Having our house foundation repair is a big investment after doing some research online on the…read moreprocess and costs. We got 3 estimates in that each of the three companies sent their staff to the house in reviewing and preparing data for estimates. The estimates from the 3 companies came back with wide range of recommendations and costs. Tony from Star Techn came to do the estimate. He was very professional and informative and answered all of my questions. We picked Star Techn. Foundation Repair because of their estimate and recommendation made sense and not upselling with so many different options which added more costs. Flor was great in her responsive and constant communications with me from the beginning and throughout the project. Flor and Henry were able to work with my schedule to start the project. In addition to keeping the work around the house free of trash and organized, the crew really worked hard and well together in getting the project done in such short amount of time which exceeded my expectations. We have 2 large oak trees close to the front of the house. During the digging of the holes , the crew cut lots of the roots with some as large as one foot in diameter. Apparently, these tree roots have been moving towards the house causing the elevation and foundation issues at the front part of house. Because of discovering this issue, Flora informed me and recommended the metal tree root barrier service that they can do. After reviewing the process and considering protecting the investment of the house foundation from further future damage, we proceeded with the metal root barrier service. Glad we did this since we discovered more large roots encroaching the house that the crew had to cut off. Star Techn Foundation Repair ensured that our door locks and sprinkler system worked after leveling and the completion. We are very happy and satisfied with Star Techn Foundation.

We first reached out to Star Techn to help us with the inspection of the home we planned to purchase. The inspection report noted some leveling issues with the house so it was clear work needed to be done. Star T immediately responded and provided us an initial estimate. This proved to be critical in helping us negotiate during the option period. Then when it came time to begin the work they stayed in contact with us the entire time. From start to finish, the team was incredible. They kept us in the loop the entire time during the project and were candid when they spotted issues or uncovered things that needed to be fixed (like plumbing). The biggest thing for us during this project is that we truly felt like we were receiving an honest assessment and fair value for the work being performed. On day one I never imagined how much digging would be taking place around the foundation but I have to say the quality of the work and the way everything was restored to normal in the yard after everything was completed was extraordinary. I have to admit that the perimeter around the house looked even better than before they started work. In other words, this company ensured things looked the exact same way or better than before they started construction. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. You should not hesitate to get a quote from this vendor even if you are shopping around. We are so grateful for all the care and attention to detail this family-run business exhibited. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

When I questioned the sudden price hike and asked for his supervisor, he claimed he was the manager and threatened to abandon the job unless I transferred all the money immediately. He then followed through with his threat, leaving my foundation completely exposed and dug up. Extremely unprofessional, aggressive, and untrustworthy. Leaving a construction site like this is unsafe. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We stayed in touch over several months until I was ready to pull the trigger on my re-piping project. Once I decided to sign on, Omar connected me with Angel to lead my project. This was a major project, so know that things may come up for the team and it will take at least 4-5 days for completion. My only feedback to the team would be that it became a little confusing for me having so many different teams cycling through and I found myself repeating a lot of the same info to each team. I also received calls from so many of the teams and different guys that it seemed like not all the teams were on the same page with communications regarding my project. Overall, I recommend We Do Repipes!

The diagnosis was simple, it needed to be replaced. I whole-heartedly agreed with him. Mario Jr. also pointed out that the company that installed my tankless water heater did not install it up to code. I was very impressed with Mario Jr. as he was professional, knowledgeable, curtious, and eager to please the customer without being pushy. Mario Jr. discussed with me the pros and cons of a Navien vs Rinnai. (Rinnai is the system being replaced). I decided to purchase a new Navien tankless water heater as well as a pump for the farthest bathroom in the house to help circulate the water which also included shutoff valves for the cold and hot under the bathroom sink. After the install, Mario Jr. spent time with me explaining the Navien tankless water heater to ensure I was as knowledgeable as possible as a home owner. I was so impressed with the shutoff valves that I decided to purchase four shutoff valves for the other three bathroom sinks, kitchen sink, as well as the Navien App. Mario Jr. came back out and installed my additional purchases in a timely manner. He helped me connect to the Navien App and walked me through how it works. I am already setup on a yearly basis to have Mario Jr. come back out to my home and flush out my Navien tankless water heater. Mario Jr. is my go to plumber and Aberle Plumbing definitely has my business for any plumbing needs. I found Aberle Plumbing to be very reasonable with their pricing regarding my plumbing needs. The old phrase that first impressions are everything. Mario Jr. was an excellent first impression for me regarding Aberle Plumbing. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend Aberle Plumbing. As a side note: It use to take at least two minute for hot water with the old Rinnai tankless water heater. With the new Navien tankless water heater it takes less then 20 seconds for hot water. What an amazing difference!!!
