I no longer trust their assessments or methods, and I strongly urge other homeowners to get an independent structural engineer, multiple opinions, and every promise in writing before considering this company. This was a major project, so know that things may come up for the team and it will take at least 4-5 days for completion. My only feedback to the team would be that it became a little confusing for me having so many different teams cycling through and I found myself repeating a lot of the same info to each team. He even said this isn't the first time! Then it took them months to bill me for the work. When they finally did they never got around to sending the engineering report even though the engineer said it would be completed within 24 hours. Oh they also magically were somehow never able to pull a permit so they deducted money from my bill for that. They decided to not put one pilling in on installation day without telling me, however they did remove the charge for it. I guess that's honest. I just now 5 months later got my warranty paperwork. Very timely. I should have gone with Atlas Foundation Repair. I had forgotten to do any review until they just sent an email to provide a review. I am sure they are not happy now.

Texas Greatest Remodelers were VERY SMARTLY PRICED compared to the others. and what they offered was the best of the four. 1) friendly project manager "MO" arrived ON-time measured my driveway and came up with a price right then and there. he explained what his company offers. No paying until work done and i'm satisfied. "mo" kept in phone/text contact with me the whole way and was present when work started and in/out throughout. i was invited to observe while men were completing work. 2) fair estimate with no surprises and no moving the goal posts, followed by contract. The contract made things EASY for my HOA as i sent the paper to them and they approved within days. 3) best quality. the other companies offered 3k to 3.5k psi concrete. TGR gave me 4.5K psi. Prompt service without compromising quality. Rain was in forecast and "mo" explained that rain may delay installation to ensure best results. it didn't rain afterall and the job proceeded on schedule! 4) I was thrilled with the beautiful job. so beautiful and no more big bumps and ugly cracks. Problem one my sprinkler heads had been damaged during work.
