I recently went here to get my nails done for prom, and I honestly couldn't have had a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire atmosphere felt so calm, positive, and welcoming. It's one of those places where you instantly feel comfortable, like you can relax and just enjoy being there. The vibe was not only peaceful but also genuinely happy, and you could tell the staff truly care about their clients. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Nu she was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, she made sure I was comfortable, listened to exactly what I wanted, and paid so much attention to detail. She didn't just do my nails, she made the entire experience feel personal and meaningful. I know I don't have the greatest toenails to work with, as they are thin and somewhat fragile. That said, I'm very disappointed and have to say that this was the most unattractive my toes have ever looked after a professional pedicure. The shapes of the edges are irregular and uneven, and the polish looks sloppy. I originally let him know I wanted the nails rounded, definitely not square, but they are still crookedly flat and square across the top. And even though I asked him a couple more times before he began polishing to smooth down/round out the pointy sharp corners and make them look at least somewhat more uniform, that was not the result. The best I can say is that foot/calf massage was good. I guess it's always just a matter of whom you get every time you step into a nail salon, unless you are a very regular customer and know exactly what tech to ask for. I saw that the reviews were good and because they are down the street from my home I wanted to give them another try. No wonder the reviews were good, they are under new management 8 months ago and I was impressed. So friendly from the moment you arrive and throughout the process. They want to earn your business and trust. They value your time and quote accurate wait times. My pedicure was great from start to finish. WOW! I've lived next door to this place for so long, I cannot believe I'd never been before today. I've been missing out! I went in today with a vision in mind (aka a screenshot from Pinterest) and it was executed to perfection. The example picture had tips but with my job I'm not allowed to have tips, so it had to be altered slightly. Even with the alterations they turned out so beautiful. I'm absolutely in love with these nails. They are perfect for the holidays and I'm sure I won't be able to keep my eyes off of them. This place has walls full of colors to choose from and a gorgeous backdrop behind the pedicure chairs. You can tell it was recently updated, it looks amazing. Everyone was so nice, I felt instantly welcomed when I walked in for my appointment. I was offered a drink as I looked at the colors, and was engaged in conversation the entirety of the appointment. Dropped in for a gel mani on a Saturday. I did not have an appt and they managed to slip me right in. She was sure to advise me that they do honor appts and it's better to make one to be sure you can get it timely. If you have an appt, they will ensure you are promptly served. Place was bright and clean. Some head bopp'n jams were playing. I asked them not to take any length nor change the shape as I am trying to grow them out. Mary was good about just a light clean up on the shape. She was also conscientious about nice glitter coverage. You all know how that can be hit or miss but she took time to be sure it looked right. And she was a pro with the cuticles... no nicks at all! They appear to have quite a bit of repeat clientele as she was greeting everyone by name as she completed my nails. If you're looking for a place that knows what they're doing, keep looking this isn't the place (update) . If you're looking for a place reasonably price you probably should look elsewhere. I will say they take their time and are thorough with their work. This is the only reason why I gave them 3 stars and not 2 or 1. However there's a few things that stop me from ever being their regular customer. One, going in I requested a color from a photo. They claimed to have a close match to what I showed them. It's not at all. I was informed that the photo has a filter on it. Yet I can pull up 1K+ photos of the same color (from its #) and it still looks the same & they don't all have filters on them. I heard them say the same exact comments to another costumer who came in. Yet hers didn't have a filter either. Second, the PRICE!!! I've been getting my nails done for almost 30years. I've watched prices increase dramatically. I'm not stupid to knowing the cost of getting your nails done. In fact I'm use to paying 75-80 for the full sets with designs or that are multi colored. However I have NEVER seen a place add a charge for "length" that is 1/4 of an inch from the finger. This is actually considered short everywhere I go. I could understand if I got something super long or didn't have them cut them down. I actually asked for them to be shorter but only two nails were shorted to the length requested. Next was the total charges as a whole. I spent more on a "fix" of fill that was already done + design and a solid color new set than I have ever spent on two new sets both with designs and multiple colors or even French ombré. After paying $150 for a polish plus design and solid color new set I think I will not be back anytime soon. The best part is the owner said "we cut you a deal because you already went somewhere else to get the fill done". I would hate to know how much it really would have been then. Update: I noticed my nails had two finger prints in the polish because they were touched too soon after being done by the nail tech. Then only 4 days in my nails started falling apart. Literally cracking down the middle and bottoms. I noticed the nail tech didn't use much of the tip when he put them on. More of the "dipping" powder than anything. I thought, well maybe this will allow them to look more natural or last longer. WRONG! One of my nails spilt so bad across that it took half my actual nail with it. I have never had this happen. 25+ years of getting my nails done not once until now. I revised my previous statement they do not know what they're doing. & I am certain I will NEVER be back! read more

Set up an appt for 11 am Pedicure when they opened. Attitude seemed very careless and oh well. Young man doing my nails was very gentle and patient. They needed help. People stated coming in and they would Just put them at a table. One young lady had waited 30 min for a manicure by the time I left and still not helped. They were busy but instead of saying we can get to you at a certain time they filled it up. Another young man told the guy in the middle of working on my feet to go start another pedicure water for a lady who had an appt. He left and did that for several minutes which was fine. He came back and was trying to finish up my feet and a young lady came over and took the tool he was using out of his hand and motioned for him to go to that new woman. He seemed frustrated but got up and left. That lady sat down for minute to "finish " and went and grabbed an can of spray and sprayed my feet and put my sandals on. Weirdest experience ever. Won't be back. Felt sorry for my guy they were bossing around so on my way out I paid him cash tip of 33% so they would at least not get that from him. Oh well. Live and learn. Lots of nail places. Horrible new owners!!! Have been in several times and every time I go, Davie the guy running the salon is always rude! I kept going thinking he would change, but nope!! Last time I went, he was arguing with the lady before me. When it was my turn I asked very nicely for him to cut my acrylics shorter and he threw a fit and started slamming his tools on the table and said very hateful "how short do you want them!" He then kicked me out because I called him out on being rude! He let me leave with the acrylics on!!!! I found somewhere else 10 minutes before closing time!!!!
