In the process of trying to find a lock smith to replace my key remote I realized after hours of calling dozens of places that even the so called "5 star" companies are working with some really shady contractors that will be as vague as possible about pricing and will often get very hostile if you try to lock in a set amount. I even met up with one after negotiating a price with all fees included supposedly only for him to try to get me to sign a blank invoice and saying he wouldn't know the amount until after he started working. He had some choice words for me when I declined his services. I was beginning to become convinced that there wasn't an honest lock smith in town until Tony with Prestige reached out to me. He expressed to me that he was as upset about the dishonesty of many in his industry and immediately eased my suspicions by patiently answering every question and giving me a fair and honest breakdown of what I would be paying. He arrived quickly and got the job done and kept his word the entire time. I know this is bit of a novel but if I can save anyone out there from waisting their time and money with the slew of predatory contractors out there and send them to Tony than it's worth the effort. As far as I can tell he is among the only professionals out there and I will only be calling him if something like this happens again. read more

The remote key fob to my 2015 Subaru Impreza began working erratically after one of the plastic pieces that holds the battery in place got damaged. After a few weeks of hit-or-miss scenarios with the locks and ignition, it became clear that I needed a replacement. I did some comparative research on local locksmiths, and decided to give Tony a call based on his high ratings. Tony gave me a grand total quote on the phone (which was by far the most affordable), asked for my address, and was at my place in no time. It was a huge relief that he brought his tools to me, rather than me having to drive anywhere. He was fast and efficient, and I paid the exact price I was quoted on the phone (which included a 6 month warranty). Thank you, Tony! I would not hesitate to use his services again (but I hope I don't have to :) Highly recommend!! -Heather read more

What a breath of fresh air. There really are nice, smart, and down to earth people running companies. Tony drove from Cedar Park to Dripping Springs in 30 min. to program a second key for my 2024 4Runner. Tony cut and programmed the key and was gone in 20min. I was charged 250.00, which was 300.00 cheaper than driving to the dealership. Im so happy and lucky to have found such a great person with such a great company. The Ford dealer wouldn't touch my 2003 Ford Expedition. The key fob and electronics were jacked up. Tony doesn't just open doors and cut keys, he diagnoses and then finds, buys, installs and reprograms the electronic parts (ECU and PCM brains of the car) so your car works. And all this is coming to your location. He's a pro, absolutely nothing negative on his service in any regard and he gets my highest possible rating. Tom in Austin read more
