The scratches weren't major, but they stood out because the rims are black. It happened on a Friday, and that night I requested an online quote from Wheels Onsite. By Monday morning, the quote was already in my inbox. I chose their Sterling location since it was a little cheaper than mobile service, and my apartment's underground garage would have made that difficult. The whole process was quick and easy. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning, and it was ready that afternoon. The rim looks like it never happened. I've only had it back for a day, but so far I'm really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them for rim repair.

BUT, the issue is that the woman who was "helping" me couldn't tell me what was wrong with my car. I got it towed there because my tire was flat. 1 tire. When I got a call back from her all she said was "you need a new one". Okay.. why? Is there a nail, or something puncturing the tire, can we patch it, what? "uhh welll it's got sidewall issues and it's bald so you need all 4 tires replaced". Okay... so we can't patch it? "uhh we just recommend cause they are all bald to replace them."
