First off, I struggled to find this place and Jaime (the manager) stayed on the phone with me until I pulled up! Edit: Your director met all my concerns with dismissals. She attempted to get me to pay for the products used and brookes time spent on my lashes. She only "waived" my charges because I said I would come back. I just left another lash technician and she was shocked at the state of my lashes. She asked me if I had been plucking at my lashes and when I explained what happened, she said she could tell someone had tore them up with tweezers because they're different lengths across my eyes. This is not a personal attack, this is an actual warning: Do not go to this location. It is appalling the level of unprofessionalism that this location has for dealing with customer concerns by using dismissive and minimizing language when there is clear evidence there was damage done to my eyelashes, as seen by another professional. read more

Was less than 10 minutes late as I was told to be there at 5:40! And got there at 5:49. Traffic in that area is ridiculous! I was told they could no longer see me and that I would need to reschedule! The front desk was rude very rude to be honest. After reading the reviews when I left this one I'm grateful they turned me away. read more

After several months of getting my lashes done, while I enjoyed them on, I discontinued to get a break and found immediately when they were off, my natural lashes all appeared very, very short - most definitely shorter than when I began getting lashes applied/shorter than they've ever been in my life. The Studio advises that any lashes lost or impacted would be part of their natural cycle and that we just don't realize it when it happens each month or however long that timeline, I cannot recall. I wouldn't know for sure either way, I'm sure they've acquired that knowledge properly, but I can know for sure that my natural lashes never were that short before. Thankfully after a few months, my lashes have grown back out (my hair is plentiful, so this may have helped in my case) and in that timespan, I had remaining credit due to my monthly subscription that I didn't use. I let the Studio know I'd rather not come in and use the credit, as I want to keep my natural lashes as healthy as they appear now, and requested a refund. They declined, but offered a credit to purchase their product. This could technically be perceived as an experience where I was told my natural lashes wouldn't be negatively impacted, but in my gut I feel like they were. Or, it could have been sheer coincidence. Not the greatest experience, not the most horrible either. But definitely worth noting in case anyone had concerns about their natural lash health, and how the Studio would handle your "change of mind", should you have it, once you see how your lashes respond. I had a lash lift done less than a week ago, I called back the day of the appointment because I was not satisfied with the curl of my lashes. They had me make another appointment for 6 days later while I waited to see if I could get the service redone or at a discounted price. I was told I could only have a $20 discount for a corrective service. They even tried to charge me a cancellation fee after I wasn't satisfied with the discount on the service they should have corrected. I wasn't going to pay the first $100 with an additional $80 for a service that should have been done right the first time. Very disappointed, already made an appointment somewhere else. read more

I wish I had a better review because I had no complaints about the experience. Lashes fell off after four days on the left eye only. The service is the same 5-star service that Amazing Lash is known for. The staff, stylists, and management are all very friendly and pleasant. The staff is always very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door, the stylists are very knowledgeable, and my lashes are always AMAZING. I've had my fair share of people, and I would say that Taylor is the best of all. I just love her. She's really gentle, nice and she takes her time with her clients. Another good lash tech is Maddie. She's also good at what she does. LaLa is pretty good as well, but the 3 times I booked her she was always late to my appointment, and not by a few minutes but literally like 15+ minutes late. Although she's a good lash tech that type of stuff will not make me book you again. All in all, it's a good establishment the receptionist are nice and prompt and the place is clean and organized. read more

The very best lash technician I have had here thus far has been Joplin. She is amazing. She creates unique long lasting lash styles. She is patient and meticulous when applying lashes. I had three other technicians a few times each before getting Joplin. My lashes usually lasted anywhere from only 1 week to at most 3 weeks before I needed a fill. When Jolin does my lashes they stay on for a month and even as long as 7 weeks. Which really shows she does a fantastic job in her application. She deserves to be recognized for her quality work. I set up an appointment and after a two hour session my lashes are extremely thin and light colored along with still having many of my real lashes still un touched- I went back again and ended up getting 3D added and they still didn't look full. After three appointments and finally getting a desired look my lashes were all almost completely off within a week and a half. 6-7 were coming unglued at a time. Like I said, I have had my lashes at other studios for the past year and thought I would try them out. Poor quality. read more

Not what I was hoping for at all. Andrea was not friendly. It was my first time getting lashes. I clearly needed help & she didn't assist me. She pretty much said "pick what you want" with no guidance at all. Place was clean. Front desk was friendly. No paper towels in the restroom to dry my eyes after washing them before services. I lost a noticeable amount before the first week was up even after following aftercare to a T. I do not hardly ever wear makeup, I use oil free everything. Now I have had what's left on for 11 days and they look HORRIBLE. I really just want them off & to start over with someone who knows what they're doing. They're twisting in weird directions, there are gaps where they have fallen off. It is BAD. I am HIGHLY upset. I feel that this was such a rip off & I should have done my research. Should have known judging by the site. There are no real photos of actual lashes that have been done just the models who fool you into thinking they do a great job. I only gave two stars because the front desk was nice & it was clean. read more

The woman who did my lashes was very sweet, but showed me pictures and we discussed in detail of what I liked/am used to and I was given the exact opposite...was talked into the 6D lashes but they look no different and if anything less full then the normal, disappointed and will not return but it's a great place and everyone is super friendly. read more
