So I hardly ever do reviews. That being said, this company is great in so many ways I can't even describe. I've been with them for 20+ years. They have always been great - professional, knowledgeable, friendly, super nice, and the list goes on. They are super efficient with customer service. A+. And I'm a harsh critic. Family owned business. I highly recommend them. They also diagnose pool issues and come up with great solutions. Wow!!!!!! read more

Great service. Great people. They always communicate... Explains, suggests, make recommendations but most of all teaches and makes me fully understand the importance of pool maintenance, and then some. We're happy and very satisfied. We're glad we chose them. read more

Forrest (Junior) and his team are by far the most professional pool service company I have ever encountered. I just used them to drain and refill my salt water pool. They answered and responded to phone calls and texts promptly, kept me updated on when they would be back, were very clear about their charges and what would be needed, and gave sensible advice about possible minor repairs that may at some point be needed to my equipment. Overall, I was highly impressed and would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks again. read more

I wouldnt trust these guys. A guy came out with his clip board and took measurement and photos, I guess he thinks that makes him look professional, who knows. I have been paying $150 a month for 3 years and Pool boys gave me an estimate of "$750 a month" not including filter changes or chemicals. He also said we need to drain our pool because our water was bad. I took a sample to Leslies pool and they said it was fine. Also draining an in ground pool is a myth and a scam. Some pool companies offer mobile filtration systems which remove dissolved solids from your pool water without the need to drain it at all, but only if it tests bad. This companys ethics are way outta line. read more

I was experiencing problems with my pool pump which would randomly turn itself on and then off within 30 minutes. I called the Pool Boys because of their excellent ratings on Yelp. I spoke with Katie, the receptionist, and also with Forrest the owner. He said he would come out possibly that same afternoon or the next day...which was the 4th of July by the way....to diagnose the problem. He was prepared to install a new pump if need be. I was scheduled for July 4th between 8:00-10:00 am. About 9:45 I received a call from Katie saying Forrest was on his way but running a little late. He arrived bout 5 minutes later. Great communication! He examined the pump and found that a switch on the panel box had been moved from manual to automatic and when he repositioned it back to manual, the pump began to run! He said I think that's the problem! He could have never told me that and installed a brand new pump and I would never had been the wiser! What an honest company!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable company. They also have a pool maintenance service which I would definitely use if I didn't already have a reliable pool maintenance service! HIGHLY impressed!!! read more

I bought a house with a pool--and didn't know anything about taking care of it. Rather than making me feel stupid or taking advantage, they informed me on what to do because it was in bad shape from the previous owner. For several years now, they've consistently worked hard to keep my pool healthy. I greatly thank them for their service and recommend Pool Boys to others. The office people are nice, too! read more

We needed a new pump for our pool, I looked up pool repair and got the number to Forrest Owen. I told him our problems, he was there the next day to talk to us. He explained everything about the pump, he told us the best thing for us is to buy the pump that is energy effiecient, yes, it is more money, but you will save that on your electric bill. We could have gone the cheap route but now that he taught us what we needed to know, we signed up for a good pump that will save us money in the long run. He came over 2 days later. Just him and his son, they worked all day to install and correct the problems we had, our pump and lines were put in wrong from our pool builder. The work the Owen's did was outstanding, very meticulous and detailed, they cut and measured everything. It was very precise. The area around my pump never looked that good, not even when it was built 8 years ago. The new pump is beautiful and quiet, Did I say quiet, oh my, it is so so quiet, I love my pool again! Thank you pool guys!!! I would trust these guys with my pool in a heartbeat! read more

First off great customer service. I called because something was wrong with my pool pump, Phil answered and told me he and Owen would come out and see what was wrong with it, they were at my house within 20 minutes of calling them. They arrived checked my pump explained to me what was wrong fixed it and didn't charge me a dollar.i learned so much from them and found myself a pool maintenance company. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. All my family and friends know about this great company now. Thank you pool guys for everything. read more

Great customer service! I accidentally locked them out but they were understanding and kind. They found a job nearby to work on until I could get home to unlock the gate. I can tell by the pressure reduction that they did a good job cleaning my filter (which is all I needed this time). Definitely will call them again for my next filter change or anything else pool maintenance related! read more

Amazing customer service!! We called 3 different pool companies and no one would ever respond! Pool Boys communicated with me constantly! They installed a new pool pump and the work is amazing! Forest wrote down instructions and programmed everything for us! He called me that same evening to go over everything and to make sure I didn't have any questions! Good customer service is so hard to find these days! I will refer everyone I know to this company!! Thank you once again! read more

Pool Boys have taken care of our pool in Henderson since the spring of 2010. They were recommended by our realtor and we couldn't be happier. They keep a close eye on the equipment and make recommendations when they notice something that needs repair. They are always very reasonable with their recommendations. We count on them and trust them. read more

