Mark installed recessed lighting for us. He was responsive, on time, professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend.

Obviously, target is part of our regular household shopping for all things home, grocery, and fun. My review is solely on the drive up pickup experience as the same thing has happened 3 times now, always with the same pickup associate. Not sure if her name but she has glasses and curly hair. 3 times now, have we experienced a poor pickup experience. First time-- the employee just walked up to our car with no greeting and just stared at us. Assuming she wanted the 4 digit pick up code. So we showed it to her and asked that she put it in our trunk. One of the items was a door hanging mirror. She literally placed it in the trunk, yelled "it doesn't fit" and walked away. Uhhh what!? -- the mirror fit, literally just had to push it into the trunk. (We have an SUV btw). Second time-- she walks up to our window again and stares at us. No greeting. We show the code and ask her to put it in the trunk-- she literally tosses the bags in the trunk and walks away. No usual target friendly greeting or goodbye. No broken goods thankfully were bought but the goods were all over our trunk when we got home (we live very close by). Third time-- same awkward non-greeting. We show the code-- she tosses the bag into our passenger rear window and walks away. -___- Not sure how target assesses employee customer service but please, train your employees more.

Because they are working with important stuff pertaining to national security, nuclear materials and other top secret stuff, they won't let the average Yelper in there. But, right outside their front gate is the Discovery Center. The Discovery Center is a small museum that gives you a brief introduction to the lab and what they do. They have hands on and interactive exhibits for children to play with. Most of the exhibits were well maintained. It is an interesting way to spend an hour. The staff, at least on the day were there, was fantastic. Since we were the only ones there, she almost gave us a personalized tour to explain some of the exhibits and talk about the lab and what they do. They have an easy scavenger hunt for children with a nice t-shirt as a prize. They are pretty generous with the scavenger hunt and let children of all ages play. The museum is priced just right for most Yelpers. It is free! It's a nice place, with not a lot of visitors.

Not many retail stores, but more fancy eateries for the upper class. There's also an Equinox, which is a famous fancy gym. Everything is almost expensive as Santana Row. Some security guards are walking around on duty. The parking garage is a bit curved when you enter and exit. I only like the Christmas tree area, which is beautiful to look at in the evening, including the water fountain in the kids' area. It's nice to walk around and take profile pictures, but not much to do until the holiday season. Overall, this is great for families to hang out and for rich people to dine in.

Shout-out to the unknown vendor who built the 2026 "Year of the Horse" photo booth. A heads-up: the space availability numbers posted outside the parking garage weren't accurate at all, which made the search more frustrating than it needed to be. It was also tough navigating through the crowds at times, especially because the toddlers in our group couldn't see anything over the crowds. That said, City Center Bishop Ranch truly offers something for everyone in the family. There's a splash pad that's perfect for little ones, plenty of restaurants at every price point for picky eaters, and even fun options for adults- like a DIY cocktail crawl for the 21+ crowd. We once made it our mission to try every margarita on property! I ran into my retired high school teacher, bartending at THE LOT (movie theater). On the shopping front, I do all my Anthropologie returns here, and I've been refreshing my inbox waiting for news about Rico Rico Taco opening here (I'm obsessed with their Oakland location). As for dining, I've enjoyed meals and treats from Slanted Door, Salt & Straw, Roam Artisan Burgers, Philz Coffee, Mendocino Farms, Marugame Udon, Delarosa, and Boba Guys. I still can't believe that sleepy San Ramon now has so many fantastic eateries and experiences all in one place. It's quickly become a go-to meeting place for our extended family.
