The tech couldnt explain the issue and said the owner would explain it. The owner said the heater is not igniting [incorrect] and they will need to do a process of elimination to figure out why. [not a very helpful diagnostic]. The follow-up was to spend $700 on multiple parts since there was not a solid diagnosis. Another service came out, immediately diagnosed the core issue, replaced the corroded part and heater has been working properly. I feel like it was a waste of $150 for the diagnostic.
