They didn't just mount the TV -- they handled all the moving parts: getting the Samsung and Xfinity remotes working correctly, restoring soundbar volume control, troubleshooting connection issues, and reconnecting my Apple TV. Eric's communication was excellent throughout the day and the whole experience was beyond my expectations. I knew my contract was up December 2020 so I called today (1/11/21) to cancel because I'm going to get a more reliable system through someone else and found out that since I didn't send a 30 day cancellation notice in writing prior to December, I am auto renewed for another year. To be fair, this is in the contract but no one EVER verbally mentioned it and it doesn't even provide an address of where to send a cancellation note. Sneaky! The customer service is totally lacking with this company. All that said, I do not recommend them for security services.

You can not talk to someone live unless he/she is selling something. We've called so many times about their faulty equipment. They have you on hold for very, very long times, before customer service takes the call, all this before Covid-19 and during Covid-19 after not working for 6 months and staying home all day every day, I realized I was going to be out of work another 6 months. I sent emails through their contact us tab on the website, I left several messages about the need to reduce my expenditures and finally talked to someone who seemed to understand and helped me cancel my service. 6 months later i thought, after jumping through all their hoops, I started receiving phone calls that i could not cancel my contract, that I still had one more year. They notified me that the person that helped me no longer worked there. So they started Unauthorized bank withdraws 8 months later. I had to spend $30.00 to stop payment at my bank, Plus an unsuccessful attempt to collect the one payment they were able to get from my bank account. $62.99. These people stop at nothing or care Less about the crap they put in our homes, then they don't service it without paying for the Techs to come out regardless if their equipment was faulty. This is one of my worst experiences of customer service, trying to get customer service, and my timeshare contract was easier to get out of than this no-good corrupt company sucks big time. I hired their team for a 6-camera install around the outside of my house. I went over the details…read morewith Mike, the owner, on the phone and he sent his guys out on the next available appointment. Mike said his guys knew their stuff through their experience with all sorts of installs, but I think he should have also advertised their level of effort. I went over the plan with the guys assigned to the job - Matt and Robert. They helped me tweak it in line with their professional opinion, the reality of the install, and how hide the ethernet runs. To my surprised, they offered to and spent the extra time to create runs inside a smaller attic to mount two of the cameras to leave no visible wiring to the device. Check the pictures for a few of the installs. I've given the cameras a few days to soak test against high load and moderately toasty temperatures outside (Lower conductivity and high data traffic to challenge the install.). So far it has worked pretty darn good on the first go. Beyond the install, Mike and the team respected my decision to acquire and manage my own cameras, poe switches, and VMS. They didn't attempt at all to make any sales pitches but did offer to help me acquire cameras if I needed their assistance to do so. I appreciate all of this because I know doing this kind of work for a residential building doesn't provide the best returns for a business and many have stopped offering wired camera install services - including the low voltage installers for my home! On top of that, they do this at a very reasonable price.
