My 13 feet x 24 feet pool was a replaster, with blue quartz. it needed a replaster bc it was blistering a go go, after my now former Pool Service did an acid wash. You may still get quotes, but I suggest just going with Adams. No headaches, no worries. I got quotes from three replasterers and I'm very glad I chose Adams. Adams is worth the wait. PLASTER CHIP OUT a noisy process, so these guys don't waste time screwing around. they were on the job all the time they were at my house. That's a lot to say for these guys that have to listen to all the noise for long periods of time. It took two, half days. PLASTERERS Amazing quality, well done! The plaster guys are artists. my pool looks lovely! QA - Craig this guy also REALLY knows the product and the process. He scouted out our pool, drained it and came out after the chip out. He had Adams do a pressure wash and that was done very well. He visited during the plastering process and when I saw him I was very relieved bc he's the quality control guy. When he arrived the guys working got quiet, in the "they respected this guy" way. I think the clouds parted a tad too. The salesman, Mike was polite and easy to work with. Elizabeth is a hard worker and responds quickly to texts. The foreman, Craig is friendly and knowledgeable. They drained the pool on April 29; chipped out the tile and plaster on May 1. They made holes throughout the pool. Some were deep like 3 inches. Rene, the foreman was good. But, his crew kept getting the electric sharp chisel stuck and when they pulled it out, there would be big holes in the concrete. As attorneys with an occupational disease of documenting things - we took videos and pictures. We also had expert pool guys to give us opinions. They said probably have them get epoxy injections in the holes to fix. Craig the foreman said everything looked fine and the tile crew on May 7 will repair with concrete. So we both trust him and will leave it in their hands. Hopefully, the structural integrity is fine and Craig is correct. After Adams Pool Solutions finish the pebble tec and acid wash, we will update this review. If all goes well, we will leave it with 5 stars. The company came highly recommended. We are both hoping that we made the right decision. read more

I started a water fall project (20' long, 5' high, 4.5' wide) in my backyard at Summerlin Las Vegas. Thought about, then decided to do it myself as a pet project. After a few months of on and off hard laboring, the concrete block structure was completed as desired. As to finish the water fall, I started to realize that professional work was needed. Adams Pool Solution was the first to answer my inquiry. Mike from the sale was so patient with my strange and ever changing requirements. With Mike's help and guidance, the work plan was finalized. When Jason, the tile crew manager, came to inspect the site, he suggested to add a mortar under layer before the water line tile to correct the not so perfectly laid blocks. This turned out to be absolutely necessary. The two men tile crew did a great jobs for the water line tiles and the front and side tiles. The tiles are done perfectly. Also to acknowledge the company for purchasing a brand new tile cutting tool for large format tiles. Through out the entire process, Elizabeth, the project coordinator, was patient and stayed on top of the scheduling and rescheduling, answered questions timely, and accompanied many changing requirements. She was competence and surely pleasant to work with. Well, the water fall is completed and is gorgeous. I would not recommend this place . Last July they started remodel on our pool and it is the worst experience. The finished it and then we had to rip all the plaster out after going through all these hoops. Then after the next plaster as soon as it was filling up It didn't look right . I called and said it doesn't look right . Oh no we don't come out for 30-40 days after it settles . So now we are well Into sep Oct it's getting cold and then they say oh no we have to wait till March or when it warms up . So now o call them when it got warmer and it's all our fault . We didn't brush it enough our start up company didn't do it right . We have had other pool plaster bus over to look at and they said it will fall apart . Not a good job . He had personally taken the time to read my previous review and was truly concerned with having any upset clients. He was apologetic about the time the work had taken and the lack of communication. I strongly believe this IS a GOOD COMPANY that does great work and cares about the end results - they are understaffed and working to get more employees and working on communicating with the clients. It takes good management to realize when things need to change, and I believe Bishop is one of those managers.
