Ann did an ok job, charged me $60 ($1.16 more because I used my debit card, which also torqued me), which I think is exorbitant. I reluctantly added a $10 tip. Amazing service- brought my daughter and they were amazing with her- so much that I was able to get my nails done too. Decided to stop in before running some errands today. The pedicures were underwhelming. I was charged $142 for two pedicures that I'm not 100% happy with. $15 extra for gel, $5 extra for a French tip and the Toenails were cut too short and skin around my toes hurts bc of the tools used. My friends pedicure came with removing of calluses skin, and after the pedicure it was still there. The polish was okay, but toenails don't look the way I imagined. read more

DO NOT TAKE CHILDREN HERE. A woman here treated my young daughter horribly. She was rough and mean becauae her nail polish was not coming off quickly enough to suit her and even argued with me when I told her to stop filing the polish off her nails because my child was visibly uncomfortable. She ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing and special experience for my sweet child. I highly don't recommend this place unless you want to get riped off. $30 for a 6 year old pedicure, $47 for a 10 year olds dipped nails that we were convinced she needed and laughed at me when I said ok...talking in a language I didn't understand. They also said if you pay in cash you get $2 off each service and I paid $100 of $112 in cash and got no discount. Unless you don't care to get taken advantage of, don't go! read more

You should go somewhere else. I went to get a fill last night and the ending result was very disappointing. There are bubbles in the polish and she did not fill the nails to my cuticles. When I advised her that it looks like I need a fill now and she began to apply another coat of polish in an attempt to I guess hide the space between the acrylic and my cuticle line. It was just sloppy work and she knew it. She said if I still had issues to come back tomorrow and she would fix it. Waste of my time and money. I should not have paid for the service and will definitely not being going back to this place. I also believe the lady that did my nails was one of the owners, which is even worse. I took my granddaughter here to get pedicures before Spring Break. We went 3 days before our trip to the beach. My grand daughter is only 8 years old and since we were headed to the each we both did gel so it would last. My grand daughters polish all came off by Tuesday evening. What a waist to spend $40 which totally shocked me anyways for it to last 2 days. We definitely will not be going back. read more

Poor customer attention. Told us to come back in 30 minutes, which I did with my granddaughter. We sat another 15 minutes. Was told to go sit in two chairs. This place was super clean and very fast, I got a regular pedicure and a full set of acrylics with gel polish in an hour, and got exactly what I wanted. The ladies there were super nice and helped me pick out a gel color. My nails were pretty sore that night, but by morning the sensitivity was gone. This is for sure my new nail place. read more

Had a horrible experience at this nail salon. Customer service was not good at all. I do not like going to a salon where the employees speak to one another in their language. The employees were having conversations that made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that there are language barriers at some salon, but they need to remember that not all of their customers understand what they are saying and it can come off as they are talking about them. My nail tech was also very pushy at me getting gel on my nails. I don't like being asked or pressured into getting gel. She also did a horrible job polishing my nails. There was polish all over my cuticles and the polish was not even, so or created bumps. It has been a few days now and my cuticles are tearing and very dry. The best thing this salon has going for it is Angie, one of the nail techs. She always greets me by name and does an excellent job on my nails. Awful work done for overly expensive price. I came with a gift certificate for a spa pedicure, was given gel colors to choose from only then after to be told they would cost $20 more. Would not recommend. Got the dip powder manicure, the service did NOT include a manicure (no cleaning up cuticles or anything, just polish). Additionally; when receiving the dip, they were not careful and knicked my skin on several nails causing pain and light bleeding. The same thing happened to my friend. Every manicure I have had there has been rushed through and the end result is always less than satisfying. Amazing place! My wife's toes look probably the best I've seen. I get my haircut next door at sport clips so it's super convenient when I get my hair cut and she gets her nails done. Not really sure how it was supposed to go but, the nails ended up all looking scuffed by the end.
