Ron, Sam, and Makayla were nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Ron, our sales consultant, honestly sold us right off the bat. We were fully prepared to shop around and look at different vendors -- which we did -- but we came directly back because of him. He listened carefully to everything we wanted and brought every detail to life in an incredible 3D render of our pool. He even created a slideshow explaining all the materials, supplies, and each phase of the pool-building process, which really helped us understand everything. Throughout the build, he stayed extremely communicative, constantly checking in -- whether in person or by text -- to make sure everything was going exactly how we wanted. Sam -- wow, what amazing things I can say about him. He was incredibly communicative about every stage of the build and regularly came by to ensure everything was running smoothly. He paid close attention to detail, checking for even the smallest issues like dents, tile markings, or anything out of place. He even spotted something on our tile that we didn't notice ourselves and immediately arranged to have it fixed before filling the pool. His honesty and dedication truly stood out. Makayla was also fantastic with communication and scheduling. She kept everything moving efficiently -- nothing was spaced too far apart -- and because of her organization, our entire pool was completed in just a month and a half! This might be a long lengthy review, but it is truly needed. I started my project last year. I was unfortunate to get Ron and Sam. The project should've started before Christmas last year. Unfortunately Ron told me there was some complications with getting the licenses to start, just to find out they were in court. The project started out mid February and was moving along quickly, but somewhere in the middle everything started falling apart and it became issue after issue. Ron and Sam were no help at all so I finally reached out to the owners of premier pools. It was a pleasure getting to know, Rick, Nick, Brandon, and of course David was always there and a few other others. Once these gentlemen took over and got everything back on track and took care of the issues my experience, became what it should've been from the beginning!! I had problems with a few other things these gentlemen that I've just mentioned are superstars and if you plan on getting a pool from them please please have Nick or David design and become your liaison. I'm truly impressed with the team and how they conducted their selves and how they resolved all my issues and if I had to do it all over again I would definitely use them, but making sure I had the correct people to follow through with the whole entire process. I feel if I had one of them mentioned above people everything would've been smooth sailing and I would've not come across the issues that I did . In my opinion, again Sam and Ron need to go... We started looking into an inground pool in Nov and spoke to Ron at Premier Pool and Spa. He was just absolutely wonderful! He walked us through the whole process and explained everything in detail on the what the steps and timeline will be. The special they were running was a fantastic deal and still within budget even with all the upgrades! We finally said yes in Dec and construction started mid Jan. The longest part was getting the permit to start construction. But the team literally does it all for you! The only thing I had to actually do was or own HOA approval. Once we had that, it went by so quickly! They were in and out every week something was being done and progress was moving fast. We are now in the completion phase and just waiting to get SW gas to upgrade our meter so we can turn it on! In perfect time for summer weather!! We are super excited to try it out and the whole entire crew were just fantastic, from the concrete guys, to the plaster guys, to the hole diggers, lol. The team was great! Constant communication with the sales rep, the contractor, manager, etc. while sometimes the days were off on when they were coming, there were always there with any questions had. And honestly, if they said they'd be there Friday, they'd come Thur which was fine with us because it was earlier than planned. Someone was always home at our house, but you don't have to be! As long as they have access to the back yard, they won't bother you or need you for anything. Overall, fantastic experience! First, our pool went from inside my head to the oasis called a pool. From the beginning Ron and his team were amazing. Ron was so patient with my changing and then changing again. Whatever issues or problems that came about, they were addressed and worked out. This was a long process and we are so appreciative of Premier Pools. This review is about our home in Henderson, Nv It's now 1 year from completion of our pool and Spa. This review is along time coming. First , all was well until contract was signed. Then communication became a joke. Either a lack of communication or white lies. The pool does look great , but ends there. And the reason I'm writing this review now is the constant ineptitude that went into the final product. The Spa jets are so misplaced, that the only place it benefits is the crack in our butt. No shoulders, No neck no upper back . just at the most 2 inches from the bottom of the seat. We payed for our pool to be heated, which it is. Except there are No Returns to move the heated water around. So even in the July heat, with the pool temp at 92, there are major portions of the pool that remain cold. There was a misalignment on the cool deck with the bubbler and the umbrella hole which we were told would be fixed, and was not. The heartbreak my wife has about these catastrophic flaws, keeps her from using the Spa and barely the pool. Big thanks and appreciation for our breathtaking dream