We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the entire team for the outstanding work on our Pool Resurfacing and Wet Deck project. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations. Your communication was excellent throughout the process, keeping us informed every step of the way. The professionalism of everyone involved was evident from day one, and we truly appreciated that you were always true to your word. The craftsmanship is exceptional. The pool looks amazing, and the tile work is absolutely gorgeous--it has completely transformed the space and become a standout feature of our backyard. Beyond the quality of the work, what impressed us most was the people. Every member of the team was friendly, courteous, and genuinely cared about the project. They were always willing to answer questions, explain details, and make sure we were comfortable with every aspect of the work. Thank you for your dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. We couldn't be happier with the final result and would gladly recommend your company to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a team they can trust. Martin, Craig and Elizabeth, thank you for making me feel comfortable in the process. I have heard some stories around the valley about pool resurface company issues and you squashed them all. As a matter of fact, you were not our first choice, and after running your contract though legal vs the competition, yours stood out significantly above the others. Plus, Martin and Craig made me feel comfortable with my choice. read more

Very quick response and they sent their representative Martin out to look at the pool. He was clearly very knowledgeable and I felt his candid presentation of our situation and recommendations for other solution remedies was beneficial. Although we didn't need a complete pool resurfacing (and didn't retain their services right now), I will definitely call them in the future. I appreciate the fact that they did not recommend unnecessary services. Honest company and employees. read more

We had a great experience with this company. Jaime was great as the job foreman for our pool renovation. All of the members of the staff were great to work with. Elizabeth in the office was helpful as was Mike our sales contact. We are very pleased with the outcome of our pool. Out of the estimates we received, they were not the lowest but had the best reputation and the quality work was superior. Highly recommend them for your project. read more

DEFINITELY recommend Adams Pool because they did everything they said they'd do, and it all happened when they said it would happen. My 13 feet x 24 feet pool was a replaster, with blue quartz. it needed a replaster bc it was blistering a go go, after my now former Pool Service did an acid wash. The thing about Adams is that they're popular because they do stellar work so make your decision quickly! their pricing was about the same as the other 2 places I got quotes from. You may still get quotes, but I suggest just going with Adams. No headaches, no worries. I got quotes from three replasterers and I'm very glad I chose Adams. My NEW Pool Service guy had Adams replaster his pool and he was extremely satisfied. Something else he said that I liked about Adams is: If you have any questions, concerns, issues, Adams has a lot of people that can help you, and they'll do it immediately. They're pros in all ways. SALES GUY - Martin Elge On time for our first contact, nice, professional, answered all my questions. He knows his product well and made smart suggestions for us. He suggested we go to their showroom and that was a great idea bc we saw exactly what we wanted. and the result we have today is exactly what we saw and expected. No surprises. ADMINSTRATIVE once we got the job going, everyone that contacted me via email was superb. they patiently answered all my silly questions in a timely manner. It took about 2.5 - 3 weeks for them to start the replastering process but once they started, it was all done within about a week and a half. Make your decision with that in mind. Adams is worth the wait. PLASTER CHIP OUT a noisy process, so these guys don't waste time screwing around. they were on the job all the time they were at my house. That's a lot to say for these guys that have to listen to all the noise for long periods of time. It took two, half days. PLASTERERS Amazing quality, well done! The plaster guys are artists. my pool looks lovely! QA - Craig this guy also REALLY knows the product and the process. He scouted out our pool, drained it and came out after the chip out. He had Adams do a pressure wash and that was done very well. He visited during the plastering process and when I saw him I was very relieved bc he's the quality control guy. When he arrived the guys working got quiet, in the "they respected this guy" way. I think the clouds parted a tad too. In other words, just go straight to Adams for worry free, fantastic quality pool work. Their workers actually work all day. No bs. I love that! Addendum A few days ago, to my utter surprise, I was told that QA Craig would be coming to my house to take a final look at the completion of the pool. That right there should tell you what a quality driven company Adams is. Who does that now days? No one, and that's why you should go straight to Adams. Considering anyone else would be time wasted. And no, I'm not related to anyone at Adams. I was simply blessed by the Adams Pool team. Thanks again Adams! read more

My husband and I opted to use this company about 10 years ago. The plaster work looks spotty (they said that would fade in a year or two). They also gave us a very hard time when we noticed it in the first place. Crap job and crap customer service to make a $12K job right. Oh.... also the workers left a huge mess on our outside patio that we had to clean up. Yay. read more

We got 3 quotes to redo our pool & spa plaster. Their bid came right in the middle and they had the best reviews out of many pool replaster companies I researched. They also offered the best warranty. We were very happy with the on site project manager and staff. They made sure to update us daily when workers were coming or not. If the weather prohibited them from working. They also had a very nice selection of pool tiles. Our pool looks great! read more

