Giving 2 stars for my acrylic nails was very nice. I have to give a bad review for my experience.My pedicure was so so lacking. The sugar scrub is an extra $5 but was only an extra 30sec rub of the leg. Look at the polish after 1 day, the polish came off. Why do I see the under color? I sat there 30 minutes for this to dry . Ok let's talk about the viral Vietnamese denigrate, when they talk about you in Vietnamese. People usually don't think I'm Vietnamese but that is no excuse to talk about people. I came to spend my hard earned $$ on a service that I can do myself. Beside that point there are lots of places I can go to get my nails done. I don't appreciate someone saying that I'm cheap or difficult by the way I look. This was not even a straight face expression, it was in a language that they thought I didn't understand. I work in the beauty industry as well and this place was NOT sanitary. Sad because I really liked the way my nails turned out. BUT when she was done with my nails, the lady put all the tools back in their places without cleaning and disinfecting them!! Which in turn, contaminates all the tools near the ones she used. I'm keeping a close eye on my nails now to check if any infection or fungus pops up. Cleanliness matters!!! read more

Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've ever had. Asked for acrylic nail removal with regular manicure. Not only pressured to add dip powder, Kevin ripped my finger nail cuticles to shreds all the while to try and cover it up. Very painful experience and the powder dip was super think and uneven. The owners are wonderful, but never again will I go there. read more

This is my favorite nail salon in OP. Everyone here is always kind, and they do a great job! I used to do the gel manicure, which would last 2-3 weeks, but lately I have been doing the dip, which is a bit more expensive but lasts for a month. This was my go to place for a couple of years, but I just walked out for the last time. I walked in today at 1:50 PM and asked for a pedicure. (Didn't have an appt) They promptly told me to go pick out my color and someone started the water for me. At 2:20 PM, my water was cold and still no one had started my pedicure yet. Nothing had been said to me since the moment that I walked in, no one acknowledged that I had been waiting for a while. I simply put on my shoes and told them I couldn't wait any longer and walked out. If this had been the first occasion like this, I would probably give them another try. However, this has happened before, but I was just patient and waited it out. The kicker was that I had a full set of acrylics put on about a month ago and it was the worst full set I have ever had. Very thick and wide. I like the people that work here, they are friendly, and the owners are great, but I thought it was very inconsiderate of my time today. Rude, pushy. We called to change appointment time and instead of addressing it, the guy(owner maybe?) pretended we had the wrong number and hung up on us! (Yes we called the right number and then talked to him when we arrived). I will say we did not have to wait a long time but after the pedicure they rushed us out of the chairs (I am 8 months pregnant) and asked for immediate payment with "how much tip you want to add?" then would not return my card until I signed in front of her. This is the 4-5 time I've been to this salon. All my previous experiences have been average to mediocre service, but it's close to home and usually they have availability. This last visit was the worst. The nail tech half the time was sitting talking to the girl next to her and the other half of my pedicure she was on her cell phone. She trimmed my nails, brushed the nail file back and forth once, then slid the buffer over the top of my nail once. The edges of my nails were rough. I commented and asked her to trim the nails a bit more and file them squared with rounded edges, I thought I was going to fall over from the stink eye she gave me. She did the exact same thing.... back & forth once over my nails with the file. There's way too much competition in the neighborhood to "settle" for poor service such as this. read more

I got my nails done a week ago for vacation. Four days into getting them done the gel is already starting to peel up and gets stuck on my clothes and hair while showering, ladies I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. The women working seemed to push us to get our nails gelled or dipped instead of using regular nail polish like I had originally wanted because "gel lasts longer". Well it lasted 4 days. read more

i have never written a Yelp review before but i feel the need to! i didn't complain and gave my usual high tip but this experience was not good at all. I've been getting acrylic nails and gel manicures for years. i wanted to get my acrylics off for a gel manicure. In the past my acrylics were soaked and wrapped in foil and then gently removed. Here my acrylics were simply ripped off from the bottom using an acrylic tip. This was extremely !!!!painful!!!! and caused two of my fingers to bleed and left the rest very red and sensitive. This made the filing and buffing hurt very very bad. the gel manicure that followed was confusing as I've never had 5-6 coats of each singular polish (base, color , and top coat) applied??!? Maybe I'm wrong but this seemed excessive and didn't even add anything. To top it all off the manicurist was also stabbing me with her real nails while holding my fingers to paint them. 0/10. $45 wasted. I can get over a bad manicure but this was just PAINFUL. read more

Do NOT come to this place. I had an appointment at 2:15 and when I came in they very rudely told my sister and I to go look at colors, but didn't tell us where to look. We found the polishes and since we were getting a full set of acrylics, I asked the lady working right next to the nail polishes if these were the ones to use for acrylics. She answered very very rudely and then finally gave us the gel polish after asking where it was. We sat down, and waited until almost THREE. 45 minutes later. Nothing special, but very good service, on a very busy day there. My teen daughter wants to return. This added before posting: We DID return last saturday! Very accomodating- called to make early appt. for daughter. They open at 9:30 which was tight on time for us. Owner said no problem, we'll let you in at 9:15 if you want! The woman who took care of her was so good to suggest not a full mani for her, as "younger girls don't need the cuticle work and softening"! She did a shaping and 'polish change' charge, saving me $. I have been to this nail salon two times and have not had a good experience either time. The first was to get our nails done for my brothers wedding. and the second (yesterday) my mother and I went to get our nails ready for our vacation. Both times I have requested a full set and both times they have missed the mark. I came home yesterday and took the nails off because they looked like they had already been growing out for a week and the polish job and shape was so bad. I have come to this salon many times, and never had any issues, always polite and did a nice job. However I went today and my experience was awful. I walked in and put my name in and they seated me at a station right away, I then sat there and waited 45 min before anyone came to help me. When she did help me she told me I couldn't use the color I picked, when she started on my nails she told me she needed to cut my cuticles or she couldn't paint them, however I just wanted a polish change not a manicure. She was very pushy and rude about it when I continuously said no. The rest of the time she did my nails she was just rude and I won't be going back. read more

I've been going to BeBe Nails for five years. Always have good color selection and the people that work there are really friendly.

If I could rate this less I would, just sat in a pedicure chair for 25 minutes while no one seemed to care. Water was freezing, toes wrinkled and then finally I ask if someone is coming soon and then I get the wow comment from the guy about my glitter on my toes, asking if is gel saying oh this gonna be hard to get off. It's sparkle nail polish, maybe you have never seen it before. Rude, worst customer service ever, will never go back. Great first impression, NOT!!! You suck read more

I will never go back to this place. I went in for a Pedicure and they caused an in grown toe nail. I went back the next week to see if they could straighten out the problem they had caused. I got the complete run around. Denied they caused the problem, was very rude and unconcerned about it and told to go to a podiatrist. The worst manicure I've ever gotten. They cut my fingers multiple times and made me bleed. They painted over my cuticles and underneath my nails and took out chunks of finger skin.
