My AC broke on Saturday and they were out and fixed it quick in the middle of this heatwave. Highly recommend!

Top notch company, from Amanda (handled appts, customer service),Michael (Sr. Field Rep.)to our crew of José, Anthony, and Jun. Communications were great, received a text daily whenever someone was leaving for our house. Michael was very well informed, gave us options as to which unit would be best for our house and discussed plusses and drawbacks of each. He took the time and answered all questions and concerns we had, and went into detail about how the installation of our air conditioner would proceed. The crew. These guys were great! Very respectful of us and our property. Floor covering was laid down, booties over shoes, masks etc. The job site was meticulously cleaned each day. The installation was professional and up to code. José, the lead, was very professional in his work. He gave various options for each phase and answered all questions. Anthony and Jun were also professional in their work and each member seem well versed in all phases of the install. Good work at a fair price, I would have no trouble recommending Precision Air for your air conditioning needs read more

These guys are awesome! The owner - Steve, returned my call for service right away and set up for next day appointment to repair my a/c unit. The technician Ron arrived on time, quickly went to work and my a/c unit was back up and running in no time. Flat rate charge, no hidden fees, no hard sell for overpriced system replacement. Precision Air is as good as it gets. I couldn't be more happier. They get my most highest recommendation for service. Thanks so much! read more

I was pleasantly surprised with their service and price. All the people I met from sales to installation were very polite and professional. They didn't try to up sell me or give me a ridiculously high quote like some other company I talked to. Installation crew were careful and clean. Getting an AC system replaced is not cheap in general, but consider the work they did I think their price was fair. read more

I chose this company because they had great reviews.I had air conditioning installed, as did 2 other homeowners, at the time and on the same day. I had problems with the fans in my condominium, PA did not want to repair the problem of a rattling fan and no air flow in my master bedroom and bath. I live in a condominium development. I had a problem with the HOA, my problem, not Precision Air. PA did not want to repair my noisy fan or fix the problem withIn air circulation to the master bedroom or bathroom. Air had to go up an incline to get to the master bedroom and bath, they should have known better. In fact, they did not return my calls. Finally, Mike (salesman) came out to talk to me, but did not want to proceed, with the repairs, because of the problems I was having with the HOA. Basically what it turned out to be, I BOUGHT A MERCEDES AND GOT A GOLF CART! By the way, to fix the air flow to the master bedroom and bath was going to cost me an extra $3000. I paid $16,000. for rattling air conditioning and no cool air in my master bedroom and bathroom! I will be paying another company to get rid of the rattling fan and air circulation to the master bedroom and bath. Precision Air is anything but! read more

Aaron and Matt were professional and courteous! On time and my AC now works! Matt was on point over the phone and Aaron worked his magic. Consider Precision Air for your next service! read more

We needed to install a mini-split so I lined up three quotes. The first two companies sent salesmen who's quotes were nearly identical. The third was from Steve with Precision Air. He was obviously not a marketing guy and was someone who'd actually done the work. He spent some time finding the best installation plan and explaining their 12 year warranty. The warranty was more than twice as long as the competition and his price was one third less. Done deal. The install was done by Alberto who's probably the most competent, pleasant guy we've had doing work in a long time. And we've spent over 30 years remodeling houses. You can waste time with those guys in gloves that run those stupid commercials, or you can save time and get a superior product and install. read more

Had fantastic service from Precision Air! They gave a great estimate for install of an a/c unit with sound advice (I pieced together what I needed from six total estimates and research on line) installed in one day, were always professional, and their office staff was superb to work with. I will be recommending them to family or friends who need a/c. read more

Precision Air installed a new heater and we could not be more impressed with the first class work! Our heater was original to the house and it was quite a big job moving the new one into the attic to free up an entire closet on the second floor. From day one, we felt very comfortable with the crew as they were all around good people not to mention skilled professionals! They were so polite, cordial, considerate, and accommodating. We are so happy with the quality of work and we want to thank Hanson for the consultation and great price quote. As well, we would like to thank Lead Installer Daniel, Anthony and Jun for the outstanding job they did at our house! We appreciate it so much! Do yourself a favor and hire the licensed, qualified professionals. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and competitive. Outstanding job Precision Air and thank you! read more

The team at Precision Air is fantastic. Starting with their quick response to my voice message requesting an appointment for bid all the way through to a professional and skilled crew of craftsmen for the installation. As part of an extensive house remodel, I needed to replace an old and obsolete system with an entirely new system - mechanicals, ducting, venting. Michael was very helpful during our bid appointment, providing thorough, courteous, and expert advice to ensure the system recommendations met my needs and budget. Despite the project occurring when costs and demand were soaring, Precision's bid pricing was competitive and fair - they did not take unfair advantage. Once I made my choice on the bid, Precision made everything so easy and Amanda made the scheduling efficient. The professional crew came in and took care of business, powering through a lot of work each day to complete the project timely. Everyone was so polite and careful with their work - very detailed and thorough, clean and tidy. Miguel, Jose, and Jose were an outstanding crew! The new HVAC system is a dream - incredibly quiet and provides heating and cooling quickly and eco-friendly and cost-efficient (using the system hardly makes a dent on my utility bill). What a huge difference in creating a pleasant and enjoyable living environment. I would not hesitate to call upon or recommend Precision Air, what a terrific team! read more

