Mud flap falling off after they worked on it

If u love your car and time don't come here they will drag you along and hold your car hostage, Employees drinking on the job, four five employees telling you different times to pick up your car and ordering/recieving wrong parts. Went from "it can be done in a week" to four weeks. let me show yal! the real auto point not the fake stuff they show you on google. This review is looking pretty epic! Nice! How would you rate your experience?

This was supposed to be brand new picked up today and it looked like this.

I will NOT be giving any stars!!! My whole experience from start to finish was HORRIBLE. I was involved in a hit and run 4/18. Car got towed there 4/21 . I am just getting my car back today 6/13. They claimed they offer free rentals I not once was offered a rental. The lack of communication with them is HORRIBLE. They did a piss poor job on my repairs but had NO PROBLEM contacting my insurance to get more money for "other stuff " that needed repaired. I need my vehicle fixed properly and honestly do not want to ever go back here! The photos I included are what my car looks like now. PISS POOR JOB !!!!!!!!! I am sooooo pissed !

Great Service from Mr Shah. Took a car: (2009 Chevy Aveo - with low mileage) that was declared originally as "TOTALED" and Looks and runs like a NEW CAR NOW. Don'r want to forget: Gee Gee - who worked with my wife and was excellent. They are friendly Car Repair Service that was Affordable and Kept Their Promise for my Wife. Insurance Companies want to total cars at a Snap of the Finger due to age however, I am an Insurance Agent and know the Tactics, The World is changing and Customer Service is VERY Important in spite of Technology Very Truly Yours, A "Very Satisfied Customer" P.S. before pictures

Hey guys, I just wanted to thank you again for the excellent body and paint work on my Trans Am. I know there was nothing easy here, especially attaching a used spoiler on the rear that was specific to the GTA. And also your pricing for everything was right where I was expecting to pay. Plus you guys did a lot more than I thought. So thank you again. Nothing was easy about this car.

I brought my '78 Datsun 280Z to Auto Point for body restoration and painting, and Shah and the crew did a fantastic job! They had the car for nearly 2 months, making sure everything was perfectly prepped before paint, and the results were far beyond what I expected considering the price! The quote I got on day 1 is what I ended up paying, and I couldn't be happier with how the paint turned out. I spent the past 4 years bringing this car from a non-running rustbucket to the beautiful machine it is today, and was pretty nervous about having it away from my garage for so long, but Shah and the team were great about communicating any issues that arose, texting me pictures, and letting me stop by the shop to check out progress. I'll definitely give them a call for my next restoration!

They charged me $200 just to try to start the car and say there's something wrong with the engine.

Their inspection is unreliable. Offered to charged $30 for reinspection where other shops doesn't charge extra for reinspection.

I'd recommend anyone with a car, especially a German car to give his service a chance and he will not disappoint. He'll double check what it is you're requesting and then he'll break down why each service item is required upfront in-person with schematics and samples. And the value you're getting on top of the great service is unbeatable. In my personal situation, I saved 50% from what my local dealership was charging. I have a Volkswagen Golf but I've seen Mercedes, BMW, Subaru, Audi all in their lot.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but life has been busy. As a single woman and a…read moremother, it can be really hard to find a mechanic you can trust without feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Unfortunately, that has been my experience more times than I'd like to admit. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. Every single mother needs a mechanic she can feel safe with--and I'm so grateful I found one. Thank you all for your help.

I'm so disappointed in our experience with trying to get work done here. I called on Saturday at…read morearound 12pm, asking if my boyfriend could get his car towed to the shop that day for engine and cylinder misfires. Whoever answered the phone (I'm assuming Sang) said no, there was no one at the shop that day (even though the hours say that the shop is open until 4pm on Saturdays) and to bring the car on Monday so that someone would be there to accept the keys. Made sense, so we made towing arrangements for first thing Monday morning. Monday morning comes (today), we get the car towed to the shop, and we get a call from the tow guy, saying that the shop is not accepting the car. The shop owner (presumably) gets on the phone saying no one called about the car, and when my boyfriend informs him that yes, we did call on Saturday about the SUV with engine and cylinder misfires, the shop owner says "Oh, well your tags are expired and I have 4 other cars here so I can't take your car." So my boyfriend has to pay out of pocket to get the car towed back to our home, meanwhile I'm checking the MVA website because I know there is absolutely no way the tags are expired. Of course, I confirm that the tags are completely valid. Once the tow guy comes back with the car, he confirms that, visually, the tags don't even look expired, and he suspected that the shop owner just didn't want to work on the car. I understand having limited time and space as a small shop owner. I understand forgetting about a 3 minute call that happened 2 days ago. What is not okay to me is lying about the reason why you refuse service. I recognize that my boyfriend and I could have called this morning to confirm and remind the shop owner about our call on Saturday, but it was not our first instinct to doubt the word of the shop owner who had explicitly told us to bring the car in on Monday. I think it is fair to assume that whoever took our call on Saturday would have made a note about expecting our car on Monday morning. At the very, very, very least, we could have been told the truth and offered an apology, "I'm sorry about forgetting about your call, but I do not have the time or space to take your car at the moment." I hate to be the first person to leave a negative review for a small business, but the situation that occurred this morning was extremely frustrating and stressful. Why lie about the tags being expired? Why even offer to have us bring the car in on Monday if you were already working on 4 other cars? I wish we could have been told the truth from the beginning so that we didn't have to go through this stress and financial loss (from the towing) for nothing. A huge part of the disappointment I feel is that I'm sure Sang would have done great work and charged reasonably based off of previous reviews, but we'll never know for sure now because of this off-putting experience.
