There are a wide variety of juices (which are all pretty good, just on the pricer side if you want to get more than one) but I mainly make the drive out for their freezes. I am obsessed with their Vanilla Freeze since it is not too sweet but still very satisfying at the same time. Although they may have changed the recipe of it since last time I went it did feel more sweet; I still very much enjoyed it and think its a great healthier options when going out to get ice cream. They also have a wide selection of healthy topping, which I def recommend adding. read more

Tip: check their social media for promos! My friend introduced me to Pressed Juicery, and I wanted to see what the hype was all about. I was shocked to see how little calories their freezes are. I came around 9pm (most of their locations close at 9 but spectrum closes at 10!) and found parking easily in the parking structure. I ordered the strawberry and pineapple freezes (my top two favorite flavors), and it blew my mind. It is such a refreshing dessert and a great way to end your meal. I have tried the chocolate freeze, but the strawberry one tastes the best to me. Their granola and almond butter toppings pair really well with the freezes too. I've tried some of their juices, and the strawberry basil lemonade is my favorite! It has a great balance of flavors and is only 20 calories! My overall experience is amazing, and I've gone here so much that I decided to join their membership. I definitely recommend this place! read more

The heat is torture but smoothie bowls save me from melting. Pressed seems to specialise in juices, but they do offer other things, such as plant-based soft serve, wellness shots, snacks, smoothies, and of course, smoothie bowls. There are prefixed smoothie bowl selections, which helps if you are indecisive but makes those who like customising a bit sad. I have tried the Açaí Power Bowl and the Açaí Superfood Bowl. They taste similar, but I prefer the Power Bowl because of the almond butter. The base is nicely sweet, the fruit is fresh, the granola is delicious, but I can't help but want more of the toppings. I also tried the Energy Shot... which I regret. The matcha in it was noticeable and nice but there was an almost medicinal taste paired with it that I really did not enjoy. I also did not gain any energy. ._. I signed up for a membership and was able to pick a free juice. I chose the Strawberry Basil Lemonade. The strawberry flavour was present but I did not taste the basil or the lemon. It was lightly sweet and quite watery. It tasted as if someone liquified a strawberry candy and mixed it in water. Pressed is not my first choice when I crave smoothie bowls but when I am at Irvine Spectrum, I tend to stop by to hide from the sun. I love pressed and had missed it during my pregnancy since the juice isn't pasteurized. We stumbled upon this location at the Irvine Spectrum mall when we went out for stroller walk with the baby. I had my first Green juice 2 in about 11 months and it was worth the wait! Just as delicious as I remembered. I've been wanting to try the soft serve for so long and my friend was raving about them. So we decided to try it for dessert. I decided to get half matcha and vanilla. The matcha freeze is made with filtered water, dates, almonds, vanilla, spinach, romaine, cucumber, kale and matcha. The vanilla freeze is made with filtered water, dates, almonds, vanilla extract and sea salt. I was iffy about the flavors but once I tried it, I was very impressed! It's not too sweet and had the right consistency. I topped mine off w/ blueberries, cacao drizzle and chocolate chips. The toppings complimented the freeze very well. Also, the girl working there told us they had a deal if we bought two items, we would get two shots for free and only spend $12. They had a huge variety of shots to choose from. One of the shot we got was probiotic shot that had apple, lemon, ginger, red cabbage and probiotic. This was tasty and had a kick to it due to the ginger. The second shot we got was the elderberry shot that contained honey, elderberry, lemon, cinnamon and cloves. My friend enjoyed her shot. Will be coming back for more. Everything about this place is amaaazing! I have tried a bunch of their juices and with all natural, non-artificial ingredients, they are all definitely something to feel good about drinking! My favorites are the vanilla almond and chocolate almond which are more milky and rich. Some of my juice favorites are the Greens 1.5 when I need to get my veggies on. But what I REALLY come here for is the pressed freeze "ice cream" made with similar ingredients as their juices. The vanilla and chocolate are both equally my FAVS, still need to try the greens/fruits flavors but I always cave and just get vanilla/chocolate. Its sweetened with dates so you can feel good about not inhaling sugar like you would at yogurtland, etc. Most importantly, it tastes AMAZING ! I suggest that you wait to tip until they make your drink. I ordered a refresher and asked for light ice and tipped 20%. He filled the cup with 1/4 ice, which is fair, but then he only filled the cup with 2/3 full of the drink. Really?!?! The service I've received at this location has always been great, very friendly, professional and kind. Precautions for pandemic being taken, as well. The prices are kind of high for the amount of product, I can down a bottle pretty quick but my biggest complaint so far is the Aloe H20 tried that for the first time and it had the subtle-ist hit of Aloe, barely could taste, basically tasted like water. I'd like to taste what I'm paying for and actually feel like I'm getting health benefits from this purchase. That amount of aloe could not have done anything for me, I'm sure. read more

