Towed vehicle in on day of appt scheduled. Car sat for 8 days and was never looked at. Horrible service. Had to have it towed elsewhere.

Aurora AutoPros - Edgar & Renee', owners

If we could give them 10 stars we would. We have been taking our vehicles to Edgar and team for…read moreover three years now. Edgar is the most honest mechanic I've ever met - oxy moron right? He will tell you exactly what is wrong with your car, prioritize what needs to be fixed as well as make recommendations. He will never sell you what you don't need. Not only is he competitive on pricing he genuinely cares about his customers. Just this week we were unable to pick up a car we had repaired until the weekend and Edgar went out of his way to drop it at our home. You just don't find people like Edgar and his family/team every day - we are grateful to have found them and won't take our vehicles to anyone else!

A mechanic shop that you can trust. Aurora Auto Pros is a small business owned and operated auto…read moreshop in Aurora, CO near Buckely Space Force, Pickens Tech, and near city Hall. They are trustworthy, kind, knowledgeable, very accommodating and friendly. Today I went in for my oil change and regular auto maintenance. I also had all my filters changed and my new tires realigned. I dropped off my car at 9 AM and Edgar, the owner was kind & dropped me back off at my home during my service so that I could work from home for the rest of the day. Then when the car was ready for pick up Edgar came back to my house and picked me up. Such amazing & generous customer service. Even if the staff was not available to do a pick up and drop off, they also offered a rideshare service if needed. This is a huge lifesaver for me and super accommodating of my chaotic work schedule. I always feel safe in my vehicle after picking up my car for maintenance. I know I have a reliable vehicle when my car is serviced here. I also love that they use different apps and technology to explain the services, show the repairs needed or maintenance required options for your car. Jose and Andrew at the front of house of the shop are amazing and also make the whole experience convenient and a breeze. I have also called the shop for other referral services. They referred me to a local glass shop and I had an exceptional experience. I've been spoiled my whole life and always had family members that are mechanics in HI help with my car maintenance and it's really nice to have a mechanic shop in CO that you can trust like family. This shop takes so much pride in their work and customer service, which is why they have such an incredible reputation. Not only are they an exceptional auto shop, they are also very community minded and huge advocates for the small business community in Aurora, Colorado. Thank you to the team and family at Aurora Auto Pros for servicing multiple vehicles over the years. I've been a customer from the beginning ever since 2013. It's crazy to think 11 years have passed, but they have been wonderful business owners and their growth of their shop really shows the true success of their superior customer service and attention to detail.

UPDATE as of 10/2024:…read more Took my Veloster in for a brake flush, and as always Ken and his team completed the work in a timely, professional, and affordable manner. My only wish is that his location was closer to my house, and that he was open on weekends, but that won't stop me from going. Next he will see my Veloster for a seat heater diagnostic. I have been to Tune Tech twice. The first time for an issue with my cars remote start, then for a low beam bulb. Both times Tune Tech fixed the problem in a timely, professional, and affordable manner. They even checked all of my lights, finding I had 3 bulbs out, not just one. I was glad I took it to them considering I'd taken my car for an oil change a week earlier to a different company who never mentioned that I had any lights out. Last, but not least, Ken, the owner, is very pleasant to work with.

I called to inquire about the tune-up, diagnostic services, and 100,000-mile maintenance service…read moreoffered by this business. I spoke with Ken, who informed me that the diagnostic service was not included with the tune-up and would cost an additional $250. I explained that the company's website states that diagnostics are included in the tune-up service. Ken pulled up the website and confirmed that he saw the same information I was referring to. However, rather than clarifying the discrepancy, he remained silent. When I asked whether the information on the website was incorrect, he stated that it was not. Ken then commented that tune-ups are typically only necessary when something is wrong with the vehicle, despite my explaining that I had driven my vehicle for 100,000 miles without having a tune-up. Overall, the interaction left me with the impression that Ken was attempting to add an additional $250 charge for a diagnostic service that the company's website explicitly states is included in the tune-up. Even after acknowledging the information on the website, he did not provide a clear explanation for why I was being told I would have to pay extra. This raised concerns about the transparency of the pricing and whether customers are being quoted additional charges for services advertised as included. I believe customers deserve clear, honest pricing and straightforward explanations before agreeing to any service.

I brought my car to Gooch's because I suspected a transmission issue. Instead, my car was stolen…read morefrom their property in the middle of the day. It has since been recovered with thousands of dollars in damages--and it turns out there wasn't even a transmission issue. My vehicle was left unattended in an unsecured lot, connected to a battery charger, with the key sitting in the center console cup holder. I entrusted this shop with my car. Keeping the key secure should not have been too much to ask... What has frustrated me most is management's response. Marco (manager) told me that leaving keys in vehicles is standard practice, that this could happen anywhere, and that it had never happened there before. The company is denying any liability, and I'm now left facing the damage bill despite their severe negligence. "This could happen anywhere" does not address why my vehicle was left unattended with the key inside. I wasn't asking anyone to predict the future. Nobody forced entry into my car. No windows were broken or gates jumped. The key was left inside. 10-feet from the office. I expected basic care for my property and accountability when something went wrong. Instead of feeling that management understood the seriousness of the situation, I felt dismissed. Getting my car back does not erase the thousands of dollars in damage or the stress this has caused. A repair shop depends on trust--in its judgment, its care for your vehicle, and how it treats you when something goes wrong. After this experience, I have ZERO confidence in Gooch, or the condescending manager, Marco. I went in worried about a transmission problem that turned out not to exist. I came out with very real damage and a company telling me it isn't responsible. If you're already stressed about your car, consider whether this is the shop you want handling it. I would not trust them with mine again.
