I stopped into Careful Cleaners on Sossaman Rd in Mesa after finding them right here on Yelp…read more Stacey was working hard at the counter when I walked in, and she immediately made me feel welcome. I brought in two white Tommy Bahama shirts that definitely needed special care. Stacey took the time to explain how she handles each piece based on the fabric--very reassuring to hear! She originally said they'd be ready tomorrow, but when I joked and asked how much extra to have them done today, she smiled, gave me a fair price, and made it happen. Great service, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude. I walked out knowing my shirts are in good hands--and soon I'll be a happy camper with two crisp, white shirts ready to go. Highly recommend Careful Cleaners!

The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind and honest. He said I could probably remove the stains by hand, then looked through the other items I'd brought and let me know several of them could simply be washed at home. I really appreciated that he took the time to help me instead of trying to sell me services I didn't need. I left feeling grateful for his honesty and kindness. I'll definitely be back when I have a dress that needs cleaning or something that needs pressing. I can't recommend them enough!