Wow. Where do I begin. These employees are not trained nearly enough, and most of them are not friendly and have major attitude issues (I would say about 3 out of 5 of them that I have experienced have been super rude- and I give everyone the benefit of the doubt). I have had multiple negative experiences at this location which is a shame because I stop by often for my weekly restock. I have been wrongly charged for items multiple times and have been told to "know what terminology to say before they ring me up next time"... These employees need some major customer service training and should know their menu and what the company offers so customers don't feel like a nuisance when they ask questions. I have had many other shocking experiences that are too complicated to even share on here (let's just say, there has been soft serve thrown across the counter before ... by an employee). I've also noticed that I've never been asked if I want a receipt, I've never received email receipts, and there are no records of any of my purchases on my account which is weird to me as well. I NEVER ask for someone's manager because I refuse to be "that" customer, but after my frustrating experience today, I simply asked for the manager's name and when he usually comes in to work, and the employee literally told me that their "manager" never even comes to the shop, so they are basically on their own to figure things out if anything goes wrong on any given day. Like I said, I never want to be "that" customer that complains and asks for the manager and goes to Yelp to rant, but something needs to be done because I've never really experienced such bad customer service time and time again at the same store like this! :( And it's just juice for crying out loud! I came here for some soft serve, not juice. While walking past here after lunch I noticed some people walking out with soft serve and of course I wanted some. So my Cousin and I both went in and got ourselves some soft serve. We both got their chocolate strawberry soft serve. It was really good and a very reasonable portion size, not to mention at a good price too. The strawberries were sweet and tart and the chocolate was rich. Horrible customer service. Negative stars. The two young girls that were working were very rude and not knowledgeable about what the products they were selling. One of the girls gave me the bottle and told me to read what the ingredients were. I asked for a straw for my toddler son so he can drink the bottle and she said no. Even though they had it. I've heard so much hype about this chain that I had to try it out for myself. Overall, kind of a disappointing experience - 2.5/5 yelps (3 for taste, 2 for location-specific issues). I'd be open to trying Pressed Juicery again, but definitely not at this location. VENUE: Right away, I was pretty disappointed by the flavor selection. At this location there are only 4 flavors - chocolate, vanilla, matcha, and strawberry. Chocolate and vanilla can be swirled together, matcha and strawberry can be swirled. I had been hoping they would have the PB flavor I had read good things about, but I guess not all their locations are standardized. In addition, I was not offered samples. To be fair, I didn't specifically ask to try any of the flavors, but I did state that it was my first time at PJ and I had numerous questions about the flavors, so I kind of wish the barista had offered. That was a bummer. PRICING: Too much moola for not enough noms, in my opinion. It's $4.95 for a small (or "size 1"), $6.50 for a large ("size 2), both of which are pretty small cups, and $1 extra for 3 toppings. I ordered a size 1 of the matcha strawberry swirl. I didn't realize that it was $1 extra for toppings until I had already picked 2. I think I would have gotten toppings anyways, but there are people that would have liked a heads up being paying an extra $1 for toppings. I got strawberries, blueberries, and carob chips. They didn't have Almond Butter to drizzle on top, like I'd seen at some other locations - another bummer. TASTE: I wasn't terribly impressed with the taste overall - the matcha was quite bland, easily overpowered by the strawberry. On the bright side, the strawberry flavor was not unpleasant; then again, it's hard to mess up frozen strawberries. The texture has more of a sorbet feel than a true frozen yogurt, as well as a grittiness, but I think this is because of all the healthy ingredients blended into it. Despite not getting a lot of matcha flavor, I would never have guessed that there was a ton of kale and veggies blended into the froyo. So, despite overpaying for a tiny portion of gritty, flavorless sorbet, at least I didn't have to feel guilty about eating it. read more

