Basic pedicure. I was a bit disappointed as i asked for one of the "fancy" ones and it seemed just like the rest. Both times i have gone i have gotten the gentleman and he doesn't seem like he cares much. I get its a pedicure not not fun to touch feet, but im clean! lol read more

Called for an appointment with an hour's notice and was surprised to get the appointment I needed. Rushed over after work as they requested I come in 15 mins prior to soak off my previous dip manicure. No worries, I made it. I checked in and was sent to a station....where I sat for 25 minutes until someone said anything to me. Then they set me up to soak. And I soaked while the tech who ended up doing my manicure, did an entire pedicure for a walk-in appointment. While I was soaking. I was easily sitting there for 30 mins soaking. They clearly had too many customers for the staff. I would've been fine coming in later but they told me it would work. So now almost an HOUR into my arrival she started actually doing the manicure. It was extremely rushed and I could definitely tell after I left and inspected my nails. 2 stars only because the tech (when she finally was able to come work on me) was super nice, personable, and fun to talk to. I love this nail salon! I accidentally messed up my nails when I was washing my hands and my nail tech fixed it- sadly, not many places will- so that made me happy. And this is the only salon that has a color I had been looking! I'm happy I found it along with great people :) read more

Went to this nail spa for the first time today. I will never return. I made an appointment and when I walked in no workers were to be found. They finically came out from the back room after a few minutes of me wondering if I should stay or leave. I spent MAYBE 30 minutes in the chair and that included an EXTRA charge for a sugar scrub. The nail tech spent 2 minutes rubbing my legs. I'm not joking. My calluses are still on my heels and underneath. I even asked her to remove them...twice. So I guess I'm going to have to remove them myself. The entire visit felt rushed. I've included a photo to show the horrible service, this is just one of my heels. I will not be back. And I would highly encourage you to look elsewhere. read more

I came in on a Thursday afternoon for a full set, gel French tip manicure and pedicure as well as an eyebrow wax. First and foremost it was obvious they were rushing to get people in and out. That's fine if you're not sacrificing the quality of your work. I paid for a gel manicure and pedicure, he CLEARLY did not use gel because it started chipping three days later. My acrylics are shaped unevenly and it's noticeable. Will not be returning. read more

3 of us decided to get our nails done together. We called and set an appointment. The place was very busy when we arrived but we had an appointment! I was getting a dip and a pedicure. They took us right in and put the polish remover with foil on. THEN we waited another 1 HOUR and 15 MINUTES until I complained. I couldn't leave before this time because they had my nails in foil. I had to decline the pedicure because I didn't want to wait anymore. They didn't even offer a discount to any of us for making us wait such an inordinate amount of time with a SCHEDULED appointment. Lush nails is my favorite nail salon to go to! Molly always does an amazing job and makes you feel welcomed. Even when they are really busy they will find time to get you in. The salon is clean and well maintained. Emily and Sarah also do a great job with gel manicures and pedicures. They all listen really well to what you want done and will always fix my nails when I chip polish. read more

This is a great little nail salon. Family run business and the staff is extremely friendly and they always do a great job on the nails. I always come back for the great customer service here. Wonderful people. They allow credit cards (and tipping on credit cards as well--some salons don't and I never carry cash so I appreciate the fact they accept it here!). read more

Out of all the nail salons out there, I really liked this one. It was busy, but not chaotic like some places. I just went for a pedi this visit and the tech did a great job. The staff is friendly and attentive. They have conversations with the customers and not just amongst themselves while they work. It's clean and has a good atmosphere. I wish them continued success. read more
