I got my nails by Mason. And he was great. Very OCD with the quality that he put on my nails. I'm definitely coming back.
My first visit to Prettify Me in Hayward was an excellent experience, and it certainly won't be my last. From the moment I walked in, Mark made me feel welcome with his friendly and professional demeanor. Mason was incredibly helpful in guiding me through my nail options and clearly explaining the pricing, which made the entire process stress-free. A special thank you to Lee, who did an amazing job with the nail art. The attention to detail and quality of work exceeded my expectations. The entire team provided outstanding customer service, and I left feeling completely satisfied with both the experience and the results. I highly recommend Prettify Me to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere, talented staff, and exceptional nail services.
Kieu!!! Ming!!! Emily!!! Thank you for accommodating my last minute/same day appointment request. Stumbled upon your brand new salon when I searched for: Korean Nails on yelp. Forced my husband to drive me 50 minutes to Hayward and I have no regrets. I LOVE love LOVE my nails. So excited to finally have found, a nail salon that knows about the Korean jelly nail trend. They have a wide selection of products that I've only seen on TikTok and instagram. I appreciate the attention to detail of my nail tech, Kieu. I DMd the salon my inspo reels and they went above and beyond to make me happy. Everyone was so kind. Offering me water, striking up conversations and making me welcome even though I was in their salon past closing. I cannot wait to come back and get a pedicure here. The restroom here is clean, the decor is trendy and bright, everything is clean. There is free parking in the lot, which also consists of a boba tea shop next door. Come get Pretty!!!!
Update to the update. I was unable to return for the nail correction that they offered- which was very appreciative of having that option. I went back for my builder gel fill on my natural nail and was satisfied with this set. Shape is on point , almond and I like more slender and the tech did that for me. This time around they did have new colors that caught my eye like the cat eye chrome and a client next to me was having some airbrush art work, which is something I never saw before so I will be back to try some funner creative sets. Full transparency my builder gel fill was 60$. My nail tech was swift, and detailed. For this experience I had - well worth it!
Absolutely love this place! What a gem to have an organic nail spa in Hayward! The location is everything too, perfect day out location conveniently located in a new shopping center with other big name retailers. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The place is extremely clean and provides a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The pedicure chairs come equipped with wireless charging! Huge win. All paints and product options seem to be imported and curated with care from the staff for the best quality possible. Highly recommended this location to anyone looking for a quality nail spa experience.
Decided to come here on a whim so I made an appointment for the day before. I'm a tired Mama and so I wanted to do a little bit of self-care for once. I frequently shop at Sprouts and so when I saw the Prettify Me sign go up above the stores doors I was excited to try this place once it finally opened. Technically now it's still their soft opening. I believe they're official grand opening is October 24th of this month. Anyways, I was able to easily book my appointment on-line. And it was all confirmed via text. Very easy and convenient. I got a simple cuticle cleanup and had a cat's eye gel polish finish. The owner was very nice and explaining the differences and types of gel finishes for me and help me choose the right one that I wanted. The education was really helpful because I'm not much of a frequentsalon nail person.. This being my first time in months / years, unless it's for a special occasion. The owner(s) are very proud of this salon and I can tell that they take much pride in how they run their business. They use single-use files and buffers which is very hygienic. I also asked how they sanitize their metal utensils and she said they have a machine. They also claim not to use any acrylic in house which is healthier and no toxic smells on the air. I also saw on the menu some organic options for those who are conscious of exposure to toxic chemicals. They also offered me water or something to drink as I got my nails done. I also appreciate that the owner told me what services I actually needed which would save me money. She respects her customers, much respect. I definitely will be coming back and maybe this will be my new regular nail salon.