For their "freeze" line, they also have vanilla and chocolate. Only the matcha one has greens (kale, spinach, and cucumber) but nonetheless the other three still has healthy fruit based ingredients. You can add some nuts or fruit toppings for just a buck more. As with it's name, they serve cold press juice which I have yet to try but I'm likely to really just stick with coming here for one of the freeze options. This little, straight forward storefront that barely has enough room for you to get in, place your order and walk out, is a gem. There's cozy seats right outside that makes it a great chill spot to spoon right into your frozen healthy treat while at the Spectrum. Felt like resetting so of course I had to go to my go to juice cleanse place! I've done two three day cleanses from here in the past and have always had good outcome; no headaches, dizziness or feeling of hunger. Cleanse: I chose to do a two day cleanse this time. Each cleanse consists of 6 juices and two waters. There are three preset cleanses (first timer, most popular and for the experienced) or they give you the option of customizing. For day one I chose cleanse 3 and I opted to customize my day 2 Customer service: Kimiya was very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked her questions. She explained benefits of each and had great recommendations. They let you sample any juices which is helpful before choosing! Cost: unfortunately there were no promotions this time so each day cost $39.50. Occasionally they have cleanse sales which are $29.50/day. They do have a rewards program so fortunately I had racked up enough points that one of my cleanses was half off + I got two free juices. Can't wait to start tomorrow morning! read more

I walked by the store with a friend and was extremely intrigued by the promotional sign for the "Lemonade with a Dark Side" -- lemon lavender honey activated charcoal. We decided to stop in and ask to give it a try!! We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly all of the staff was in helping us pick out the perfect juice on this unusually, extremely hot September day. I must have tried at least four or five different juices before settling on my most favorite. However, I did not feel rushed in any way, nor did I feel like I was being a bother at any point during the process. I ended up choosing the "Greens 5" juice -- cilantro fennel orange pineapple romaine spinach. I loved it!! It was incredibly refreshing and so fun on the tongue. The flavors are incredible in that you can actually taste each individual flavor, but the juice itself is also complete and very well pressed together. I loved that the bitter tones of this juice did not linger, and I liked that the sweeter tones were not too sweet. Definitely coming back. The prices here are outrageous but I do have to say that they make getting the greens in your diet a whole lot easier. I love how the store itself is very sleek and minimalistic. When I first walked in, I was welcomed right away and the workers were great about giving samples! Greens 3 ($6.50) - this drink is made with kale, spinach, romaine, parsley, cucumber, celery, apple, lemon, and ginger. For something so healthy, this was actually pretty bearable. I'm not gonna lie and say it tasted good, but I see how it would be a great choice if you're trying to incorporate better ingredients into your system. This was the best one out of the ones I sampled, and yes I can down the whole thing, but I can't genuinely say that I enjoy doing it. "Freeze" ($4.95 size 1, $6.50 size 2) - aka the soft serve. I really don't know what the big deal is. The so called "matcha" was completely overpowered by the kale and spinach. The vanilla and strawberry almond were both very bland. The best out of all of them was the chocolate, but even that wasn't particularly good. Consistency is also not great, it's pretty icy and grainy in texture with no creaminess at all. Toppings are also an additional $1, so for the small portion you get you're paying a ridiculous amount. My cousin is vegan and he's always all for these types of desserts, but he didn't enjoy it either. Definitely my first and last time. It's healthy, it's cute, but for the portion and flavor I really don't think it's worth it at all. I'm not going to let the aesthetic and hype on this place blind me from perceiving the true flavor of the product, and it's really not that good. However, even though the taste is very average, it really is a good way to treat yourself out but in a healthy way. I nearly spent $50 for what you see in my pic, for the prices here aren't cheap. Not that i mind b/c of course health is nothing to be cheap about, in this case. The service was met to standard and I was impressed with the way I got greeted as soon as I walked in. The cashier was very knowledgeable with her nutritional facts which was again, impressive!
