I have already reviewed this company once (5 stars) but I must give yet another 5 stars. Yesterday they came over and trimmed and serviced all of my palm trees. There were three guys. All very hard working. I watched as one climbed each tree and the other two carried the heavy branches and worked vigorously cleaning any debris. As the job was starting to wrap up, I watched one guy blow the debris to one side of my pool while the other skimmed and removed any traces of dirt or pollen! They are so conscientious and polite. His quote was competitive and he came with his army of tree trimmers to tackle a large trimming and backyard project! Contacted Sal on a Sunday via text for a quote. Sent picture of the three palms I wanted him to trim. He sent me price and I accepted. He stated that they would be there the next day between 12-1. So the next morning I had to take down my patio lights and remove my patio furniture in anticipation of them coming to cut the trees! At 1:30, received text that his crew was running late at a job and would be there between 2-2:30, not a problem! I took the day off work! The 4 man crew arrives at 2:30 with their big truck and wood chipper. They look at the trees and say they will need the other crew to come over because the trimmer who was there didn't want to trim the trees...too high for him? Ok, sent a text to Sal at 2:45 asking him about the new crew now coming later today or tomorrow? No response. At 4:15, sent another text to Sal advising that I took the day off work and asking if the other crew was coming today. No response. So I called and left a voicemail. He then responded by text (no call) not today? Let me check the schedule and I will call you back. That was last week! I wouldn't rely on this company. They don't know what they're doing! Very unprofessional that they didn't show up on time, then show up and don't do the job? The owner doesn't even contact me by phone to respond to my questions re status or to return the call re scheduling as promised (so late to the appointment and then failed to respond to my texts or to return my call). We hired Premier to trim our tree in Lake Forest. We like the reviews we read. I warned them prior to starting the job that we have very delicate new stone work done in my front yard. I ask them to be very carful when dropping branches. Sal ensures us that there would be no issues. We that was not the case. Multiple areas of damage to our beautiful new stonework. He staff dropped branches and broke several stone wall caps and flagstone steps. We are very upset with the damage. Sal told us that he was going to have is fixed. Damage happen January 30th and still not repair. Our stone they can not find so now we are in a situation where we have damage and we can't get a matched replacement. I will be taking Sal to small claims court this is ridiculous. If he had just spoke to his crew and taken precautionary measures this would have never happen. I hired Premier Tree Experts, Inc. to remove two trees from my backyard based on a verbal quote provided by Sal Ureno during his initial consultation. While the team arrived on time and completed the job within 8 hours, I encountered a serious issue afterward. My sprinkler system stopped working, and upon inspection, I found that the piping in the areas where they worked was damaged. I immediately contacted Premier Tree Experts, Inc. to address the issue. Sal informed me that their contract states they are not liable for sprinkler damage. However, I had never received or signed any contract--our agreement was entirely verbal. Sal acknowledged this and promised to compensate me for the repairs. He said he would send the money via Zelle, but after 3-4 days, I neither heard back from him nor received any payment. Despite multiple attempts to contact him, my calls were ignored. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Premier Tree Experts, Inc. Their lack of professionalism and failure to follow through on their promises is deeply disappointing. I suggest looking elsewhere for reliable tree services. read more
