I came here because this is one of the testing sites I signed up to take at. Immediately upon…read morearrival, I wanted to go inside to use the restrooms before my scheduled test time (9am). The doors were locked. It was probably around 8:25AM, so I waited with others. The thing is, the instructions for this exam include coming early (at least 20 minutes early) because the test starts exactly at 9. I chatted with the test proctor (who has been there since 8am) and she expressed that she's been calling the office and waiting for someone to open the doors. Long story short, we waited outside until 9:10AM for someone to show up! This lady comes in, looking bored and disheveled, and I overhear her tell the proctor she thought someone else was coming in to unlock the doors for her. She didn't seem sorry and took her time. She opened the doors and during the setup of our tests, it was a long process because of laptop issues (some laptops were requiring passwords to unlock and she had no idea how to fix connection issues for a couple laptops) and material prepping. Our test ended up starting late past 9:35AM, and I definitely wish this spot was better organized in terms of communication. I'm super glad my other test wasn't scheduled later that day like others did because the proctor expressed that those exam times would be delayed now. It was also hot inside the room but thankfully AC was later turned on about 30 minutes into our exam. Nontheless, my experience here wasn't an impressive one.

My experience in class was not the best as Mrs. Smith seemed frustrated each day. I was also not given an externship. I do not recommend this school because they are unprofessional. They expect professionalism and don't know how to apply it themselves. Many students in my class had a bad experience, this is not the first or last bad review.

Positive (1) They have a computer lab, and the one girl who works there.. I cant remember her name, but I think it is Jasmine she is nice and is very helpful. (2) You can see a consular and not have to wait in a ridiculously long line. (3) It is convenient if you live in palmdale. Negatives (1) No financial aid building (2) Not big enough for the both of us. (3) Computer lab needs to be bigger. All in All I rate this campus at 4 =)

Soon enough, I was scoring As on every test. They're open all day with tutors and teachers to help you. The staff cares about you and how you're doing. You gain so much by coming to Learn4Life. Since I have been there, there has been a lot of changes and improvements for the better. I struggled a lot with mathematics like a lot of other students but Miss Cho or one of the wonderful tutors was always available and willing to help me. In fact everyone on staff was always ready to help anyone that needed it. The receptionist Amber has always been especially sweet, often bringing food for everyone, encouraging students that they can finish, and generally making sure everyone is taken care of. Leaving my normal high school to come here was a choice I will never regret. Independent studies isn't for everyone but for me it was defiantly the best way for me to finish high school and earn my diploma.

I have a hard leading disability and things are hard to understand. But they all took the time to help me understand and thrive. I recommend this school for anyone who want to do anything with thriving in leading the arts of nails, hair in skin. I have now graduated and thriving in life.
