Mike is an interesting character. He meets the requirements of the training and certainly adds some humor to the mix.

It can also get too crowded, and then of course if you go to your bag, someone inevitably will ask if your done, even though they paid for one stall, not two. Boards block the targets, so you have to put your pistol into the cutout, this is the most annoying aspect of the range. Target placement are hand crank controlled if that matters. Their reloads are ehh at best. Had one where the bullet came out of the case and it took 3 hours to completely flush out the pistol and trigger group. So inspect every cartridge. Reload prices are a tad more than the cheaper white box ammo at other places, but not high. Overall a good place, i recommend.

The selection of guns is poor compared to turners. I feel like this place has gone down hill over…read morethe years and is barely staying in business. They shut there gun range down way to early, they close the lanes 1hr + before closing time which doesn't make sense. Just seems like they have a cocky 20 year old running the place that doesn't have a clue on how to run a business or treat customers. I actually caught him trying to hit on my girlfriend one day when I was like 10 ft away. Can't say I recommend this place but sadly there's not much of a choice out here. Honestly I would take my money elsewhere. These gun shops like to do a lot of price gouging in this valley. The older folks that work there seem to be pretty respectful but I can't say that for the younger workers.

Queenie was the energy and wisdom of proper instruction and Dave brought experience and an old school feel to what Id expect a teacher to be. The balance of their styles felt right for me personally to learn most effective. Ive rode 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, scooters, go karts u name it. But never with proper guidance. They went through the basics to make rookie riders comfortable and even taught me/ reminded me of things that I had long forgotten. (I haven't done any riding in about 10 years). Highly suggest if you're even thinking about getting on a motorcycle to take this course. It's worth the $. As Dave stressed many of these techniques can save yourself from injury or accidentally removing yourself from this world or someone else's. On a brighter side, the riding is tons of fun, they give you plenty of time to get comfortable on your learner bike and don't shun you for falling during drills before test time. (I didn't fall but others did and stayed the course once the instructors made sure they were ok). (Dont make falling a habit though ) Knowledgable, patient, experienced, and demonstrate the techniques. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks again Queenie and Dave at Top Gun! Im awaiting my DL3 and will post a pic with my new ride as soon as im official.

Brought my gun into mike who spent about 10 mins inspecting it. He sent me home with with everything all lubed up and I can't wait to get back to the range. while waiting I took a moment to browse their selection. They have a good variety and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Glad to know a good shop if I ever need any repairs or to purchase another piece.

Um. Nope. Not ever again…read more Over a week ago I got a quote for adding 2 sets of night sights to 2 sliders. Twice by email, responding to my checking the time, they confirmed between 12 and 1 was good to drop off and have the work done while I went to grab a coffee, thus saving me 2 hours, plus riding in the blazing heat, and at least $25 in gas. True to my word, I got there yesterday at 12:30. Surprise surprise. The gun smith was no where to be found. I was told they had no idea when he'd return. They mumbled something about a funeral. LOL. Right. A few sentences later he mumbled a new excuse "an emergency". One would think a funeral happens long enough after the deceased dropped dead that they'd have/had time to plan their time off and make necessary concessions. At that point I should have listened to my gut and just canceled the project but instead I left the sliders and sights there to be installed whenever. I was home all of 20 minutes and got the call they were done. I guess the funeral let out early. Hahaha (no disrespect to "the dead" :) Adding salt to the situation once home I took a moment to watch the manufacturer's video on installation. Admittedly something I should have done in the first place. My bad. Bottom line. If one was ret@rded and worked reeeeaaaallly slow, using no special tools they could get both sights installed in 10 minutes. 1 screw for each front. The backs merely slide in sideways with a couple light taps. So I'm out $100, 5 hours of my time back and forth, over $30. in gas for what amount to 10 minutes of work. Oh and a boat load of "sorrys", can't forget those. Sorry is just a word. Price gouging, highly inflated cost aside... Any reputable business screws up that bad, they'd offer some meaningful gesture of value to compensate for the loss one took coming to them. Not a peep. Not a "Gee we screwed up we'll discount you a dollar." I did get a "have a nice day" out the door tho. Shame. They have a great selection of guns. One I was strongly considering but guess who isn't getting a penny more much less any of the budget for some higher end long range rifles. Whatever ever happened to gun owner's common code of decency, honesty, stand up, fair pricing? It's given away to gouging, greed, unaccountability and bad business ethics. They don't even lie well. Or is this just an Armenian thing?