The salesman, Mike was polite and easy to work with. Elizabeth is a hard worker and responds quickly to texts. The foreman, Craig is friendly and knowledgeable. They drained the pool on April 29; chipped out the tile and plaster on May 1. They made holes throughout the pool. Some were deep like 3 inches. Rene, the foreman was good. But, his crew kept getting the electric sharp chisel stuck and when they pulled it out, there would be big holes in the concrete. As attorneys with an occupational disease of documenting things - we took videos and pictures. We also had expert pool guys to give us opinions. They said probably have them get epoxy injections in the holes to fix. Craig the foreman said everything looked fine and the tile crew on May 7 will repair with concrete. So we both trust him and will leave it in their hands. Hopefully, the structural integrity is fine and Craig is correct. After Adams Pool Solutions finish the pebble tec and acid wash, we will update this review. If all goes well, we will leave it with 5 stars. The company came highly recommended. We are both hoping that we made the right decision. read more

I started a water fall project (20' long, 5' high, 4.5' wide) in my backyard at Summerlin Las Vegas. Thought about, then decided to do it myself as a pet project. After a few months of on and off hard laboring, the concrete block structure was completed as desired. As to finish the water fall, I started to realize that professional work was needed. Adams Pool Solution was the first to answer my inquiry. Mike from the sale was so patient with my strange and ever changing requirements. With Mike's help and guidance, the work plan was finalized. When Jason, the tile crew manager, came to inspect the site, he suggested to add a mortar under layer before the water line tile to correct the not so perfectly laid blocks. This turned out to be absolutely necessary. The two men tile crew did a great jobs for the water line tiles and the front and side tiles. The tiles are done perfectly. Also to acknowledge the company for purchasing a brand new tile cutting tool for large format tiles. Through out the entire process, Elizabeth, the project coordinator, was patient and stayed on top of the scheduling and rescheduling, answered questions timely, and accompanied many changing requirements. She was competence and surely pleasant to work with. Well, the water fall is completed and is gorgeous. I sincerely thank Adams Pool Solutions for the high quality of the workmanship and the nice and helpful people. read more

Adams Pool Solutions owners and employees are very nice people! Their customer service is exceptional. They will come back and fix anything after the initial service. They even come out just to walk me through the equipment and other things they are not obligated to do. I do not think any of the other pool companies I consulted before I hired Adams would do the same. I hired them based on the job they did for the HOA pool. Their bid was half of the other companies, and they have been in business for 70 years. That alone says it all. I am very happy with my big, beautiful blue pool! I bought a home and the pool was a mess. Adams added the wet deck and turned it into a saltwater pool. I highly recommend them! Drew did a great job putting the estimate together and explaining everything during the estimate process. Elizabeth is absolutely amazing through the entire process!! She kept in contact with my landscape company as they were removing the decking and replacing with pavers so the two teams worked great together. She sent follow up emails with the timelines of each process and she sent the final care information via email but also called and verbally went through the care process with me. Any issues we had, only a couple small ones, were handled right away. The crews were very professional and worked fast. One thing I didn't expect, was the new coating actually helps keep the water warmer than just plastering, that was a great surprise! Highly recommend Adam's pools! read more

I would not recommend this place . Last July they started remodel on our pool and it is the worst experience. The finished it and then we had to rip all the plaster out after going through all these hoops. Then after the next plaster as soon as it was filling up It didn't look right . I called and said it doesn't look right . Oh no we don't come out for 30-40 days after it settles . So now we are well Into sep Oct it's getting cold and then they say oh no we have to wait till March or when it warms up . So now o call them when it got warmer and it's all our fault . We didn't brush it enough our start up company didn't do it right . We have had other pool plaster bus over to look at and they said it will fall apart . Not a good job . Plus my pool Guy said the samething . So we have done the paperwork and turned them Into the contractors board. Sonny at Adams has a terrible way that he speaks to you . Louis is terrible also . The other people were very nice .. read more

My wife and I are very pleased with Adams Pool Solutions. We had personal medical issues and a family loss during the replastering process. Everyone at Adams Pool Solutions was kind, understanding and willing to work around our intense schedule. We send a special thanks out to Elizabeth, who coordinated the project. She did a great job. Additionally, Adams Pool Solution offered competive pricing, but didn't charge us for several extra trips due to delays caused by our circumstance. Their organization and willingness to please gives them an A+ rated. By the way, I saw another review stating stating Adams Pools Solution is NOT QUALIFIED to do Pebble Tech finishes.
