I've tried several drinks from Pressed Juicery over the years. Most of them are good and I like how they have unique ones like one with drwgonfruit in it. Usually I think of Pressed Juicery for their juices, but their acai bowls are pretty good too. I would consider their juices an 8/10 and their acai bowls an 8/10 as well. I don't believe that juice cleanses work, but everything tastes good. It's a bit expensive, though, especially the juices, but that's just how all these types of places are. Since this is at Spectrum, parking is free but tough during busy hours. The people here are nice and helpful. read more

When I'm at the Irvine Spectrum, I always stop by the Pressed Juicery to get a couple bottles of juice. My favorites are the Multi Vitamin (pineapple & carrot juice = A, C, E, B12), Daily Greens (apple, spinach, kale, celery, cucumber, parsley), and Immunity Tonic) ginger turmeric). Pressed juices are cold-pressed and so good and refreshing. However, you have to be careful not to consume too much in one day because these juices are very high in (natural) sugars. I just called into this spot to ask about their limited time blood orange and kumquat drink they have going on right now. The boy who answered the phone just now answered me like it's his personal cell phone, "HELLO?" First of all if you had any common sense working in customer service you would say, "Hi this is Pressed Juicery how can we help you?" Not "HELLO?" Like wtf? Weird. His whole tone of voice sounded to me like he didn't care to help me as if he's annoyed I'm just asking as a CUSTOMER a simple question. I'm not trying to be rude too to start with like he was with me. He kept also saying, "ughhhhh" after literally everything. THAT was so annoying hearing that from someone who's supposed to help. It was okay. We got the açaí bowl, the original one, and it was all right. The texture of the açaí tasted watered down or something. I do like that they have juices and soft serve that are plant based, and it doesn't taste as sweet as other places which is great. Service was nice enough. There isn't any seating inside, so you order and go find a table somewhere outside; sometimes the Spectrum can get crowded. If you're looking for more bang for your buck, more choices and freedom with your açaí bowl, try Earth Bowl next to Sephora. But, my all time favorite for açaí is Berry Brand--delicious. read more

Wow... where do I begin? The customer service was poor. There was no warmth or friendliness from the staff--no smiles or any sense of effort to make the experience enjoyable. Mind you, it's the day after Thanksgiving. You would think people would have a little holiday spirit. Additionally, the wait time for my order was unnecessarily long. I ordered a vanilla freeze medium size with cacao drizzle on half. I waited and waited and went in to check on my order. (Around 15-20 minutes) I later discovered that the cashier had forgotten to pass my order to the person making the freeze, which contributed to the delay. Once the young gentleman working on my order tried to make my order, the freeze machine appeared to be malfunctioning, operating very slowly. He told me to wait longer so it can defrost/get warm. So I went back outside to wait longer. After another 10 minutes I couldn't take it anymore and went back inside where no one looked at me or asked me if I needed help. I finally said, "Can someone please help me?" and then another staff member tried to help me but when the staff member attempted to make m freeze, some of the product ended up on his hand, but he just tapped it back into the serving cup. Where were his gloves? This was both unprofessional and unsanitary. So gross! I asked for a refund and the staff member gave me one but the staff member was unsure if the refund had been processed to my card, leaving me uncertain about whether the issue had been fully resolved. So sad. I will go back to Los Angeles and back to my regular locations. Step it up, Irvine! read more

Chaotic, Unmanaged, and Just Plain Gross Had a horrible experience at Pressed in Irvine Spectrum today.Waited over 20 minutes for a freeze and an açaí protein bowl, only to be ignored, forgotten, and eventually handed something that looked like it had been dropped and scooped off the floor. No structure, no order system, no leadership. It was a total free-for-all behind the counter. I had to remind the staff three times that I was still waiting, and when the bowl finally came out, it was so poorly assembled I couldn't even bring myself to eat it. I literally threw it away on the spot. If you're looking for fresh, clean, and quality--this is not the place. I love Pressed so I signed up for the VIP status a couple months ago and they charge my card $10 a month for it. So i went to pressed to get some juices and the worker tried to scan my QR code for the membership (to get VIP prices) but the QR code wouldn't scan and it said my membership wasn't found, even though i was charged this month for my membership already. The worker couldn't apply the VIP prices manually and she said she wasn't able to look up my membership any other way, even though I have a membership ID number and it's tied to my email and phone number. COVID PRECAUTIONS: Face masks were worn. I didn't see hand sanitizer available. SERVICE: Service was fast! Their drinks are pre-packaged so there's barely a wait. ORDER: I tried the Citrus 1 for $6.75 and it was definitely refreshing and tasted healthy! I did hope it was sweeter and made per order, but it was all prepackaged. Nonetheless it tasted good, but I could barely taste any of the pineapple or lemon. Citrus 1: cold pressed juice, cucumber, pineapple, coconut water, lemon, aloe vera. VIP: They have a VIP pricing which is $5 for the cold pressed juice rather than $6.75 but I believe you would need to pay a monthly membership fee. I was hesitant to do a juice cleanse initially. Hubby finally convinced me to give it a try after feeling bloated from his birthday festivities. We DoorDash the juices from here. We ordered the Cleanse 1 Beginner for about $41.50 each. The cleanse came with 6 juices for a single day cleanse. Hubby and I did the cleanse together. I struggled half way through. I had a hard time drinking my 4th juice since I didn't like the strong citrus taste. I never felt hungry during the cleanse and actually felt full from the juices. My stomach felt less bloated and I actually felt energetic and less lethargic. Overall, we enjoyed the cleanse and only see ourselves committing to it once in awhile considering the price. Order arrived missing items. I called support number in app, was asked to check if any note in bag saying an item was outta stock. I replied no note in either bag.