I highly recommend these guys. We were having a problem with our furnace. Marcus was awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to explain what was going on. I will definitely use the company again. read more

Such an excellent experience! Thank you Precision Air - Aaron came by right on time and installed our two new Nest Thermostats with ease. He was skilled with the complete set up (including online access) and guided me through the process. I am grateful and super happy. Thank you!! read more

I had Precision Air do a preseason A/C checkup. I have two units, one for downstairs and one for upstairs. The technician, Travis, was very thorough in inspecting and testing every aspect of the systems. He did a much more thorough job than any other HVAC company I have used in the past. The price of the service was quite reasonable. I was also impressed by the fact they didn't try to " up-sell" me on stuff I didn't need or want. I will definitely use this company again. read more

Precision Air installed a mini-split unit in a small office turned bedroom for my elderly mother-in-law. Following an accident she was unable to use her upstairs bedroom. In spite of using multiple fans, the room's temperature exceeded 84 degrees. Eric at Precision Air came out quickly and gave us a very competitive quote for a Fujitsu unit. Furthermore, they juggled the schedule to expedite the installation to make sure my mother-in-law was comfortable and safe in this current heat wave. Not only was the total installation less than other companies, it works great and the room is comfortable and cool. We appreciate the extra effort and professionalism of everyone at Precision Air. read more

Just had a new A/C unit installed in our home, Precision was terrific! Professional, courteous, and honest. They walked us through all of the options, provided a thorough, detailed quotation at a reasonable price. Their crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. (cleaned up, wore booties to protect our carpets). I would certainly recommend Precision and use them again without hesitation! read more

Marcus came out to take a look at an issue with my AC. Turned out it was a minor clog in one of the drains. He was super professional, kept great communication throughout the time he was here, and fixed the issue quickly. I would definitely recommend this company, they have fair pricing, and do a great job of taking care of your home. The area where he worked was left just a clean as when he started! If you have issues with your AC call them! read more

Stephen and his team are personable, knowledgeable and a five star company. Out of the several companies I contacted, Precision Air gave us the best solution to our heating and air-conditioning problems. They scheduled and completed the job in a timely manor and at a fair price. I would certainly use Precision Air again and I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of heating or air-conditioning services. read more

We got five estimates before choosing Precision Air Inc. We went with Precision Air Inc. because they offered good quality products at a great price. You will not beat the price and warranty offer for the product we had installed! We also chose them because the owner and the staff were very kind and professional to us, and answered many questions throughout the process. Steve (the Owner), Shanadore, Ryan, and David were the best! read more

Arturo from Precision Air was on-time, courteous, and helpful. He was able to thoroughly check our HVAC unit and change out all the filters in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended! read more

David came out on time. He even texted me 20 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem and did the repair. He made recommendations for future care of my furnace and was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Precision Air!! read more

These guys are outstanding! I dealt with 5 different technicians from this company as they initially diagnosed and then replaced a portion of our air conditioning system. Every single person was a top notch professional. They were reasonably priced and were willing to work within my schedule/timeline. The work was just completed yesterday and I can't say enough good things about this company at this stage. read more

Excellent! Michael Amodeo came in and gave me a quote.....explained all things air conditioning in layman's terms, then discussed options. Great guy. Personable, respectful; can't say enough about him. Installation crew was also stellar. Work was scheduled and completed quickly. Very happy with this company. read more

My ac was having problems so I called Precision air to troubleshoot it and fix it. The first technician replaced some parts and left. The next day I had to call another technician to fix it again because there was a problem with the drain pipe. A week later after the installment it stopped working and the ac developed another problem with the drain pipe the last technician installed. I had to fix it myself in the end. Precision air has good troubleshooting but terrible workmenship at unreasonable rates. read more

We had a great experience with Precision. They walked us through multiple furnace and AC options and were very patient with all of our questions. They were always on time (if not early) and did not leave a mess at the end of the day. I could hear everything being triple checked as the guys were installing. Beyond doing a great job with our HVAC system, Stephen helped us and sent someone over to assist with a water heater issue days after they were wrapped up and gone. Couldn't recommend these guys more. read more

I've worked with quite a few tech vendors and Chuck from precision air is top notch. He diagnosed my heater problem quickly, suggested appropriate repair (which was to replace a very noisy and failing fan motor). Others have said I would need to replace the entire heater. Chuck picked up the motor, installed it quickly, gave a price before he did the work... And it was a very fair price, tested the function and problem solved. Great service, great value and super knowledgeable guy. I won't be calling or referring anyone else. read more

I called PRECISION AIR on Thursday when the fan on my HVAC UNIT started turning on and off sporadically. Called them when our heat went out on the coldest day of the year, due to good yelp reviews. They did not disappoint. They could have ripped me off...its happened before with others, but they simply replaced a defective part, charged a reasonable amount, came on time and returned right away when a small problem came about. Highly recommend. read more

Steve and his entire team at Precision Air deserve every bit of this 5-star rating. They were professional, on-time, courteous, and most important, great at what they do. They installed a brand new A/C unit for my manufactured home, coupled with a Nest wifi thermostat. Price was extremely reasonable and they completed the job in 1/3 of the time originally estimated. Workmanship was as good as it gets. I would not hesitate to use Precision Air again and would highly recommend them to anyone in San Diego with HVAC needs. These dudes are the best! read more
