I brought in two white Tommy Bahama shirts that definitely needed special care. Stacey took the time to explain how she handles each piece based on the fabric--very reassuring to hear! She originally said they'd be ready tomorrow, but when I joked and asked how much extra to have them done today, she smiled, gave me a fair price, and made it happen. Great service, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude. I walked out knowing my shirts are in good hands--and soon I'll be a happy camper with two crisp, white shirts ready to go. Highly recommend Careful Cleaners!

The prices are reasonable, and when I first dropped my clothes off, I felt very welcomed. The woman who helped me was SO nice, and I honestly wish I would've gotten her name because she provided such a great experience. Unfortunately, my experience was a little different when I came back to pick up my laundry. The lady at the front desk didn't acknowledge me at all and just stared at me, looking confused. When I asked if she worked there because I wasn't sure who to go to for help, her response made me feel like I was stupid for even asking. I'm not trying to be rude or overly critical, but customer service really makes a difference. Whoever works Sundays (or whoever was working when I picked up) could definitely work on being a little more welcoming -- even just a simple "Hi, how can I help you?" would've made a huge difference. Overall, I like the service and the prices, but I definitely think the customer service could be more consistent.
