I have spent roughly the past year and a half going from one nail salon to another, trying to find a mani/pedi home, so to speak. I can say I have finally found it in Natural Nails. I have now been there at least half a dozen times, so I feel comfortable in saying that it's the best nail salon I have found in this area. I do highly recommend an advance appointment because they have a very loyal clientele and the place can get busy, even with so many nail technicians on staff. I have never had a nail technician that I haven't liked, so I don't even worry about who they schedule me with. The staff is friendly and it has a true family-owned feeling where they know and take care of their repeat customers. I am super disappointed in my service at Natural Nails. I got french tips and they only spent 10 minutes on my nails and they turned out extremely messy. I asked the workers nicely to fix it up and they were rude, taking phone calls in between each nail, and once again only spent 10-15 minutes on my nails. After reading the reviews and realizing that it was the best nail salon in my area, I decided to give them a try to see if they could fit me in on a busy Saturday afternoon. The receptionist was super helpful and encouraged me to come in right away, which I did, and I was able to see a technician within minutes of arriving. Thuy (pronounced like "Toy") did my nails and was absolutely fantastic. She was sweet, careful, explained everything she was doing to my curious young daughter, and did a phenomenal job. Besides the fact that I felt very rushed (when they weren't even overly busy) and their shellac manicure is more expensive than a lot of places I've been to, I am actually pretty pleased with this place. I came in during my lunch break, which I work across the street and have never been, I had a eventful weekend and only had my lunch break to get my nails done, well I walked in asked about how long, she stated they will be right with me, I waited about 10-12 min, no biggie, so the lady gets started and before fitting the fake nail she just starts to glue the first nail she pics up once she's done I take a look and some nails were to big for my nail shape and some were too small, I tried to explain that to her and she didn't understand which can be frustrated when your trying to tell her what you don't like, anyways fast forward once she was done my nails were bumpy, she didn't fully contour the sides just terrible. Came in treat myself to a birthday shellac mani/spa pedi. It's a very clean place, with lots of nail technicians available. The place was buzzing by noon on a Saturday. I got the ultimate spa pedi, and loved the amount of care that I was given from my calves down. Gentle massaging, and I was always checked in to make sure the scrubbing wasn't too hard, or the water wasn't too hot. Shellac mani was done wonderfully as well. Loved the care that was given to me. Hint: they prefer cash only, and actually have a rewards program for clients who pay on cash. read more

This place always does such a great job, but today they solidified themselves as my favorite nail place I've ever been to. I had a chipped dip pointer finger, and they had no problem fitting me in to fix the nail. I expected to have to pay $5-$10 to get it fixed, but was pleasantly surprised when the technician said that it was free of charge. I don't need to ever find another salon, no coupon will ever "save" money because the quality just isn't the same. This is the best nail salon in JoCo. Natural Nails is ok to go to if you need a quick Mani/Pedi. Quick is what you get. I knew something was up when I called on a Saturday and they told me "no wait, come in" There was a wait, and it was the quickest most incomplete Mani/Pedi I've ever had. Gave 2 Stars because I got a Mani/Pedi even though it was not the best by far. They actually hurry you out of your seat to cram the next customer in. I've been going to Natural Nails since I was in middle school although its not my go to place anymore I've always been impressed with this salon. I was in desperate need of a gel manicure and booked an appointment here. What I've always appreciated about this salon is that they accommodate walk in appointments and the wait is never super long (but an appointment is always good too). The polish selection (very important to me) was very thorough with O.P.I.'s new Fiji Collection. Overall my manicure was quick and looks great. I'm not sure how I feel about how rushed it always feels in here, but I really do appreciate that they accommodate all the non walk ins. Personally I think they didn't use enough builder on my nails but for $25. However, I am very pleased with my nails! I do agree with other Yelpers that this salon could use a bit of an update, but its very clean! read more

This.Place.Is.Awesome! I love literally everything about Natural Nails. They have a billion different pedicure options, awesome massage chairs, different manicure options, and the BEST extra massage options out there. I mean the neck and shoulder massage is wonderful. I like their waxing as well- super cheap and seems to last longer then other places. YES the do try to upsell- but EVERY nail salon I've ever been to tries to upsell. YOU just have to be firm in what you want, and give them a hard pass or spoil yourself. I've had two different types of pedicures, a shellac manicure, lip;chin;brow wax and a regular manicure all were awesome. Some days there is no wait, some days 10 min, only once was it over 15-20 ( day before 4th of July). My only complaint is that not all their shellac colors are painted onto the faux nail boards so you can see what they look like. They are just sitting in bottles which is annoying cause I can't tell what the color will look like. But seriously.....that's it. Give Natural Nails a shot! read more

Its never a problem to get an appointment when I need to get in! The location is very peaceful and serene! This location is managed well and is very clean! Not to mention it does not smell like a Nail Shop! The staff is very friendly ... and then there is Val! Valerie is the best hands down! After reading Rosemary's review, I decided to give Natural Nails a shot. I've recently gotten into French Shellac manicures. If you have done shellac in the past, you know it needs to be done right or not at all so I was a little nervous. As soon as I walked in, I was greated by Annie and then a gentleman who started the process of removal of my current shellac/polish. He was very nice and ..um.. spoke english. Annie then took over and finished the job. I've read where salons "scrape" the old shellac off and it's painful. Not the case with Annie. She took her time and gently pushed the old off, switching from hand to hand. Then on to a little buffing and shaping. I opted to have a "cutical push and snip" instead of a full manicure (It's on their display of prices at each work station.) Annie then started the layers of shellac polish. This is where I give "4 stars" instead of "5". It really does look great but the white portion on about half of my nails looks "wrinkled". That's the best way I can explain it. Almost like it got to warm under the lights or something. It's nothing that is hugely noticable but I'm a bit of a perfectionist. Everything else looks great though. She did the lines very well and the shellac looks great on the rest of the nail. So... very clean establishment, very nice employees and owners, they took me as a walk-in, also does pedicures (didn't have one, but took a look for later...very clean and new seating), English speaking so no question to what you would like and also great to chat a little during the process, reasonable prices (just about the same as the rest) and just overall a great place to relax and get your mani/pedi. read more

Overall my mani-pedi was well done, the nail shaping isn't perfect and the massage chair was a little rough. However the cuticle triming, exfoliating, foot and hand massage, etc which are my superceding goals, were all above average. They have lots of OPI colors to choose from; I was happy with the selection. The place was clean and nice looking, a bit above average for a strip mall nail salon. The downside was the upselling, and for that reason I will try some more places before going back. Somehow my mom ended up with a $40 manicure, when the base price was $15. They were big on pushing the shellac polish with a hefty upcharge, making some fairly ridiculous claims along the way like that without it my polish would be chipped in less than 24 hours. I think Mom, who has had about 3 professional manicures in her life, believed that line. And my technician asked me if I wanted shellac at least 3 times, which was kind of annoying and felt a bit pressuring. And I feel silly for taking an upsell on a $5 service, which didn't seem to get me anything different than what I would expect in a typical pedicure service. I have gone to expensive and cheap salons, and Natural Nails has all of them beat. The staff is friendly normally and they get the job done. It isn't the most relaxing environment, as they have a high volume of costumers, but I cannot complain. I love the way my nails turn out every time and I love the price.
