The air conditioning didn't work, which made the ride uncomfortable, and the driver divider was broken, so there was no privacy at all. After our concert, things got even worse. We had to walk around trying to find our driver and limo, calling him multiple times with no answer. We finally had to call the owner, Art, who managed to track him down -- turns out the driver had two phones and gave us the wrong number. When we eventually found the limo, we had to run into a crowded street just to let ourselves in. We have used them in the past, 1st time was really good and I wrote a positive review, 2nd time was awful but Art told me he had to sub the contract out and that was why the service was bad, 3rd and final time was terrible. Done with this company! Art did compensate us for two extra hours since we went over time, but honestly, it didn't come close to making up for how bad the experience was. Between the broken equipment, filthy car, and unprofessional service, I would not recommend Amazing Limousines to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable experience.

Buyer beware. Absolutely a nightmare experience…read more We booked this company for my daughter's Quinceañera and specifically ordered a particular bus for this very special occasion. On the day of the event, we were not properly informed that they were unable to provide the bus we had actually reserved. Instead, they showed up with an old, dirty bus that had ants inside and was completely unacceptable for transporting children on such an important day. What made the situation even worse was the timing. They arrived right when we needed to leave for the church, essentially putting us in a position where they seemed to expect us to simply accept the replacement and move forward because we had no time to find another option. I immediately contacted the company to address the issue, but unfortunately, they offered no reasonable solution. I was left with no choice but to cancel the service on the spot and scramble to figure out transportation at the last minute. For an event as important as a Quinceañera, communication, cleanliness, reliability, and professionalism are extremely important. Unfortunately, this company failed on all four.
