Seeing how there was only 1 review i was skeptical at first but since a good colleague recommended her I decided to give it a try, and Im glad I did! Katrina was amazing. Very professional and patient throughout the session, lots of hands-on experiences to make sure you fully comprehend everything and how to perform CPR correctly. Compared to my previous classes, this seem much more rookie-friendly . Her pricing is also very reasonable and she's willing to work around your schedule. It was a long drive for me but seeing how i only need to renew my CPR license every 2 yr, it was worth the drive. Highly recommended!

Positive (1) They have a computer lab, and the one girl who works there.. I cant remember her name, but I think it is Jasmine she is nice and is very helpful. (2) You can see a consular and not have to wait in a ridiculously long line. (3) It is convenient if you live in palmdale. Since I have been there, there has been a lot of changes and improvements for the better. I struggled a lot with mathematics like a lot of other students but Miss Cho or one of the wonderful tutors was always available and willing to help me. In fact everyone on staff was always ready to help anyone that needed it. The receptionist Amber has always been especially sweet, often bringing food for everyone, encouraging students that they can finish, and generally making sure everyone is taken care of. Leaving my normal high school to come here was a choice I will never regret. Independent studies isn't for everyone but for me it was defiantly the best way for me to finish high school and earn my diploma.

Wonderful educational homeschooling program!…read more The campuses are large but, for example, one of the campuses has a beautiful football field that has not been catered too; therefore, the children cannot utilize the track and field. How many years will Gorman let this field go unattended? I understand there may be a lack of funding. Also, there is no microwaves available to students to have hot lunches. This is possibly due to state regulations. When will Gorman address this? No worries because on campus learning is completely optional. Furthermore, it seems that Gorman learning center is turning into a brick-and-mortar style school system which will perhaps develop into overpopulated classrooms if they keep letting students enroll. I understand on campus course and activities are optional tho.....No worries Well, if your considering Gorman Learning Center you're on the right track, as there are more benefits to this establishment than my own selfish and perhaps petty gripes. And...... to end on a positive note: -The Administrative Staff are nice -The Teachers and Facilitators are great! -Students are phenomenal and smart -PLTs are absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable on all subjects -Courses Offered are well equipped with tools needed to successfully support the objectives Thank you for reading and hopefully by next year I can give this school a FIVE STAR
