I explained my problem as best I could and Vince asked couple questions and then told me to press a certain setting for the receiver and sound was once again coming out of the speakers! Less than 15 minutes and he fixed the problem over the phone! We certainly know who to call for our entertainment system, security system, or lighting installations in the future. And he was very patient and explained things in terms I could understand. I could not ask for a better outcome.

I received a call from their office manager about 2 months ago for the final payment and told her my problem, she advised jerry and jerry called me and i sent him photos of how my screen needed to show pictures for they had no organization to the lay out. He said he called steve and steve called me and I called him back n still awaiting his call months later. the office manager left me a message thursday saying if they didn't get paid they would turn me into collections and turn my cameras off. today is saturday and they cut my service but don't realize they opened their self up to major liability.... He was at my house at the time he promised, and even though he quoted a (low) price for a job he estimated would take less than an hour, he stayed for two hours fixing speaker problems that a previous technician had totally messed up. When he finally finished he asked only for the original quote! (He appreciated my tip). He was exceedingly thorough and polite and patient with my ignorance, as well as knowledgeable. He has always been exceptionally thorough in both his work and his explanation of services. We have been %100 satisfied. On our last job, we called Mike for a blown head unit stereo receiver that powered essentially all of the television and audio in our home. He offered an appointment the next day to do the work. When he showed up, he assessed our AV situation, disconnected the receiver and opened the box for the new $1000 unit we had agreed upon to replace it. Shortly after that Mike discovered that there was a surge protector in place that neither of us was aware of. He reset it and most of the AV system came back on line. At this point Mike could have VERY easily moved forward with his work never telling me that the fix was as simple as a reset on the surge protector. The "blown" head unit was presumably still entirely healthy. Instead he called his supplier who gave him assurances that the new unit he had already unboxed could "possibly " be resold despite breaking all of its manufacturer seals and he informed me of his diagnosis. In the end I decided to upgrade to the new unit anyway, replacing a 12 year old piece of equipment, but I was really impressed with the business ethics that Mike displayed. It is often easier to do the more profitable and quicker thing for a client/customer/patient/etc., but taking the time and potential financial hit to do the RIGHT thing will earn my business again in the future.

They were able to come out within 2 days of me making the request for quotes on Yelp. Matt and Joe were both super friendly when they came in, offered to wear the booties that keep the house clean (which I declined), and got right to work. The entire process took a little over an hour. The old TV didn't quite fit in the styrofoam from the new TV's box, so the two of them spent some time cutting it down to size! On top of that, they ensured they vacuumed up the little pieces that inevitably get created when you touch styrofoam. On top of all that work, they came in at a super reasonable price for two people doing over an hour of work.
