I often go here to get my nails done, thanks to the very reasonable prices- especially compared to other nearby places. The general quality is good, but not great. It can be somewhat inconsistent based on who you are with any particular day. However, my thoughts on this are based on my own preference for designs, often slightly more delicate ones. If you're going fairly simple, I wouldn't imagine you would really have issues. It is a relaxing place to be, and the techs are always nice. ***DO YOUR RESEARCH **** I used to come to this salon regularly and always had a good experience, so with my upcoming surgery, I thought it would be a perfect time to treat myself to a pedicure. I even booked with the same technician who used to do my nails years ago, which made me feel confident about coming back. Unfortunately, I left really disappointed. I booked a deluxe pedicure, but what I received barely qualified as a basic one. She trimmed my toenails, soaked my feet briefly, quickly filed the bottoms for a few seconds, gave a super short massage (maybe a minute per leg), and then painted my toes. That was it. I had to stop her to ask if this was the deluxe, and she told me it was the regular one--then asked if I wanted the deluxe. But by then, the service was basically done. There was no cuticle work, no check for ingrown nails, no detailed care--none of the basics I expected. My daughter even called the salon afterward just to ask what a regular pedicure includes, and cuticle care was listed. The deluxe includes everything I mentioned plus hot towels and foot scrub. I cant believe people are paying this type of money for these services. I would pay this much all day for a real pedicure. I didn't even get that. What I got was basically a toe trim and polish, and for $53, that's unacceptable. She was nice and the polish looks good, but this didn't feel like a pedicure at all. Since my visit, I started reading some of the reviews and responses from the manager--and honestly, that raised even more red flags. A professional manager doesn't respond with snarky remarks or "pull camera footage" on unhappy customers. That's not how you build trust or invite people back. If this is how customer concerns are handled, I'd be shocked if this place stays in business long. Based on the service I received today, I can't imagine why anyone would return. I really wanted this to be a relaxing, feel-good experience before surgery, but instead I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I was going to speak up and say something, but I politely paid and gave her a small tip. I usually tip big. I was going to get back into doing this regularly including my nails, but will do research first. read more

They got me in super quick to get gel polish on my toes before my dinner plans! Staff was very friendly and she did a good job on the painting. All the shades were closed so it looked like it wasn't open, but I think that was just to keep the hot sun out, as it was a very hot summer day. Overall, I had a good experience. read more

lumpy and uneven nails. My nails are the EASIEST nails to do. I don't wear acrylic or tips, all natural with dip only. And they are far from perfect. Also not super sanitary. It felt rushed as if they don't care about their customers. I just moved to the area and have been trying out nail salons, and this place was a huge let down. First time in and definitely will not be back. RIP my $48 Side note to all of this after reading all the other negative reviews they have received over the last month- the owner doesn't seem to take accountability for the issues. They did offer to fix it for me, I declined because I didn't trust them anymore, especially a after I read the review that someone got a toe fungus here. But the nail tech who did my nails proceeded to text my PERSONAL cell phone number in regards to my review... that behavior is extremely invasive and not appropriate what so ever. read more

Definitely an establishment that focuses on quantity and NOT quality. Paid $120 plus tips for two pedicures and one manicure. My mani and pedi looked like a toddler did it and within the first few days my so-call gel mani and pedi chipped and cracked! My wife's toes looked okay, that was a relief but I asked her if the gal that did her toes put on a clear base then cured it before beginning, of course not. Needless to say my wife's toes started chipping away way too fast. A lot of money down the drain. The building was extremely warm and the atmosphere a bit stiff. There are too many nail places around this area to not have the staff providing too-notch services at all times. And before the owner man rips me a new one on here I feel I must say: I leave just as many five star reviews as I do bad. You should take the constructive criticism and fix the issues not go off on people leaving honest feedback. read more

I'm visiting from WA state and am in awe of the variety of services, shops and activities available in Olathe. Not to mention the absence of drugged up homeless people, litter and boarded up business. Whew! Now that I got that off my chest, after a week and a half of visiting all the amazing museums in the area, my dawgs were BARKIN' and needed some TLC. I randomly picked this spot and my feet are better for it. The technician was friendly and skilled. My toes look great and my tired legs and feet feel refreshed. Price was fair. The spa is clean and spacious. Too noisy for me (radio station pop music) and lots of kids. Is this a deal breaker? No but certainly not "relaxing". read more

I've been going to this nail salon for quite awhile. It has always been a good experience. I definitely would recommend making an appointment at least a couple of days out. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes and I'm usually still deciding on a color when Trang is ready for me. The staff is friendly and always remembers me. They will ask me about my kids and/or coworker who occasionally go with me. The most obnoxious thing I've seen when I'm in there are the other patrons who act rude and entitled. It's cool to ask for what you want, but there's a polite way to do it. It is hard enough working with the public--maybe you could drop your entitlement at the door and treat the nail technician the way you would want to be treated. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never been treated so poorly at a nail salon. I asked for a black ombré and was told that it "took too much time" so she'd be unable to do it. Okay, fine. So I picked out a color since I couldn't get what I wanted. I was then asked what shape I wanted, I told the nail tech I preferred an oval shape. Some of my nails are round, some are squared and have jagged edges. If that weren't bad enough, the nail tech purposely burned me with the file multiple times. My nails are different shapes and uneven as she didn't even take time to smooth out the dip powder.