It was my first time here, and I got the Matcha Pedicure with Lee. I absolutely loved my experience! Lee was so kind and patient, especially when I was being indecisive about my nail color. She took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and did an amazing job. My nails turned out perfect, and the whole experience was so relaxing. I'll definitely be coming back and requesting Lee again!
4.5 overall really nice ambiance everyone is friendly. We were walk ins and got seen immediately. Everyone and everything is really organized so that was a plus! My pedicure - 5 stars for Mason he was a dream! Lovely and really paid attention to detail. He got my mini toe nails in shape and painted them so well. The pedicure itself was also so boujee they have a little board with the "ingredients" on it I've never seen it like that before so lovely! My manicure- 3 stars if that. Unfortunately this is where it went downhill for me Layla was quiet which is fine but would just kind of yank my hands and I was pretty uncomfortable which is not a big deal! My biggest qualm was she sliced my cuticles on 3 different fingers and it happens! -but I've never had it hurt that bad and she didn't apologize or see if I'm ok and just kept it pushing until I showed my bleeding cuticles to my sister she kinda wiped at them and painted over them. Didn't even clean it before painting on top which was unfortunate. The color was super pretty but it looks a little uneven in places and when she was cleaning up the sides she wiped the excess nail polish on the back of my hand which was..strange? To make it even better, she dropped the brush for the top coat it rolled across the floor and she just stuck it back in the top coat and kept painting my nails...oof. Overall for Mason I will 1000% be back. Not sure if I'll do another manicure? But the pedicure was a super awesome experience!
I've been here a few times, and really enjoyed the vibes and the cleanliness of this place. The technicians always make sure you see all your tools have been sterilized. They make sure to check in on your water temps, their gel selections are beautiful (I've had nudes and vibrant neons) and the nail techs are very friendly. They have a point system so make sure you sign up! And they even have complimentary drinks for you! I brought my co workers here tonight for a girls date and they took us all in as walk ins and stayed late to get all our mani pedis in (we are all so thankful for taking care of us.) I appreciated their attention to details and hospitality. I think I found my new place
Finding a nail salon that feels relaxing and luxe without being stiff is rare, but Prettify Me had it down. I booked the Kyoto Matcha Zen Pedicure with gel cat eye by Mason, and the experience was calm and never felt rushed. Mason was very kind, and the complimentary drink was a thoughtful touch (I chose rosé). Winter did my dip powder with dark gray cat eye, and Mason made sure to pass along that I wanted my hands to match. Winter checked in throughout the process to make sure I liked everything, and the service was smooth with no complaints. The vibe is solid, the service is great, and you truly get what you pay for. Overall, a really good experience. I'm excited to see this business thrive and will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
Customer service, quality of service was absolutely outstanding. This was my first time coming to Prettify Me Nail Salon due to me having to leave my previous nail salon because of the rude comments she was saying about me, in her language. I was very sad. Side note: I always have my translator on. Anyways...I requested a basic mani pedi, just to get a feel for their presence and work. I was greeted with a smile and a drink menu, I opt for water, and shortly after I was ready for my service. The ladies explained everything to me about my service and other services they had, very informative. Super clean, well maintained and great tunes. I'll give them 8.5/10
I had such a wonderful experience here and can't recommend this salon enough! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel genuinely welcome -- warm, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. What really sets this salon apart is how seriously they take client safety. As someone with an allergy to acrylates and methacrylates, finding a safe salon has always been a challenge. This team handled it with such care -- they're a fully zero-acrylic salon and use HEMA-free products, which made the whole experience completely stress-free for me. It's rare to find a place that takes allergies this seriously, and I'm so grateful. They do have a wide range of colors and brands from the exterior. On top of that, they offered complimentary drinks on arrival, the space is spotlessly clean, and the vibe is modern and absolutely adorable. Every detail felt thoughtful. If you're looking for a salon that combines skill, safety, and style -- this is it. I'll definitely be back!

