He was so friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable... and he let us pick the music (extra points)! We were a group of 9 and did the South OC pickup from San Juan Capistrano. The shuttle van fits a total of 14, so we were joined by another couple and pair of sisters, who thankfully, were really cool people, so it wasn't awkward at all. The shuttle van was very comfortable and Joseph provided waters and snacks, but you can also bring your own if you like. We visited 4 wineries in total, tastings and winery tours were included in the ticket price, and most wineries offer a 10-25% discount on bottle purchases through Best Coast Tours as well. You can even order your lunch in advance, not included in the ticket price, to be delivered during your lunch stop on the tour. We chose that option and enjoyed our lunch seated at a table on the grass listening to live music. Everything was so convenient and we really got lucky with the beautiful weather. Overall it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend Best Coast Tours to anyone from SoCal looking to spend a day out in Temecula without any of the stress of planning and coordinating. The ticket price is very reasonable considering everything that's included. Don't hesitate!

I'm from Florida so I've been to Disney World many many times (as have my children), but this was…read moreour first trip to Disneyland. Nintendo World at Universal was the main draw for my boys, but figured if in town may as well do a day trip to Disney as well. While it would do my kids some good to wait in line, I'd prefer to myself and have been spoiled with many amazing guides that help you navigate the park/get to the front of the lines at Disney World. It looked like Rose offers a similar service for Disneyland so I contacted her many months ago. She was super helpful during our first phone call helping me figure out where to stay (we opted for the marriott courtyard right across the street) and how long to spend in the park. If you haven't experienced Disney or it's the main draw I'd recommend 2 days (one day at each park), but we decided to do 1 day covering the highlights of both parks. The week before our trip I had another call with Rose to go over what my boys like (not many roller coasters, anything Star Wars, etc) so she could plan ahead. She also provided very specific meeting directions and what to wear, especially with rain in the forecast...although lucky for us it ended up being a perfect theme park 65 degree day. Disney day arrived and Rose came all excited to show us Disneyland. She had an incredible amount of patience (not surprising being the mom of 6 kids!) and helped us have a stress free day at Disneyland. We were with Rose until 3 pm covering both parks and then spent a few more hours on our own (although Rose had booked us everything we did on our own). We got back to our hotel before dinnertime and while our feet ached by all the walking, we all agreed it was a very fun and stress free day...all thanks to Rose! Rose is the only way I'd do Disneyland in the future!

OMG Rose was AMAZING! Yes we had to get our butts up early and be there just before park opening…read morebut right when we entered, Rose took us to the most popular rides right off the bat. She knows which rides you have to hit first (or else later in day can be enormous lines) and she understands how to "maximize" the Genie+ and Lightning system. Her knowledge of that system and which rides fill up the fastest (which probably changes based on new rides, rides that may be closed that day etc), is priceless. AND, she does all the work for you. We didn't have to fiddle around with our phones, scan our tickets on each ride, etc. She did it ALL for us. While we were on our first ride she ran and grabbed us a few breakfast sandwiches since we didn't have time with our little ones to eat anything, lifesaver. By about 2pm we had gone on ALL of the parks most popular newer rides that our kids wanted to go on plus some of the old school nostalgic rides that us adults wanted to go on. Rose booked us a reservation at one of the sit down restaurants (with service) before parting and we were exhausted at that point (two kids and a grandmother in tow). Rose was worth every dollar and then some. If we didn't have her we would have HAD to be in the park from opening until nighttime in order to get on that many rides (and hours standing in lines) and we honestly wouldn't have made it with the kids. I posted a couple of photos. We have a bunch more of our little family that I won't post for our privacy reasons but I can assure you there were huge smiles on ALL of our faces. I grew up in LA and have been to Disneyland since I was a kid countless times and many many more as an adult. This was BY FAR the best experience I've ever had in the park. We have friends who have used the actual Disneyland VIP tour. They charge $850 AN HOUR (which is highway robbery) for guides who are young and inexperienced (getting paid $18 an hour). Rose is BETTER for about the same price as ONE hour of that. She is experienced and was an all around pleasure to be around. It's like she was there but not in our faces. She was truly working as we were riding and enjoying. If you are "thinking" about booking her, stop thinking and JUST BOOK her because she fills up very quickly. Luckily our schedule was somewhat flexible and we were able to snag her on one of her empty days but a lot of them were booked. Also, there was another company that we were going to use first but they were booked. Glad we didn't because they were the same price but you have to buy both of them (I think it's a husband and wife) their own tickets with Genie passes.
