I was recommended to Laser Derm by a friend. The med spa is small but bright and clean, and the staff are warm and welcoming. I've been seeing Emma for about a year for laser hair removal. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. As for the results, after two sessions (four weeks apart), I noticed a significant reduction in hair growth, and the hair that did grow back was much finer. After four sessions, my hair is super fine and virtually nonexistent, and we're now able to space appointments out every 6-7 weeks. I would definitely recommend Laser Derm! read more

Thanks to Laser Derm Med Spa I no longer have insecurities about those pesky facial hairs. Having coarse dark hair I would pluck, shave and wax my face. Starting at such a young age and only making it worse. I am now on my 5th treatment with LaserDerm and the difference is remarkable. Very little discomfort, minimal side effects and precise results that will transform how you feel about yourself. My technician Savannah is the sweetest and always makes sure my comfort is most important read more

Amazing first experience I got my under arms lasered only one time so far and I have already noticed such a difference!!

I have been seeing Erik for years and his MedSpa is so clean, the staff is so professional, and the results are amazing! best place in town.

My results have been incredible and I have only done one bikini treatment and two underarm treatments and my hair growth has already SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. I have very dark, thick, coarse hair on both areas and it did amazing. Not painful at all compared to the pain at Ideal Image. I will never go anywhere else! read more

Really happy with their laser hair removal. Great value, really nice staff. My wife and I both have used them and are both fans.

I've heard plenty of horror stories about laser hair removal - (pushy sales people, scary contracts and unfriendly technicians) and if you're in the same boat I was, you can look no further. I've only had one treatment at Laser-Derm and I'm already recommending them to my friends. Eric does an excellent job explaining realistic expectations and making patients super comfortable on the first visit. You pay per visit and treatments are affordable. Laserderm also runs great specials (I went in to get my legs done and he did a complimentary session on my underarms). They take pride on keeping their equipment up to date so that the patients have the best experience possible. You can tell they love helping people feel better. It's the little things that set them apart and make them an exceptional business. I'm super excited about my next visit! read more

My experience at Laser-Derm has been nothing but positive! My friend recommended I go here for laser hair removal about a year and a half ago, and I am so glad! It worked like a charm. Now I just go back maybe every 4 or 5 months for maintenance, it's so worth it. Eric is great with his clients and very professional. I would highly recommend them! read more

I've been here about 7 or 8 times now. I love this place because there is no sales pitch or trying to get me to spend more. I started just getting my underarms done. They never once tried to talk me into doing more. I just went in, got what I asked for, paid for that one treatment and went on my way. No forcing package deals on me. There is one male technician. He's relaxed but professional and I've never felt weird or uncomfortable. I've also been happy with the results. read more

Laser-Derm is by far the BEST PLACE EVER to get laser hair removal done! I did a lot of research with other laser hair removal places and their prices before I went to them, and Laser-Derm not only was the best priced, but they are so friendly, professional, and I feel comfortable every time I go in. Eric is just the best. He has made me feel like a valued customer from my first appointment. I can't say enough good things about him. I have gone in for 7 appointments now and I am so happy to get the results I was hoping for. Not having to shave my legs, bikini area, under arms, face, or wax anymore is something I cannot even put a price on. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. If you're thinking about getting laser hair removal and are searching for the right place, this is without question the place for you! I'd give them 10 stars if that was an option! read more

I visited Laser-Derm to have laser hair removal by Eric. My experience has been incredible! I saw results within 2 weeks of my first appointment and my overall experience was great! The facilities are very clean and well kept! Eric makes the entire appointment very comfortable! I highly recommend getting laser hair removal! It has been extremely beneficial and has made my life so much easier! Also, don't wait for winter, Eric is very knowledgeable so make an appointment to talk with him. The machine he uses is amazing and can be done even if your skin has color during the summer! Additionally, it has a cooling feature that makes the entire process painless! I refer everyone to Eric! read more

The customer service I received was horrible from Laser Derm in Shawnee Mission KS. The receptionist or person in the front was very rude. I was trying to see if I got a call from Laser Derm Today and The Man told me their would be no way to see. And He also said if you don't have any questions about Laser Their is nothing I can do for you, he said. This Man hung up the phone on me without any common decency, This Man didn't say bye or show any kindness towards me, he just hung up the phone and rushed me off like he was doing me a service. I will not be coming here. Rude service and treatment. I deserve better treatment. No matter the Color or Creed you should treat people with respect Laser Derm. They should change who is the receptionist and put someone else up at the front desk to talk to the people on the phone, who call. Maybe give them a lesson on how to talk to people. read more
