This time, I thought let me test out the salon and get a "Blow Out" - I knew as soon as I sat in the chair and the hair stylist dried my hair that I was not getting a blowout, which defined by my previous experience is like heaven. A blowout is when the stylist works your hair straight, so that it lasts a few days. So that you can feel glamorous walking out the door. Don't get me wrong, Liz was great, she was appreciative of my thick hair, treated my scalp tenderly, explained the products and explained how she might use a flat brush vs a round brush on my hair.