pool. We have wanted this for over 4 years now, and something always came up, as with life they do! We finally got our dream pool, and it was thanks to Aharon Bennett, who we met with since the beginning of the process. He put his work onto paper and then into vision! Gave us options he thought would best fit our yard. I had a vision of a darker pool, but after Aharon showed us different colors and tiles on the screen, the lightness opened up the entire yard. We are so grateful we listened to him. It's so much larger and more welcoming!! The light stack stone and dark spill over tile really made it pop! Love the contemporary, modern look and feel. And all the wet deck that was added, wowwerz! The entire crews who came in for each process were all professional and so nice! And how they work in this heat, especially this year, I can't even imagine! We had large trees in the backyard. Them roots were massive, but the crew worked hard and got everything out! Sam, the project manager, was great as well!! He would come along at each face and ensure the job was being done correctly and efficiently. Explained the process of that part of the job and when completion would take place and move forward to the next. The owner, Ron Bennett, stopped by a few times as well to double check and ensure the project was moving along and the jobs were being completed! Aharon was always available and responsive to our million questions, even though he explained it all in the beginning, lol. Must be my "Dory Brain" The yard isn't complete yet, as we wanna add more landscape and spill pots that need to be filled. I will definitely add more updated pics as the yard comes along! Following our acceptance of the contract, construction began almost immediately and to a standard much higher than that required by code. Update to initial review after pool build- We have had issues with the equipment, issues with the saltwater system and MULTIPLE issues with the lighting all due to shoddy workmanship. Dealing with warranty was nothing but a complete run around. The electrician that came out (the first time of three so far) for the lighting asked who did our pool and said this is common practice with what he sees by Premier. My two stars have gone down to one and I'd go negative if I could. DO NOT hire this company. If I can save one person the hassle and heartache, my reviews will be worth it. read more

BUYER BEWARE / SENIOR CITIZENS BEWARE!!! This company took 11 months, to install a basic pool. No extras, 11 months. The real amount of time at the house was 7 weeks, spread out to 11 months!! They lie, they misrepresented, and they don't care. My mother hired Premier Pools to install a pool, she is 80 years old and they took advantage of her kind nature. They made promises they didn't keep, they told us the bad reviews were from the supply chain issue and it wasn't a problem any longer. They recently took $7,000 from her for a pool cover in November and she still hasn't received the cover. We have filed a complaint with the Nevada State Contractors Board. Please DON'T DO IT!! In all fairness I seem to be one of the lucky ones with this review. Did they build me a pool as planned, yes. Does it hold water and not leak, yes. The plumbing to the waterfall looks like some amateur put that together and not as finished as other pools in my neighborhood with a similar feature. It's not visible unless you go to the back and look for it so I'll let that one slide. The biggest complaint is the lack of response or customer service. I realize schedules change but don't leave me to guess. Tell me for example " plumbing is scheduled and will be done within two weeks". That I can work with. Now my issue is my pump controller is fried and needs to be replaced. It's still under warranty. No response from Premier and I'm at a point of just saying fck it and buying one and doing it myself. Currently my pool is becoming a mosquito breeding ground since the water is not circulating. I have found most "pool builders" in Vegas, and I'll use that term loosely, are either clueless, in over their head or both. I miss the options I had in Phoenix with big corporate builders that got the job done on time and correctly. For the 45K I paid, if I had to do it over again, I would go somewhere else. read more

We signed our contract in May of 2021 with a start day of July 2021 and completion expected November 2021. It is now 11 months later April 2022 and our pool remains uncompleted, next month will be 1 year. Several of the contractors have come out and mentioned there were mistakes made and we were never informed and actually lied to by Ron about one of them. At the beginning there were even engineering issues that caused our permits not to be approved and a 3-1/2 week delay from the very beginning and Ron never reached out to us until we called them for updates. There has been an absolute lack of communication and follow through. I send texts, make calls and send emails and Ron refuses to respond to them. I had to go so far as to stop by the office one day in order to get an answer and a response from them. At one point they left a huge mountain of trash and debris outside our home and didn't clean it for over a month. we were getting notices from our HOA and reported that to Ron and till nothing then on 2/11 he even suggested we hire a dump removal and upfront the cost. I responded with an angry text and since then we have been texting and emailing him for 2 months and NO RESPONSE... see pictures below both my husband and i have texted and NOTHING. I would not recommend them to anyone. Today I have decided to leave reviews and file a formal complaint with the General Contractors Board. I'm to the point where I'm going to hire a new pool company to complete his unfinished work and see if there are any remedies for their breach of contract.
