AVOID AT ALL COSTS! GROUPON SCAMMERS ALERT BUYER BEWARE! I never leave bad reviews but here I would leave 0 stars if I could. I bought a Groupon to get an oil change and wiper blades here. I've gotten a million oil changes with my car; all have gone off without a hitch. These guys changed my oil and said I needed a new this and a new that. An extra charge for this and for that. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE DON'T TRUST MECHANICS! I complained that they did all this work on my car that I did not authorize. They basically said tough luck. They didn't even put the wiper blades on my car! I realized these guys will not respect a Groupon and just drive the price up if you come here with one. Honestly from the bottom of my heart, do not come here. There are plenty of better places. If you plan to wait for you vehicle, note that the wait room is very small (as in the picture). First concern when I arrived was that they did not have my appointment in the computer. They found it (they'd misspelled my name). Second concern: Before checking out the vehicle I got "if this is messed up and that is messed up you will need to repair x, y, z before we can align blah blah blah". I am a handy person. I do a lot of my own repairs. I understand the concept. However, I would not lead with that to my customers. I check and verify the issue before making suggestions. I will say that what brought me here was a Groupon. A very low priced offer on an alignment. With such a low price, my expectations were already low. Unfortunately, for some shops the offer of a low service is a way to up sell you on additional services that may not be necessary. I scheduled an appt for an oil change at 8 am. I came in to the shop to find 2 cars ahead of me which caused my appt to be pushed back to 8:40 which caused me to be late to work. I fully understand that sometimes there are cars left over that didn't get done the night before but if there's a scheduling system in place then the scheduled vehicle should be able to get in at that time. The person working the front office was helpful and respectful, I'd say he was the best part of the experience. For the extended wait time, he waived the additional oil filter charge for my Jetta. After the service was done and I drove away I noticed a used paper towel from the technician in the cup holder. How does one get their vehicle serviced and leave with it dirtier than how they brought it in. It's only a paper towel, I know that, but it's the principle. Management should analyze their scheduling system and implement some new measures to clean up the way they handle their customers. read more

I had an appointment to get an alignment at 4pm. I got to the location at 4:09, after calling to say I'd be a few minutes late, only to be told that i would have to reschedule for next week. The alignment is already paid for so now i have to waste my time getting my money back. My issue is that I was not told this when I called. If I clearly stated that I'd be a few minutes AND that I was coming for an alignment, why not let me know over the phone before I travelled all the way there? read more

January 3, 2021, my engine light came on. I took my vehicle to Precision Tune Auto at 5529 Belair Rd. Baltimore, MD 21206. I spoke with the owner Mr. Mohsan. I received a Diagnostic the code was cylinder 3 misfire. Mr. Mohsan, Suggested I get a tune up at the price of $300 including a $25 diagnostic fee. I paid the $25.00 cash on January the 3rd then $275 on January 4th when I received the tune up. Sometime around March my engine light came back on but went off. This happened about three or four times. On April 19th my engine light came back and stayed on, so I took my car to Rosedale Auto at 5606 Belair Rd., Baltimore, MD 21206 for a diagnostic. The code came up as cylinder 3 misfire. I was informed that I would have to go back to Precision Tune where I got my tune up done. My son took my vehicle to Precision Tune that day and I spoke with the owner over the phone. He took the coil out and showed him that there was nothing wrong with the coil but when I told Mr. Mohsan of the results from the diagnostic from Rosedale. He became rude and told me that he wasn't going to do anything. I took the car back to Rosedale Auto and paid for more spark plugs and a coil. When I got there, I was informed that they cannot do the tune up because the spark plug is pushed into my engine so tight that if they remove it my engine will not run and this is why the engine light keep coming on. I called Mr. Mohsan back at Precision Tune and told him what I was just told. Mr. Mohsan said that he must charge me another Diagnostic fee. When I told him that I already paid him for the work to be done, He became very rude and hung up on me. I needed a second opinion, so I took my vehicle to Ford Norris Service at 901 Merritt Blvd, Baltimore, MD for another Diagnostic. I was informed that I would need an engine because the spark plug was push too tight in my engine and would cost me $7800 to get a new engine. I began to call around and found a location that has a used engine for $4400. I now had my car at Auto Stop Limited at 520 East 25th Street, Baltimore, MD 21218. I now have to report this to BBB. read more

I was told prior to having my car repaired that it would cost a pretty penny, but they saved me over half the price I was quoted!
