My bowl layered with all my favorite fruits ~ strawberry, kiwi, pineapple & peach. Lastly, I had to top everything off with toasted coconut & coconut shavings. YUMS!!! Both the açaí & coconut bases had a rich, smooth texture that wasn't overly sweet. Theyheld up great and didn't melt quickly, unlike some places (which I really appreciated), and the fruits tasted incredibly fresh. I loved being able to customize my bowl with unlimited amounts of toppings ~ everything just came together perfectly. The staff was super friendly, the service was excellent ~ my order was made quickly, and the store was clean and welcoming. I also loved the vibrant & inviting colors. Even though limited, I'm pretty sure that those who arrived shortly after 3 PM to get the keychain were able to get one. We enjoyed our drinks outside. The furniture is a little beaten up being exposed to the weather elements outside. I think that I will stick to my usual strawberry matcha latte or mango milk tea. I do love how spacious it is and how much seating there is (there are both low and high chairs) and there is a bigger table area, so it's good for both studying or hanging out with friends. I came before they had officially announced on their socials that they were having their re-opening (I believe they were in soft-opening phase around end of August). I came on a Saturday around 4:20pm to order their Hololive collab items. Ordering process was smooth and easy as there were two kiosk available. I can't exactly speak on the customer service since I didn't really interact with the staff other than when I'm picking up my drinks and they asked if I wanted my drinks in a bag, but they seemed nice. However, I would note on the staff's efficiency at the time. Understandably they were mostly in training so it did take some time, but what I was more so frustrated about was when multiple people who ordered after me got their drinks first (it would have been fine if I only noticed one person after me, but it's the fact it was multiple and I ended up having to wait almost 15min while others didn't wait as long). Maybe it's because I ordered the more complicated drinks and the collab drinks had been released one day before I went, but I think they should have prioritized finishing my order before continuing to make the people's after me and calling them out since they did have at least 3 staff members working on the drinks. With that being said, the drinks I got were: Cecelia Immergreen's matcha milk tea with oreo (collab), Hakos Baelz's Tieguanyin with tiramisu foam (collab), and the peach frostie either jasmine tea jelly (summer seasonal). I got all drinks 25% sweet and it was just right. The matcha milk tea w/oreo was surprisingly really good! I never would have thought oreo would have paired well with matcha, but it did. The tieguanyin with tiramisu foam was creamy and kind of tasted like both cocoa and coffee which was a nice combination. My family normally loves the peach frostie (it's one of our usual go-to peach seasonal drinks alongside the yakult version), but unfortunately it was a bit disappointing this time. I forgot to take a picture of it because I get it so often, but it didn't taste slushy enough, and the green tea jelly was too mushy for some reason instead of firm and chewy (could be that it was a bad batch or it wasn't cut properly so it became mushy). Overall, even though I'm excited that this location is back, my particular visit was just a little bit disappointing, considering such high standards I have with frequenting Sunright in general and had no problems at their other locations. On a more positive note, I would hope that by now, the staff is much more efficient now and the taste of the drinks are consistent as they continue to improve and I think my future visit will be better!