I have been coming to see Minh for a few years now, I even followed her from her previous studio to Prettify Me here in Hayward. That alone says everything about how talented she is. Prettify Me has an incredible selection of colors. It's honestly the biggest collection of jelly and cat eye polishes I've ever seen. The salon is spotless, all the equipment is brand new, and everything is single-use, which I really appreciate. But the biggest asset to Prettify Me is Minh. She is hands down the most talented nail tech I've ever had. Nail shape? Immaculate. 3D designs? Effortless. Quality of art? Absolutely out of this world. Her 3D artwork is truly the best I've seen. She has never once let me down, and I always walk out beyond happy with my nails. Thank you, Minh, for always bringing my crazy designs and last-minute details to life! read more

At first, I was going back and forth mentally with finding a place and it's my first time getting Gel X. I'm happy that I reached out to them and came by to the place because they're very friendly and helpful with explaining the process. They also said to reach out if any of the nails needs to be fixed. I'm very satisfied with the process. read more

I got a pedicure here and it was amazing. The person was very kind and made sure to be gentle nipping my toe cuticles. And still got my ingrown toe nails without pain! And the massage was great. The chairs are also very modern - has a phone charger on one of the arms. Overall good experience. read more

I was looking for a decent spot to get my nails done in time for wedding season. I booked it out of convenience and left as a loyal customer. I love the attention to detail, friendly service, quality of nails and overall experience. I felt very pretty when I left (excuse the pun lol). This is my new go to spot. Newly opened with awesome service. I recommend it for anyone looking to get the service they are expecting at a nail salon. Will be back with my friends for next girls day. read more

It ended up cheaper than I thought which was super nice of them. Will definitely come back again! The place is super clean and very modern the chairs were so comfy. Love the conversation we had and with others there super sweet read more

This was my first time here and was blown away with the service. Also this place is so beautiful. I got the Kyoto matcha pedicure that included an 8 minute massage and oh my goodness that was the best thing ever. May was amazing and made sure I was very comfortable. The best thing is that you DO NOT get any chemical smells when you walk in because they don't use any acrylic which I absolutely love since I am pregnant. I will absolutely be back. read more

Prettify me just opened, beautiful inside! Feels luxurious. they do not have acrylics but they do offer gel x, poly gel, etc. I tried out the poly gel set with tips, they feel as strong as acrylics but look so natural like it's your natural nails. I highly recommend Minh, she did an amazing job on my nails! No complains regarding her. They do have a promo for 20% off for the grand opening. My set was total $88. I'd come again. read more

The salon itself is really nice, but unfortunately the quality hasn't matched my expectations. The second time I went for a Gel X fill, the service felt rushed. One of the nails on my left hand chipped just two days later, even though I don't use that hand very much. I've been to other salons where my nails last longer and where cuticle care is included without an extra charge. read more

Where do I begin? Walked in there today without an appointment...I was lucky to get the very talented "boss lady" to do my holiday nails. Mind you, they were already booked and very busy. Everyone was very nice but unfortunately I don't like the nail work, I asked for a French tip and it came out too thick for my liking. I did ask for them to thin it out and they did but I still wasn't completely satisfied unfortunately and on top of that I do feel like the gel was too thick for my liking. I would probably give them another chance but just ask for a solid color since the service was great and the nail salon was nice. read more

This was my first time and I wanted a builder gel manicure and gel pedicure. Immediate, I was greeted by a very nice woman who kindly helped me check in and explained everything without pressure for upsales. The place is immaculate, the staff is always making sure every detail of the salon is running smoothly and super clean. I was offered a menu with beverages because it was included with the pedicure! Nice touch! Winter was my technician, and she was excellent and friendly. She did both my manicure and pedicure and they look fantastic! I ended up being the only client for a while, as the other people had been there before me and finished and left. The staff was so friendly and we all chatted and laughed and talked about the holidays. Their pricing is reasonable and came out to what I had paid at my last nail salon, which did not provide all the care and attention to detail as Prettify Me. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience! I think I'll be making this my new regular nail salon in 2026! read more

Finally had the chance to try out prettify me, what can I say I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! The owner was incredibly welcoming, and the entire staff was so friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing and positive, making it the perfect place to unwind. Plus, their sanitation standards is honestly the best I have ever seen at a nail salon. Especially their disposable jets. Pedicures will definitely be my favorite here. I was also offered a complementary drink, which was super lovely! I'll definitely be coming back. I'm so glad such a clean & beautiful salon has opened so close to home. read more

First time going, and not a good experience. I went in for a gel matcha pedi. The moment I put my feet in the pedicure bowl. The water is freezing cold. I tell them it's cold. They add warm water. It's still cold . They have to grab a pitcher and transfer water from my chair to the next one. The tech cut my nails too short after direction was given. The massage was weak and focused on my leg. I ask for a Mimosa and they give me plain champagne. I was originally going to get gel, but I was so unhappy with everything I asked for regular polish. They didn't get close to the cuticles. They had to repolish one of the big toes 4x bc every time they tried to apply top coat it would smear. Probably bc they weren't waiting enough in between layers. Until finally someone else came and did it. The salon is beautiful, was looking forward to finding a local spot for good pedis... guess my search will continue. read more
