Ivaylo came out on very short notice and quickly diagnosed the problem with our A/C as a bad capacitor. He explained everything clearly, was super friendly, and was completely transparent about the cost, which was very fair--especially for a weekend service call. Our A/C was back up and running in no time. It's rare to find a contractor who is this knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to call Ivaylo again and would recommend EVO AIR in a heartbeat. read more

I highly recommend Evo Air. Another hvac contractor was ignoring me today with the heat wave. I called these guys and got an answer right away. They came out same day to help. Once at my house they diagnosed the issue, communicated the fix with me, and got the AC working in no time. All of this at a fair price as well. What else can you ask for? I'm glad I reached out to them, and will not hesitate to contact again if future issues arise. read more

Wow.. Can't believe one could expect such a great service overall. Called Ivaylo at 5.30pm, picked the call immediately. Told him AC is not working need service ASAP. We have been hit with heat wave and needed repair badly. He said ETA 5.55pm guess waht Ivaylo was here at 5.54pm. Quickly checked the system, the issue was simple. Fixed it. Guess what, he didn't charge for coming over all the way. Otherwise would ask for aite visit fee. Thats not all, he patiently explained the whole system function and gave me list of what to watch for. Great attitude, great service, very friendly. I will go for Ivaylon service anytime without any hesitation. read more

Evo Air is such an amazing company. I have used them on multiple occasions. Once simply to service my a/c, once to install a new motor, which cost me 1/3 of the price quoted by a larger a/c company and once to look at my in laws a/c. Evo is such an honest guy, he told me straight up that he could service it, however, it's such an old system that it has the potential to break down and then they would need a new a/c, so he advised us just to keep using it as long as it's working well. When I asked him what the service charge was, he would not let me pay him because he didn't do anything. It's refreshing to have someone that is not only good at their craft, but also honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Evo Air, you will not be disappointed read more

I am the long term customer of EVO air. Recently they installed the HVAC on the top of the roof of the commercial building. They gave me very good price compared to other companies. They came in the day before to prepare so they are ready to install when the crane came next days. Everything worked smoothly. I would use their service again. read more

I could not possibly recommend Evo Air more. I reached out to Ivaylo late Friday afternoon and he was at my house first thing Saturday morning and had my HVAC back up and running within an hour. And he charged me an exceptionally fair price. I even offered to pay more since it was a Saturday call and he said no. Honest, personable, highly intelligent and punctual. I'm a fan and lifetime customer at this point and will be recommending him and his company to all my friends and family. Thank you Ivaylo and Evo Air. You've restored my faith in good service and professionalism. read more

Shoutout to Raffi from Evo Air Over the summer we had Anderson Heating and Air come out to check our AC, and the tech told us our heater needed a part, shut the gas off, and later quoted us $700 to "fix" it. We decided to get a second opinion and called Evo Air. Raffi showed up, checked everything, tested the heater, and straight up told us: there's nothing wrong with your heater, it's working perfectly fine. That's real honesty and integrity right there. Thank you, Raffi, for being honest and not trying to take advantage of us. We'll be sticking with Evo Air from now on and telling everyone we know to stay away from Anderson Heating and Air. read more

My family and I moved into the Area of Riverside about four years now and during the most hottest time of summer, my A/C unit unfortunately stopped working. I was referred to Evo Air from a mutual friend and let me begin by stating I wasn't disappointed. Mr. Ivaylo was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and gave the best service. I thought that this issue with our unit was going to be major and very costly but Mr. Ivaylo gave the reassurance we needed and also a reasonable price. Even in his busiest time he would still answer your phone calls with question without any hesitation. He treats you like a member of his family and for that I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to Evo Air. I highly recommend all my friends, loved ones and anyone in the community to Evo Air with any HVAc issues. Thank You and God Bless You -Khoren read more

Ivaylo responded promptly to my messages and came out the next morning. He figured out why our AC unit was not running within 10 minutes of getting here and fixed the issue. Evo went out of his way to help us in what could've been one of the worst days at my restaurant. He got to our restaurant within minutes of my desperate call and was so willing to help the situation. Luckily, everything worked out prior to his arrival. But what a decent human being! He thoroughly checked everything for us and recommended a few things on our water heater system. And he refused to receive compensation from us. I won't forget such decency. This sort of quality is truly rare these days. read more

I recently got a tankless water heater and that guy referred me to Ivo for my HVAC needs... I am currently getting quotes for a AC/furnace. I am interested in going 100% electric b/c I have solar!!! This was the 3rd quote I have gotten and so far my favorite. Why you ask? Ivo came and sat down with us while giving us a detailed lesson on HVAC stuff... never trying to upsell anything at all. He seems to have our best interest in mind! He emailed us the requested quotes and has been available to answer all questions very promptly! I'll tell you a secret...i'm thinking of hiring EVO air for the job. His quote is the best and the customer service is top notch.. Ivo is not only the "sales person" but he is also the installer, so he actually knows what he's talking about vs the 1st quote i got which i've only gotten to communicate with a sales person. More quotes to come ****WILL UPDATE**** read more

