Prestigious Investigative Services conducted my background for a state agency. Backgrounds can be lengthy and stressful. Adrick (owner) and Ginger (Investigator) were on top of things from the start. Ginger made the background process feel smooth. She clearly made the background a priority. She was able to conduct interviews and collect the necessary information in a matter of a couple months without sacrificing the integrity of the investigation. Adrick was also pleasant. I would highly recommend Prestigious for law enforcement and state agency backgrounds. They are efficient and highly qualified while also remaining personable during a sometimes nerve wracking process. read more

I recently applied to the Long Beach Police Department as well as other agencies, and throughout the process I have worked with multiple background investigators. Took the Security Guard With Firearms Course last week. As a recent retired LEO & department trainer, I was initially a little skeptical about the course. Turns out I learned some new things and it helped me refresh my knowledge of firearms training. The course was lively, classroom setting was very appropriate, and the instructors were very knowledgeable & experienced and, most importantly to me, they were very professional. This company is no joke, they are the real deal . . . and speaking of "deal", the price for the course was more than reasonable, given the quality of instruction. I highly recommend this course, as the instructors were able to tailer the class' to the various level of student experience (from new to the field to very experienced in the field) without compromising the lesson plan. I will definitely be back for any of my future training needs. read more

Prestigious Investigative Services conducted my background investigation as part of a lateral transfer. Mr. Elmore and Mr. Gutierrez were professional and reasonable with their expectations of someone who was undergoing such a thorough and extensive background. The thing that stands out most to me is their compassion for those who have never been though the process. They answered every question I had and also listened when I felt the need to say how nervous I felt being vetted. I thank the gentlemen for guiding me through this arduous process. It is all worth it! Blessings and continued success to you both. read more

Had to write this review because I am truly impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that this firm has of the BSIS laws/regulations, firearms permits training and certification. I am a retired Peace Officer who had a glitch with the BSIS processing of my Guard Card & Firearms permit. As someone that has never gone through a background investigation with an agency, I cannot thank Prestigious Investigative Services enough. I was contacted by Mr. Elmore and he gave me an overview of the documents needed on my end prior to my interview. Shortly after I was contacted by Investigator Davidson and she began the process for my interview. She quickly contacted those on my packet and got back to me quickly for my in person interview. We met for my interview and I cannot stress enough how professional and knowledgeable she was. She made me feel extremely conformable by explaining the process of the in person interview. Everything she had of mine was organized and detailed she was extremely through on the questions she had. Elmore was Very professional and informative during my course receiving my guard card.

Ardrick is reliable, professional and a genuinely nice person. We schedule him for all of our employee and volunteer live scans. He is always early and very friendly with the office; he remembers our names and specific events in our life, our favorite sports team, etc. The live scan is quick and efficient and we have a much faster turn around time using Ardrick than we do sending our employees/volunteers to a facility that does live scans. If I ever leave my current employer, I will make sure we use Ardrick to handle our investigative services at my new place. read more
