Kayla did my nails from the inspiration photo I showed her and she killed it! The dip is good and has lasted well. The design is practically perfect (I'll admit I'm extremely picky). Also, besides having to wait a little for someone before me to be finished, I was only there for an hour which was impressive with the design I chose! I will definitely be going back! I don't know how this place has such good reviews. I popped in on a Sunday morning for a regular manicure and I have never seen such a dirty nail salon. Dirt and grime everywhere. Chairs that are torn and ripped. I was desperate so against my better judgement I agreed to the manicure. The lady used unsterilized tools and files and within that day my nail polish chipped. She also asked that I pay before the manicure was done, which I found to be odd and in poor taste. Never ever coming back here. read more

Dropped in at 9:25 in a hurry - they fit me right in and didn't miss a beat with their scheduled clients. I got a gel dip manicure for $46. Very nice job. Friendly folks who work very hard. Kayla was my service gal. She works her tail off and sends most of her $ home to her Mom. God bless her. They have a full row of pedicure chairs too. I wish I had time for that. First trip was wonderful - came in on a Tuesday without an appointment and was in and out in 45 minutes, with a nice soak. Tech spent lots of time, and I like the "sole solution" cream they used. Nice looking pedi. Came over the weekend, Mom had a nice pedi and I had a French manicure. Tech was very nice, very chatty, but was disappointed in my manicure because the top coat had a lot of bubbles. Wish I had done plain color instead. I just moved to the Kansas area and was in need of a manicure. I was a walk in and was taken care of right away. Susan was very nice and attentive to details. She cleaned my cuticles with patience and care. She was flexible with my color combinations request as well It is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The store was clean and decently large. They do accept credit cards for payment and tips but they do offer a punch card where you can get $10 off after your 10th visit paying in cash. Never again. I am livid. So I JUST spent $86 dollars for a mani pedi. The technician Kevin didn't know what the heck he was doing. He didn't manicure my feet or hand cuticles (which is my favorite part) when ask if he could clean my cuticles he refused and said they didn't need it. My nails are shaped poorly, he used a power drill on my healthy long natural nails even after I told him please hand file them. He upcharged for color dip instead of gel. He claimed I had white fungus and up charged me $20 dollars for this "special" foot soak. When I read the package while washing my hands it was just a normal bath bombs! Beware of this shop. Don't go to Kevin and don't let them charge you an arm in a leg for crappy service. Never again! read more

I've been going here for about 3 years. They are always able to get me in quickly, even when I don't have an appointment. I get gel manicures and basic pedicures - they last for weeks even though I'm pretty hard on my hands. I usually go to Susan - she can replicate any look you find on Pinterest - and she's very friendly. The shop is very clean, they have a huge selection of gel polish, and they just got brand new massage chairs. You can't leave a tip on your credit card, but prices are reasonable and after you pay cash 10 times, you get a pretty hefty discount! Highly recommended!! read more

I made an appointment and arrived on time. Woman tried to put me with the male nail tech. I refused after reading these reviews. She wasn't happy and rushed through the pedicure leaving polish on my skin and the ends of the nails rough from not being filed smooth. During my time in the salon the tech was talking to other customers about all the nail techs quitting...the place was basically empty...only two nail techs there. She was telling them the owner didn't know how to run a business and they weren't charging enough. Based on my experience and the quality of service they are charging plenty. First time...last time. TERRIBLE customer service - both the guy that did my toes AND the gal that did my nails were rude AF. And they charged me for every little thing without telling me it would cost extra. They charged me $100 for a basic pedicure with shellac polish and an acrylic fill with shellac polish. They actually charged me for taking off the polish I had on before...WTF?? No where else does that when you're already paying for a service that requires polish removal!! Total rip off, staff was rude, and my nails aren't even - the lady tech rushed through the service and there was not a massage for either feet or hands - they did a terrible job. I'm not much on leaving reviews- good, bad, or otherwise but this place deserves a review. TERRIBLE. WORST pedicure I've ever had. Went in with my mom- both nail techs gave poor massages that last 2 minutes 45 seconds (I timed it), no foot massage, and apparently having your shellac taken off at this place is big deal which took 20 minutes of my 30 minute pedicure. The chairs are terrible, can't even feel the massage. Don't go here. There is a reason there wasn't a single patron at 11am on a summer Saturday morning. read more

He replaced a couple of nails without charging me due to the poor quality of power that was used from another nail salon. I plan to keep going here in the future. I have been in a few times to this nail salon and today was the last time. I won't ever come back. I have been paired twice with the only male nail tech in there - the first time my nails were messy and I felt rushed. When I got him again today - not only were my nails incredibly messy, but he cut me. Not knicked me - took a chunk out of my toe. In addition to that and still feeling rushed I won't ever be back. Fantastic place to get a mani/pedi! I was in town visiting family on a holiday and desperately needed a pedi. I called around everywhere. This was the only place open and I am so glad they were! Great basic pedicure, but where this place shone for me was my gel manicure. Wonderful job! I will be using this place for my wedding next year. Susan was my manicurist and she did such a great job, totally understood what look I wanted, and was very attentive to detail! I was a little unsure walking in given the strip mall it's in and the chairs and whatnot didn't look very new, but I was pleasantly surprised by the high cleanliness standards and professionalism shown by all of the techs here. Prices were worth it and comparable with others salons. Great selection of nail colors for both regular and gel polish. I will definitely be back during holiday and will be back before my wedding next year because this place is so great!!! read more

Walked-in to have 3 of my nails dip product removed only to be confronted by the gentleman running the place who said they would not help me and I would have to come back.
