I'd recommend anyone with a car, especially a German car to give his service a chance and he will not disappoint. He'll double check what it is you're requesting and then he'll break down why each service item is required upfront in-person with schematics and samples. And the value you're getting on top of the great service is unbeatable. In my personal situation, I saved 50% from what my local dealership was charging. I have a Volkswagen Golf but I've seen Mercedes, BMW, Subaru, Audi all in their lot.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but life has been busy. As a single woman and a…read moremother, it can be really hard to find a mechanic you can trust without feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Unfortunately, that has been my experience more times than I'd like to admit. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. Every single mother needs a mechanic she can feel safe with--and I'm so grateful I found one. Thank you all for your help.

I would not recommend this auto shop to anyone…read more My vehicle was here for over 3 months (since December 18, 2025) for front-end/radiator damage and a no-start issue. From the beginning, I was told over and over that my car would be ready "tomorrow," but that day never came. Every time I called, I got a different excuse and no real answers. What's even worse is that they later admitted my car had been pushed around the shop the entire time it was there. The vehicle never cranked once while in their possession, which means they never had it in a condition to properly diagnose anything. Despite that, they still claimed they tested it and told me I needed a new engine, which makes absolutely no sense. Instead of being honest that they could not get the car started or properly diagnose it, they kept my vehicle for months, gave me the runaround, and then tried to push a costly engine replacement. When I had my own mechanic inspect the car, I discovered ignition coils were missing and connectors were unplugged -- the car was not even fully reassembled. A vehicle in that condition cannot be accurately diagnosed, and it explains why they were unable to start it in the first place. After removing my vehicle, they admitted they did not have the missing parts that were originally on my car. That is completely unacceptable. I also paid $3,500 out-of-pocket, and my car was still not running. Meanwhile, they had no problem quickly taking and completing the insurance-paid portion of the work, but failed to address the main issue. To make matters worse, my vehicle was ransacked while in their possession, and personal items including credit cards were used without authorization. This raises serious concerns about how they secure customers' vehicles. At the end of the day, this is an auto body shop, not a mechanical repair shop, and it shows. If they can't even properly get a car started to diagnose it and instead push it around for months you definitely should not trust them with major repairs like an engine. Go else where they don't know what they are doing and will take your money SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! A lot of the reviews on google are fake and they make sure to do right the first time get a review and do you dirty next. They need to be exposed and shit down.. a bunch of drug addicts!!!!!!I said what I said

I'm so disappointed in our experience with trying to get work done here. I called on Saturday at…read morearound 12pm, asking if my boyfriend could get his car towed to the shop that day for engine and cylinder misfires. Whoever answered the phone (I'm assuming Sang) said no, there was no one at the shop that day (even though the hours say that the shop is open until 4pm on Saturdays) and to bring the car on Monday so that someone would be there to accept the keys. Made sense, so we made towing arrangements for first thing Monday morning. Monday morning comes (today), we get the car towed to the shop, and we get a call from the tow guy, saying that the shop is not accepting the car. The shop owner (presumably) gets on the phone saying no one called about the car, and when my boyfriend informs him that yes, we did call on Saturday about the SUV with engine and cylinder misfires, the shop owner says "Oh, well your tags are expired and I have 4 other cars here so I can't take your car." So my boyfriend has to pay out of pocket to get the car towed back to our home, meanwhile I'm checking the MVA website because I know there is absolutely no way the tags are expired. Of course, I confirm that the tags are completely valid. Once the tow guy comes back with the car, he confirms that, visually, the tags don't even look expired, and he suspected that the shop owner just didn't want to work on the car. I understand having limited time and space as a small shop owner. I understand forgetting about a 3 minute call that happened 2 days ago. What is not okay to me is lying about the reason why you refuse service. I recognize that my boyfriend and I could have called this morning to confirm and remind the shop owner about our call on Saturday, but it was not our first instinct to doubt the word of the shop owner who had explicitly told us to bring the car in on Monday. I think it is fair to assume that whoever took our call on Saturday would have made a note about expecting our car on Monday morning. At the very, very, very least, we could have been told the truth and offered an apology, "I'm sorry about forgetting about your call, but I do not have the time or space to take your car at the moment." I hate to be the first person to leave a negative review for a small business, but the situation that occurred this morning was extremely frustrating and stressful. Why lie about the tags being expired? Why even offer to have us bring the car in on Monday if you were already working on 4 other cars? I wish we could have been told the truth from the beginning so that we didn't have to go through this stress and financial loss (from the towing) for nothing. A huge part of the disappointment I feel is that I'm sure Sang would have done great work and charged reasonably based off of previous reviews, but we'll never know for sure now because of this off-putting experience.
