From the moment you walk in, the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and just easy to work with. You can tell they actually know their stuff and take pride in what they do. Pricing on wheels and tires was very reasonable, and everything was explained clearly--what was wrong, what needed to be done, and what could wait. No pressure, no surprises. I think the head suspension tech/owner (Jim) might be the Michael Jordan of tire, wheel, and suspension installation. When I had an issue with something in my suspension, he showed me the part and explained why it needs to be addressed. I know a little bit about cars but Jim would explain an issue in a digestible way that someone with no car knowledge or mechanical aptitude could understand. That's a rare gift in the automotive repair industry. What really stood out to me is they don't move forward with any additional work unless you give the green light. That level of transparency and respect is rare. Also--random but worth mentioning--they have the cleanest restroom I've ever seen in any mechanic or retail shop. That alone says a lot about how they run their business. I'll be honest, I spent a bit more than I expected on both visits--but I left feeling 100% confident my vehicles were safe and the work was done right. That peace of mind is worth it. I would not recommend this shop, especially if you own a diesel truck…read more I brought my 2005 Ford 6.0 Powerstroke in for repairs and was charged for replacing an up-pipe clamp. After the truck continued having the same P0299 underboost issue, I took it to another diesel shop for a second opinion. The second shop found that the up-pipe is cracked and the VGT turbo vanes are sticking. I also have photos showing that the clamp I was billed to have replaced appears untouched. Based on the invoice, the condition of the parts, and my photo evidence, I have serious concerns about whether the repair I paid for was actually completed. Beyond the repair itself, the customer service was very disappointing. Communication was poor, my concerns were not taken seriously, and I left without confidence that my truck had been properly diagnosed or repaired. After my experience, I do not believe this shop is equipped to accurately diagnose or repair more complex diesel issues like those found on a 6.0 Powerstroke. If you're considering bringing your diesel here, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion, asking for before-and-after photos of any repairs, and requesting your old parts back. I wish I had done that before spending my money.

The multipoint inspection is totally spot on and told me about every nook and cranny on the outside that needs addressing. Actually it's by far the best multipoint inspection I ever had. Thankfully I'm already aware of most of the issues with my car, but there were definitely somethings I overlooked. Since I do almost everything on my car except internal engine and transmission stuff I'm really looking forward to bringing my car in for the timing chain guides and to have those O ring seals looked at. After my oil change they told me my car was due for the 30k service. They quoted me $600 for the…read moreservice. At the time of pickup, they rung me up for $900?!?!? That's a huge difference! Thinking it was a fluke, I took my Subaru for the next 30k service. They quoted me $1,000 for the service. When the car was ready, they rung me up for $1,300!?!?!? How do they just throw arbitrary numbers for a service and then ring you up for a higher/different amount? I took my Toyota to a local auto shop for its 30k service and the amount they quoted me ($600) for the service was what I paid for when the service was completed - honest business. If no other issues came up during the service then you should be charged at the quoted amount. Also, you should have a standard price for the services. Will never take my car there again!
