicure. I heard them call her Tracy. She was nice at first but became very irritated when I had to change my color after seeing on one nail. She just left me after she was done and asked if I was ready to pay as if I couldn't. She was talking very rudely to me. My friend was there for 1st time. How embarrassing. I told her I still had to get on socks and shoes and finish eating. She left to be with someone else. She later came back while I was sitting in seat and threw an empty water bottle in the bowl while I was still seating there! I've been there a few times and appalled that service industry would treat anyone that way especially a paying customer. Im seriously thinking won't be back. i have been 2 other times and my other techs were so nice and lady in red suit was super helpful. I reached out to them but was just told they would talk to her without further resolution or discussion. New salon so maybe growing pains.