These guys provided me with excellent service. On time, as promised. Turned my "pond" back into a great pool. Always up front with anything they may encounter while cleaning the pool, no surprises. This is a father-son business and you can tell they take care of their customers. If I need any more service, I know who I'm calling. read more

Forrest came out to give me a quote on my pool. It needed major help. He was professional and informative. I am giving 4 stars because I didn't retain their services so I am not knowledgeable about the actual work they do. But very professional. read more

If you are looking for a great family run pool servicing company, well this is the one. Pool Boys is an amazing company that is actually run by a father and son both named Forrest Owen and they are great together. They have an unmatched attention to detail and operate with full integrity. I'm grateful to have peace of mind that my pool is in the best capable hands. In my opinion, there is no other option when it comes to the best pool service available in Las Vegas. You will not be disappointed. One week the batteries in my garage keypad died and that was the only way for them to get in the back and service my pool. Instead of not cleaning my pool and calling me, they replaced the batteries and fully serviced my pool. I know it's almost insignificant, but thats what I like the most about this company. I feel like they're my buddies taking care of my pool rather than a complete stranger. THEY EVEN CLEANED MY POOL THE YEAR WE HAD SNOW STICK EVERYWHERE! WHO DOES THAT?!?!?!?! read more

We moved to Henderson NV from Seattle and had never had a pool. this was all new to us. The previous owners had Pool Boys and highly recommended them so we stayed with the company. We are so pleased with their service. Forest really knows his stuff and Katlin, the office person, is so great with customer service. Our pool looks fabulous all the time. Since we are so new to this pool thing, Forest has been great in being patient with us. We would highly recommends them to everyone who needs any pool service. We have already recommended them to our realtor because he needed to find a good pool company. Thanks Pool Boys!!!! read more

I cannot say enough about this company! It is like calling family when you talk with them. The entire staff is 100% professional, honest, and down to earth. They have made our pool seem brand new. If we ever have an issue they are always quick to help us resolve it, and try to come out that day. All around AMAZING! read more

Great company great customer service highly recommend if you have any pool issues. Thank you

Called Pool Boys to come look at my Pentair Heater. Owen came out he looked at it, told me it was the fan. He told me he could order me a new fan but said he couldn't guarantee other problems would occur down the road. Our heater is about seven years old. He charged me $75 to look at the heater. He ordered the part, the part was sent to St George by mistake, I was fine with that. Called the following week to get an ETA on when I should expect the part he had reordered, I was told it could be a couple of weeks, I said I cannot wait that long, I will contact another pool service, they called the next day saying the part had arrived, fantastic I thought! I was quoted $753 for the part and installation, Owen came out, I asked him before he started how much the fan cost, I was curious. he said he didn't know, he ordered the part and didn't know what it cost, right away I was questioning his integrity. He installed the fan and wasn't able to get the heater running. I talked to him about just installing a new heater. After he left I went online to see how much a fan costs, $353, he wanted to charge me almost double that amount to install something that didn't even take a half of an hour to install, that is why he didn't want to tell me the cost! I called the next day to cancel the heater order, I don't have trust in him any longer. He tried to tell me I owed him for the fan he ordered for my heater that he took with him when he left. I asked why would I pay you for something that was not fixed. Very poor customer service. read more

Great service and dependable. On time and professional. They did a great job replacing my pool pump. From discussing prices with other companies they may have been more pricey (like 3-400 more!) so I gave 4 stars but overall I'm happy with them and will likely use them again. read more

These guys are the best! We needed a pool fence and they were the only dealer in our area so I was a little skeptical at first, but they have been the BEST! I received my quote online within minutes after speaking to them on the phone. I was still unsure of how to do the fence and they came out within 30 minutes! They even spoke to the landlord for me to explain the fence engineering. Above and beyond is all I can say. So professional and helpful. I'm going to try and switch my pool service to them as well. Very pleased with the service so far. read more

I've had ongoing problems with one of my pool pumps. I'd spent time and additional money rectifying the problem with no success. Based on Yelp recommendations, I contacted Pool Boys and was promptly given an appointment. Forrest Sr. came to my home and immediately diagnosed the problem. As my pool pumps were installed in 1999, I had been pricing the purchase and installation of new equipment. I asked Forrest his recommendations and the product he suggested is considered a "top of the line" pump and filter. I had previously discussed this unit with another well known pool company and Pool Boys bid was significantly lower. What impressed me most was Forrest did not attempt to up-sell me, though with my limited knowledge of pool equipment he could have. He also discussed various cost saving options and alternatives if I did not wish to purchase, due to budget limitations, the two pumps and filter. I opted to purchase the pumps and filter. The installations were completed within two days and the system's performance is as described by Forrest. It is rare a company values the customer more than making the fast buck. Pool Boys has a new long term customer. read more
