Radiance is amazing!!! I did a lot of research (on Yelp) to figure out where to go for a facial in Kansas City and I'm so happy it lead me here. I have very sensitive skin and they work to tailor the facial to what my skin needs. The facials I get from Kristen are fantastic, but what's even better is the customer service the whole team provides. They are always a text away if I have a question or am experiencing something with my skin. I unfortunately had to pull back the frequency I was able to do facials this year due to unexpected home expenses and the Radiance team offered me a free trial of one of their take-home masks that they usually charge for. I'm an esthetician and this was one of the best facials I have had. I came in because my skin was flaring up with cystic acne, I had some congestion, and redness. Tara gave me a hydra facial and a mild chemical peel/exfoliation. She did extractions, LED lights (good for inflammation), and massaged all kinds of serums into my face that felt wonderful. I really enjoyed my treatment and my skin looks so much better this morning than it did yesterday morning. I have struggled with cystic acne for many, many years and unfortunately it just got worse as I've gotten older. I have tried EVERY over the counter treatment, cleansers, spot treatments, masks, creams-you name it I've probably used it.
