Jon Salvini was our designer and salesman from Premier Pools and Spas of Vacaville. . He was professional, knowledgeable and patient with our requests. Jon is technically sound and an excellent designer. He not only recommended features for the pool and spa we wanted, he was also took into consideration our setting and adjacent materials so the pool looks like it had been a part of the original architecture. The entire process was pain free. Design, permit coordination, construction and startup all went without a hitch. During construction: Junior, Brian, Jose and Pablo all were kind, knowledge and considerate. Cesar, from their maintenance department is also terrific. The started in early October and finished before Christmas. Amazing. Also, didn't ask for a single extra cost. Jason did our calibration and start up. He too was polite and REALLY knew every component of the pool system. If you're considering a pool in Solano County or anyway Premier travels, don't think twice. So I can't really review any of the work but I can definitely review the quality of the customer service ! So I had an appointment, Manny and I believe a man named Taylor came out , meeting went good , both seemed professional and nice . They scheduled my appointment to come review the virtual plans but I had to reschedule due to some events that could not be changed . I was told to contact them when I was ready . So I contacted them in regards to rescheduling, at that time we could not agree on an actual appointment, and I was told he would keep me posted ! I contacted them again on July 5 to try and set something up ,, I was told that they had a presentation at 4pm due to all the people trying to catch the summer sale , I was also told they could probably do Friday early of that week ,,,, I was never contacted for that appointment no call no text ! I reached out again on July 9th ,,, asked for the office number ,, I was given the number and left a message and did not receive a call back . I was then contacted again on July 16th asking if I wanted to see my design ( he called it the sizzling summer sale ) ,,, I responded YES ,,, and once again no call no text , no appointment! Then he ( Manny ) reached out again on July 18th and he said he might be able to link up tomorrow evening if I was available , but he had to check his calendar, I responded OK ,,,, once again no call , no text . I ended up calling the office on July 19th , told the lady I spoke with ( Alexi ) what was going on ,, she was very nice and apologized and said she would have someone contact me ASAP ,,,, well here we are July 30th and no calls no texts .... If they try and dispute any of this I have all the text messages ,,, disappointed but not surprised , seems most of the bad reviews all revolve around bad customer service.... read more

In general the team is very good with polite communication and was easy to work with in that sense. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication regarding some of the cost. Even though I kept record of the communication, Premier did not attempt service recovery or work to absorb any cost. It was an additional $10,000 out of pocket. Once the last payment was made, scheduling orientation was difficult as the meeting times became less flexible and required taking time off work. After taking time off, Premier no called/no showed for orientation. The pool quickly got into bad shape. While they were not able to schedule orientation, they offered to send out service techs at a charge. We declined, indicating they were supposed to come out and show us how to do it ourselves, we already paid for orientation. By the time they did the orientation (3 months after pool completion), the pool is in a bad state and needs to be "shock" treated. Estimates for this are $400-600. These issues tainted what began as a pleasant experience. read more

We started our pool project shortly after COVID hit in 2020 and I can't say enough good things about Premier Pools. Taylor was a straight shooter, we never felt pressured to add stuff to the pool, he didn't try to oversell anything, and he would give honest advice without any agenda. The work he and his crew did was top-notch. Brian was the one who managed the day-to-day operations for the entire project and he was equally as great. Their attention to detail was exceptional and the final project came out exactly as they promised. There were no hidden charges or added costs. Whenever we've had an issue (no fault of their own), they have been attentive and quickly resolved the issue. We ended up going with a heated pool, raised hot tub, pool solar, two fire/water pits, etc., and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. My sister had a pool done in Benicia with Premier and she had a great experience as well. A buddy of mine went with a pool from a different company and he told me some stories about city inspectors catching structural flaws with his pool (again, different company). I can't recommend Premier, Taylor, Brian, and their crew enough. Their quality is 10/10 and I would not hesitate to recommend them again. However, pool designer Chris Rocha reached out to me quick and never took long to respond. He was on top of everything we asked, such as making changes to the designs. He did it the same day and was very fast. Not to mention the patience that he had with me and my spouse and our indecisiveness. He checked in with us every few days to see what else we needed. He came out to our home multiple times to take measurements and listened to our concerns and took them into consideration. He really made this process easy and comfortable for us.
