This is probably not the best place for a large group without an appointment as it has 4 manicure chairs and 3 pedicure chairs total. BUT if you have just a few people in your group this is the place to go. They were very accommodating. She allowed us to sit in the massage chairs talking for an extra 30 minutes after we paid while they kept working on other clients manicures. She knows everyone by name when they walk in the salon and makes the place very welcoming. I have never had a bad nail day when coming here. I actually cannot count how many people compliment my nails from my patients to checkout clerks. I used to get acrylic with tips but my nails were healthy and long enough to do dip. Loved both but am now in love with the way Essnails does dip. Nobody's time should be wasted or taken advantage of. As a first-time customer, I won't be returning mainly because the front desk lady couldn't explain why no one had come to update me that Sydney was running behind with another client. I didn't expect Sydney to come tell me herself, because she was already running behind. Sydney has the best personality, and she was very gentle during my pedi. Thank you again, Sydney! It's a small thing, but it does make it less accessible or convenient to book for people with accessibility limitations, and that's the only thing that has stopped me from returning.
