Beware of deceptive pricing and get them to confirm their service price upon your arrival. I booked a full leg wax and had a confirmed appointment. The materials were not fully prepared before the appointment and the technician was cutting wax strips while I was waiting in the wax room. The technician used a popsicle stick and it took 3-4 dips in the wax to get enough wax on my leg before applying the wax strip. It took 90 minutes, which is double the time it's taken other estheticians to complete the same service. At checkout, I was charged $206. At no point before or during the service was I informed that the price would be this much higher than the listed $61.80+ starting price on their website. I returned to the salon to ask about the difference and was told the cost was due to the time it took. No adjustment was offered at that time. After leaving, I received a call offering a $50 refund, bringing the total to $150. This is still far beyond the market rate for a leg wax. I will never use this salon again. read more

The salon was clean, the staff was friendly, and I was able to get seated quickly, which I appreciated. That said, I wish more time had been spent on my cuticles, as they weren't fully cleaned up. Some of the nail polish was also applied onto the skin rather than just the nail, which makes me concerned it may lift as my nails grow out. When paying for a professional service, I prefer a more uniform and neat polish application. Overall, a good experience, but there's room for improvement in the finishing details. read more

I specifically requested Gel X nails, but there was a major miscommunication, and the technician initially started polishing my natural nails. After clarifying multiple times, she finally understood, but the process was frustrating--she seemed irritated, pulled on my hand, and made mistakes that had to be corrected. The finished nails had noticeable gaps that could cause issues later, and overall the job looked amateurish. I paid $84 plus tip. I wish the technician had been upfront about her experience with Gel X nails--if she only knew acrylics, I would have understood. I do not recommend Angel Nails for Gel X nails due to the poor service and lack of professionalism. read more

I've had a pedicure that was wonderful in the past, but recently had a gel manicure and was very disappointed. I have natural nails and I didn't like that the nail beds were sanded when taking off the prior polish. The lady filing my nails was standing to the side and the shape of my nails are uneven. She did a completely different shape from what I had already and that I had wanted to keep. I picked a light color and even after 4 coats it is wavy and blotchy looking. A couple of my nails have little bumps like debris dried into the polish. One of the nail techs was watching stuff on her phone the entire time which I thought was unprofessional. The cost was $42. I didn't recognize the brand of polish they were using. These photos are 3 days after. I wish I would have looked more closely before leaving but had somewhere to be. read more

I've really struggled to find a nail place close to our new house so I was so happy to find this one. I think they did a great job on my pedicure. The owner was so friendly. The shop is super clean and nice. The only downside is they only accept cash tips and I NEVER have cash on me. I even offered to venmo her but wasn't allowed. I honestly won't be back because of that. I don't want to have to go to the bank before every visit and then break the $20 I get out of the atm. Came in on a whim for a pedicure and was pleasantly surprised! Using Maps on iPhone, it makes it look like the store is near Burger King. It's actually behind it and is in the same building as Scooters coffee and a Phone Fixation store. Also near Four Points hotel. It is super nice inside! Very clean and modern. My pedicure was fantastic, I got the #2 pedicure that included callus removal ($38). happy with the service and the experience. Would recommend if you're looking for a nice location and good work. Heads up, their card machine doesn't include tip, but you can Venmo them the tip or bring cash. read more

They exceeded my expectations, I am very particular about my nails and Tom made sure to take extra time to make sure I was happy with his work! Walking into the salon made me feel comfortable and straightaway it was very clean and welcoming. Vanna was my nail tech and when I say that she did an amazing job, I am literally talking perfection on my nails. I have been getting my nails done since I was 18 years old and needless to say I'm 20+ years older now and it is the best nail job I've ever had. I was looking for a new nail salon anyway and this will be my go to from here on out and I also would highly recommend checking it out. Another positive is there is a coffee shop and a tea shop going in next-door. The coffee shop is already there the tea shop will be coming soon. I can't believe how amazing this nail salon is. It was raining outside and they walked me to my car with an umbrella, you can tell they like their job, and when my toe nail polish chipped they honored their promise to fix! Not by just the one that was chipped completely repainted all my toes, then wouldn't take even a tip for it. I would give 1 star ... This was my first appointment at this nail salon and possibly the worst experience I've ever had. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. I let them know I made an appointment online. When the nail tech started to put my acrylics on she dropped the glue on the floor, and it rolled across the salon. She went to pick it up, and I thought she for sure wasn't going to use it on me after she dropped it on the floor. Well.. to my surprise she did. I was in such shock I didn't say anything. Then the nail techs husband (I think the owner) started to file my nails down and cut me twice making me bleed. I also paid $63 for a full gel set, which is the most I've ever paid. Never been here before, but I most likely won't be coming back. I got a full set of acrylic nails done, and as he was filing the side of my nails, I jerked because it started burning on my skin. It obviously was hurting but every time I winced with pain he would stop, roll his eyes and stare, and then continue. I verbally said "that hurts my nail" and he basically said no LOL. This continued on as he would come back and file and the SAME nail that made me tense up. Basically ended with my nail bleeding once it was time to pay. read more
