This salon is all you need for nails!! I've finally found my nail home since moving here to Kansas. I have so far experienced salons with poor quality and really bad customer service! I almost wanted to give up, but I'm so happy to finally find this cute salon! If I could give more stars, I would!! Everyone in the salon is very helpful and nice, and I had my nails done here about a week ago and today I accidentally broke one off. I went in to get the nail fixed and the owner took care of me so wonderfully! She fixed my nail right away and apologized that she was on the phone and that I had to wait. Don't go here!! I'm not sure if it was my nail technician who was bad or, if the whole place is just bad, but this was THE WORST excuse for a manicure I've ever gotten!! I contacted the company through fb to get a price and to schedule an apt. Online it says if you remove fake nails and add a service it's only $5 but if you only remove nails (dip, gel, acrylic) than its $10 without a service. So I asked to remove dip nails and to do a basic manicure and got a $21 price on fb messenger. Went in for my apt today - was immediately rushed to wash my hands and sit down...well...I hadn't even picked my color yet.... So finally found a color - Sat down and the lady said it would be $26. No big deal - however I showed her my fb message that said $21 and she said since I wasn't getting dip it would be $26 ($16 for regular manicure and $10 for taking dip off) and I said no its $21 cuz of the $5 with service. So shes now arguing with me and so I decide I'm going to just leave. Well....then I was able to do it for $21 like I had originally been quoted..and it was on the pricing board and online. Was told to sit 10 min to let it dry and to put hands in front of fan so they could dry faster....but had my hands just on the counter drying - and she told me to use the fan but knew it would scrunch up my color...and of course it did. read more

I came here to get my nails done since I haven't in a long time. I used to go to this place 4-5 years ago all the time. I would go in between my breaks to get my nails done and go with friends. Today I got my nails done and I'm very disappointed. I've never left lavish nails with horrible nails. Considering I have to go to work after my appointment. I got tips with dip power French. Told the lady twice my nail is bumpy will you please smooth it out and she says "oh when I put the top clear coat it'll look less bumpy" like what...?? I even told her I used to come here all time and my nail lady was Emilee. Idk they probably will have to train their people how to properly cover the whole nail and how to smooth it how. Didn't clean under my nails..didn't put lotion like other nail salons. I'm very disappointed. Made an appointment for Tuesday morning with a different nail salon. I usually go to Plaza Nails but since the move I was looking for a new nail shop. I got the basic pedicure with regular polish and dip fingernails without the manicure. The basic pedicure was great and Coo (I believe was her name) was very good and meticulous. I especially liked how she gave a pretty decent leg massage unlike Plaza Nails. They seem to teach everyone to go back with nail polish remover to remove excess polish. As far as dip nails, I'm very particular and I won't return for dip nails. While the tech, Tammy, was very nice and I enjoyed her company it was all poor technique. The predip polish was under my nails and on my cuticles so the dip powder would of course stick to it. I needed to peel off the finished dip from under my nails. The nails were filed square oval asymmetrically and multiple nails were cut at varying lengths (I pointed it out prior to the polish and even filed my finger myself). Tammy also did not file down the thick dip powder enough after application so now it looks like I have thick acrylic nails (not my preference). I will be getting my nails redone at Plaza Nails, definitely worth the drive. Cost: $25 basic pedicure, $35 dip nails (not including manicure) read more

I was actually impressed with this nail shop. I went in about 1.5 hours before they closed, and they were packed...however, they were able to get me in. I went for a pedicure and dip. I told the nail tech that I possibly needed to get my nails soaked off during my pedicure, but she honestly didn't pay me any kind. The basic pedicure was affordable and worth getting. It was time for dip polish, and another lady did my nails. She seemed surprised that I had acrylic nails and needed to soak them off...which would take a long time. It was around 5pm at this time, and they closed at 6pm. So I had to sit there for a good 20 minutes or so to get the acrylic nails off. This is what I tried to avoid by telling the other tech who completely ignored me. Destiny, the tech who did my nails, was very thorough and did great work. I enjoyed her conversation as well. The prices here are very affordable, which I appreciate. I'll be trying them again! read more

Updating this review- I use this location as a back up to my regular. And in the past received decent services but the last time I was there I decided to get tips done as my nails were still recovering and growing out. I had to explain what I wanted several times. I had to refuse dip several times. (No means no folks) AND the girl basically 'sanded' off my cuticles while she was smoothing my nails with that electric sander thing. Omg it was super painful. I thought the first time it happened she would get the hint when I cursed and yanked my hand back but this happened several times. The other stuff I can deal with but that was a deal breaker. My daughter had dipped powder nails done. The tech didn't even bother to clean up her fingers, told her she could do that herself. By the time she made it home the top coat was peeling off. We called the next day and made an appointment to have the nails fixed. They left us waiting for 24 minutes while they continued to start nails on people who arrived after us. I would certainly think an unhappy customer who is having to make a second trip to the salon to fix a problem would have a little higher priority. I made an appointment for a pedicure and full set pink and white ombré nails. Towards the end of my pedicure I realized I'd been there an hour and no one had started my nails and all techs were busy with walk in clients. They then moved some people around once I reminded them I made an appointment. Had to clarify about 4 times what I wanted. I was pushed into doing some powder dip technique which I had never done before and trying to avoid since I wasn't familiar but untimely gave in thinking it would be easier for them since I know a lot of people struggle with ombré nails. I was charged $60 for ombré pink and white nails!!! She did an ok job. They are too thick and wide for my taste and I repeatedly asked to have them thin and narrow. She was nice but towards the end was rushed to go pick up her child. I try to be understanding but I was there for 3 hours charged a total of $90 and left pissed about the price. Not a good place to get acrylic nails. I called and made an appointment the day before NYE for a full set and 2 kids pedicures and manicures. It was nice they were able to get us in the same day. However, they must not have understood me on the phone because they were surprised when I told them I was there for acrylic and they seemed agitated because they were really busy. Everyone was nice and I understand they were busy but I'm severely disappointed with my nails. The thickness is uneven and way too thick on most of them, multiple nails aren't smooth and have divots (seriously like holes), one nail is so unbelievably crooked. It's hard to see on the pictures but I tried - you can see it on my pointer finger in one and the side picture is my middle finger. I didn't say anything while I was there because they were so busy. But I'm going to have to go somewhere else I get them fixed and I'm kinda bummed about that because now I'll be double paying for one set. My kids enjoyed it, so that was nice. read more

Only downside was I didn't know where the lady went, she stopped in the middle of doing my acrylics and tended to another customer, it was fine because it was her appointment she was finishing but she could have let me know before. We were late because the appointment took almost 2 hours just for a new set of acrylics. I paid $60 for a pink and white ombré, for dip powder. I'm thinking they charged me for the shape too. I've never paid so much for a new set of acrylics before. This is all in all a great place to get your nails done, my sister is Vietnamese so it was easy to communicate with the employees versus trying to understand them in broken English. Great place! I had the worst experience here. The lady that did my pedicure cut up my foot with the pumice pad. I started bleeding and she acted like she didn't understand what just happened and why I was bleeding. I had made an appointment and still had to wait over an hour. I would have left if they wouldn't have started on my nails and then had me sit there waiting to finish. I've been getting my nails done since I was a teenager and I've never been to such a terrible establishment. If you don't have the time for the services, don't let someone book an appointment.
