Well i took my BMW 320xi there today for a diagnostics on noise from the either the suspected Diff or Wheel Bearings, the owner then explained to me what was going on and indeed it was the diff that was making the noises and left axle getting loose. What he told me next was what he advises and this show's how honest this shop will be in the future as he could have easily told me, to get it repaired on the spot and spend right away vs still have more time to save up for house loan, lol..Thank you Premier for your honest evaluation and i will see you guy's in the future when the diff starts to really go bad... Premier Autowerks replaced Porsche Boxster turn signal light. Picked my car after hours. The right headlight and turn signal did work. Returned next day for corrective repair. Premier properly corrected the repair. I ask for compensation for my gas and time, because of their poor-quality control. Premier said no. Premier does not consider my time is as valuable as their labor; therefore, I will no longer do business with them. I was pleased with previous work. I used to take my car here after my manufacurers warranty lapsed. Last year I replaced all 4 sets of brakes and rotors on my car with them. Fast forward 8 months and I bring in my car for regular oil change and service. During the service, they let me know that I needed two new rotors and brake pads. I said that's ridiculous, I just had them changed a few months back. Dan Kuhnke, one of the owners, took me to the back and showed me the worm rotors and brake pads and told me, it looks like who ever did your service only replaced one set and not the other as they looked badly worn. I was so confused and desperately tried to recall who had done my service only to realize I had down it at Premier Autowerks. When I told him that they did my service, he looked very dumbfounded and said that it couldn't be. Regardless I made him check his system and when he realized that they in fact did do that service, he merely said, "Well the rotors you used aren't the top of the line, that's why." Funny, their team members are the ones who recommended the products and did the work, they never asked me for my opinion. Again, he was trying to cover his own ass. If he had taken ownership of the fault and merely apologized, it would have been something, but instead he tried to blame me for their poor work. Regardless, I will never be bringing my car back here, nor will any of my friends who have been servicing their beemers there for a very long time! read more
