Pretty staff and pretty knowledgeable about the various superfoods and combo that taste great. I got the dragon fruit açaí bowl and it was delicious. Cost $11 around and it's packed with vitamins and screams all time healthy. One less star for dirty and sticky table but overall interiors of store is nice and bright and colorful. Great place to stop by on a weekday morning after a workout. Located right next to Pure Barre. You get a free ginger shot on check in. I ordered the açaí mango bowl. If you have nut allergies, you must look at the ingredients carefully as most bowls and smoothies have cashew or almond milk in them. The Açaí mango bowl had no nuts. The bowls were freshly blended and made so there was a wait time. But totally worth the wait! Easy to order at the cash register. The staff were friendly and kind. I am really dissatisfied with Nekter's service, especially at their corporate office. I was so excited to do the cleanse, but unfortunately had very poor results. Halfway through the second day of this cleanse, I broke into a rash on my forearms. I scoured the website for warnings about side effects like this but found nothing. I called The corporate office the following morning and had to leave a message as, "all representatives were busy helping other customers". When I didn't receive a call back after six hours, I called again. This time Michelle answered and said, "oh, I got your message. I'm sorry I didn't call you back." I explained again about the rash. I've done other cleanses before without this result, I drank plenty of water, and followed the instructions to a T. She said it could be a "result of the toxins" but that she would look into it and call me back. After I didn't hear from them for another five hours, I called again. I was connected to the same person who didn't offer anything more than to repeat what she had already told me (which was very little). She spoke with zero empathy, said I should call my doctor, and left it at that. I've tried multiple times to call and reach a supervisor today, but I've only been able to leave a message and I have not received a return call. What if I got a bad batch? What if this is serious? Thankfully I don't think it is as I have no other symptoms. But even if I did, it doesn't seem like the people at Nekter care at all. read more

By far the worst nectar I have been to. I go to nectar a couple times a week, but I will probably stop using this location. I place my orders using the app and when I arrive the order is never completed at the designated pick up time. And it's not a one time thing, it's constant. They won't even be busy, but they will take 20 extra minutes to make a bowl. It's insane. Also, check out the half empty bowl container (are pic)....I have been getting açaí bowls from nectar for ages, but this location seems to skimp you badly. I've been to many stores within the OC area of Nekter since I'm a big fan of açaí bowls. Yesterday was my first visit to this store, and I had a banana berry bowl, with only acai as the base for the blend. Their manager told me that they can't do this because, without the ingredients, the amount of base will only be half of the original. And to make what I ordered, I have to pay an extra charge. I am surprised because none of the previous stores has told me to pay extra for a choice that I can make directly through the app. The only concern they will have is the quantity and quality of the base blend, and I will tell them it's all right, I have no problem with the consistency, and they will substitute the three ingredients with açaí automatically. I hate to cause inconvenience for others, and it's not like I'm allergic to any of the ingredients, so I told the manager I'm fine to have it as it is, meaning keep the original recipe. However, the manager ended up doing me a favor and give me a bowl with only açaí as the base. I am pleased with their service and decided to come back tomorrow, which I did. With last experience, I have check the "add açaí"box for the extra charge and patiently waited for my bowl. One of the baristas, who is black hair, Latina, walk to me with no expression on her face, and said as her manager stated yesterday, this is prohibited, and I shouldn't order like this anymore. I thought she has misunderstood something so I told her I have paid for the extra charge through the app. I asked her several times if she scans through my order carefully, and her only reply was her manager said no, yesterday was an expectation, and today will be the last time. It's very embarrassing because I came back because I confirmed with the manager yesterday, that it will be fine as long as I pay for the acai. However, I decided to not waste my time with her arguing about this, and said ok. She puts the container on the table and walked away right after. What's even worth is that I received a bowl of açaí cashew milkshake. I had many pure açaí based bowls, and even compare with the one I get yesterday, it is not hard to find that they are trying to fool their customers by replacing the ingredients, including paid portion with their house cashew milk. The reason why I spent so much time talking about this is that it's such an unfortunate thing that I can't. This is the closest store near my home, and their fruit is the freshest and sweetest compared to other stores I've visited. The environment was great and the baristas are all young and good-looking ladies. I even preordered a pickup for tomorrow around the same time. I ended cancel it right after I exit the store. What's funny is that I finally decided to try the blend with everything instead of just açaí. All I have to say is to train your employees. As a person who worked in the customer service field, some of their performance is the bare minimum. If you are telling your customers this is their last order, then that will be the last time. read more

Prior to arriving at this location I ordered 4 drinks online for my family . I don't live that far and I arrived little early at 933am on 5/16/21 . Upon entering the store, I told the female worker that was juicing at the front that I placed an online order. She snapped back that I was too early(turns out she was working on my order). I said ok I can wait. 5 minutes later a Caucasian male walked in. She greeted him nicely and respectfully asking him if he had an order and what his name was. As an Asian American this was a strange and uncomfortable encounter. Hoping this wasn't a racially driven encounter.