We needed our air conditioning fixed for a while now, luckily we noticed him servicing one of our neighbors homes and stopped by to talk to him. Immediately he was a very friendly person. He gave us a very reasonable quote and agreed to service our house just a few days later! He quoted a one day job and that was exactly what he delivered. Everything was up and running beautifully that evening. Throughout the whole process, Ivaylo and Imil were very responsive and knowledgeable. They delivered outstanding customer service! I can testify and verify to the quality, speed, and hospitable service they provide. One of our vents required a different sized vent, they came out the next day to change it. Such a minor thing and they took the time and care to accommodate us, really speaks miles of how they do right by their customers. EVO AIR is amazingly responsive, and exceptionally easy to work with. I emailed them with pictures of my current system and asked for a quote to replace my 30+ year old HVAC system. I received a call 5 minutes after sending the email, and the owner, Evo, was at my house preparing a quote within 30minutes. Incredible customer service! I got the quote 1 day later, and they started work 3 days after that. Within a week the system was installed and working. Comparing prices online, my system was less expensive than I would pay one of the big names that advertise with annoying TV commercials. Evo was even willing to relocate my condenser from the back patio to the side of the house, where the annoying wind and noise are now far away. I highly recommend EVO AIR to anyone in need of a heating or AC repair or replacement. They are a hard-working and highly skilled team who are vey nice and will treat you fair. read more

We were referred to Evo (and his previous partner Peter) in 2017 by a friend and they did a wonderful job! We had a few companies come out for estimates, and we chose Evo because of how well they were able to convey the changes needed... Being an engineer I always want to know how systems work. Evo diagramed how they would extend my heating system to include central air and I could tell he knew his trade very well and had lots of experience. He was very honest and open with me through the whole process and even let me visit a current job so I could see first hand their level of quality. On the job I visited, and on the work he did at my house, everything was top notch. We went with the slim fit condenser unit and we've gone through 3 summers with no issues. Their price was very competitive and work was excellent, I highly recommend! This past spring I called Evo because our furnace wasn't starting up. He came the next day, identified the problem quickly and luckily it looked like we were at the tail end of our original manufacturer warranty. He handled the entire warranty claim for me, swapped the malfunctioned part at the local distributor and its everything is working as expected since. He's definitely my go to guy to call, and I always recommend his small business to friends because he does excellent and honest work. read more

Great service!!! My AC unit stopped blowing cold air so I gave many companies a call today and everyone was booked. Especially since it's one of the hottest days in San Diego and a holiday weekend. Ivaylo answered the phone and was able to keep me updated when he could come. Ivaylo took the time to explain what was going on with my AC unit and explained my best option. I felt he was very upfront and honest and did not try to upsell anything. He was able to come on a Sunday afternoon same day I called. He took the time to show me and my husband everything he was doing and what our system needed. I could not be happier with he service! read more

EVO AIR just replace my 12 year old traditional water heater with a tankless (Navien NPE-240A) with a recirculating valve. I had gotten multiple quotes and their prices are extremely competitive. Ivaylo the business owner is extremely responsive and came out with his master plumber for the initial quote. My existing water heater was in the garage next to an hold HVAC system. The two of them came up with a great design plan for the tankless install while also considering the future work for the HVAC install. On the day of the install, the same two people came out along with a third and got the job done in 4-5 hrs. It was comforting having the same people providing the quote as the ones that are actually doing the work. They provided updates along the process to ensure things would be installed the way I wanted and couldn't be more pleased with their work. I will definitely be reaching back out to EVO AIR when it comes time to upgrade my HVAC system! read more

Evo came out and did an evaluation of our system when I was buying the home and I used the information to try and negotiate with the seller. The report was good and the diagnostics performed and the information contained in the report were very good. Ultimately, we got a bid and we moved forward 5 months after the bid. His bid was about 50% of a competing bid we received. Still, after 5 months the price did not change. I called Evo and he was temporarily out of the country, but he still responded quickly and even ordered the equipment at that time. I was immediately contacted as soon as he returned. The system was installed within one week. He worked with our schedule and made the installation only during the times we were home because of our preference for that. He did little extras at no extra fee. They even used a long padded runner that covered the floor so that the hardwood floor would not be damaged while they took out the old furnace and put in the new one. He provided a solution for our under deck AC unit that others did not even consider. I highly recommend these services for: price; quality and overall service level. read more

We needed a tankless water heater installed and could not be happier with EVO AIR from start to finish. Professional, experienced, good price, they go above and beyond, etc. At the very least you should reach out for a quote to see for yourself. We got a quote from our go-to plumber (they are awesome) for installing Navien NPE-240A2 with some options. We found EVO AIR on Navien's website as a certified installer to get a competitive quote. EVO AIR was significantly better on price, but also explained all the same options in more detail. Our water tank area shares a thin wall with our living room so day of installation they ran to home depot to get some extra materials to add spacing when I mentioned my concern. Definitely going above and beyond. On top of that they came back a few days later with some new pipe fittings to rehook where our desalination and tankless were draining to be more flush with the wall at no charge (we have a odd/tight setup with a desalination system all packed into the same area). Again above and beyond. The installation day itself was seamless, they were on time, walked through the options and how it would look before doing it, efficient, etc and it looks great. Highly recommend them and very happy with the tankless water heater. read more

Evo is the best! He installed a brand new HVAC system and a tankless hot water heater for us in February and the experience was so wonderful from beginning to end. Evo is a perfectionist! He is extremely detailed, communicative, thoughtful and professional. We truly lucked out with him and his team. We have heard horror stories from our friends that dealt with other companies and it just makes us feel even more grateful that we went with Evo. Our AC unit broke down right before a heat wave. Thank god Ivaylo at EVO was quick to respond and come check it out. He was able to fix it, but it did stop working again a week later. He then again quickly responded and fixed it. Unfortunately, it wasn't blowing cold air, so he came back a few hours later to fix it again at no charge. While it took a few tries to get it all fixed, we really appreciated how responsive/quick he was. Also appreciated that he took the time to explain the issues and send pictures of what he was seeing. We need to get our whole system serviced this winter and will definitely be giving him a call because we appreciated the high level of customer service. read more
