He also went ahead and corrected the paint from the previous repair and it looks great too. Turnaround was incredibly fast--dropped it off Friday and had it back by Sunday. My Subaru hydroplaned on 290 Labor Day weekend. Slammed into wall parallel and ruined my driver…read moreside suspension. Sam's shop is less than 2 miles from my house and reviews were good. Had it towed there. He was fast and got my car drivable quick. I was impressed! Although, no alignment. I was going to do no interest financing through Affirm, but he said he preferred cash and tacked on $125 for using Affirm. I brought back cash. $1680 total. I asked him for a receipt. He said he would send it to me. My car felt off but needed the alignment. Took it to my trusted mechanic who replaced all my suspension last summer. He told me the tie rod on front wheel wasn't done properly, bolt was tightened way too low. I also needed a wheel bearing and hub assembly. Told me was very unsafe to drive. Got that work done, another $1200. With a detailed receipt and warranty!! In the process, he showed me that Sam used junk parts on rear wheel suspension. Cross member, tie rod, both control arms and strut. He showed me the difference between the parts he put on last summer to Sam's junk parts. So I need to replace that strut as it's weak because salvage yard part. Sam has never sent me a professional receipt like I asked for. My car also came home with a long scratch on the opposite side of accident- passenger side. Sam got defensive and argued with me about it, pointed out his cameras and $100K cars, although he said he would buff it out but he didn't. In my opinion, Sam is an arrogant crook. No integrity and his business is just smoke and mirrors. Beware.

Needless to say I ended up purchasing the tires and they scheduled the appointment to have them put on right then and there. My appointment time arrives a few days later and it took them around two hours to do all five (including the back spare) and I am very impressed with the quality of work. Sure they may have a lambo always parked outside their establishment, but that's really there to lure you in, thinking the place must be good if they do work on expensive cars. I brought my car here to install a 2-way pager alarm. My initial quote was $440, which is relatively cheaper than taking it to a legitimate shop. I dropped my car off in the morning and they said my car would be complete at 1:00 pm. At 12:30pm I called and asked if my car was ready and they said around 3:00 pm. That's no problem. At 2:30 pm I called again asking if my car was ready, they said 5:00 pm. Ok no worries. I arranged someone to take me there at 5:00 pm, hoping my car would be finished. Turns out they haven't even started working on my car. They started to work on my car after about 30 minutes of waiting. Once it was done, I went to pay. The man behind the counter charged me an additional $40 for "necessary add-ons". I was not happy. I was finally about to get my car out by the time their shop closed. In fact, they were waiting on the technician to finish working on my car before they could close (which made them rush the job). Success, I thought, since my car now had a new distinct chirp when I unlocked and locked my car. I drove back home to Pearland and parked the car over night. I had a lot of issues with my remote start so I decided to take it back the next day since it was already dark. The next morning I inspected their job. There was cut pieces of insulation and bits of wire EVERYWHERE in my car. They did not bother to clean up the mess they have created. Not only that, my 12V port was no longer secured to the dash or even connected. They must have disassembled it taken apart the entire console and forgot to re-attach it. As I started to fix the problem myself, I noticed that they cracked my cup holder. I drove back to the place and waited inside for someone to help me. There were three guys behind the counter eating lunch, not even acknowledging me. I guess lunch time is more important than customer. No respect what so ever. At least they helped me resolve the remote start issue later on. I didn't even bother mentioning the cracked cup holder or 12V port since I didn't want them touching my car again. Overall, I would never recommend anyone to this place. I came here because I was referred by a friend and I wanted an alarm on my car so it won't get vandalized. It's not easy concealing a Glock 19 everywhere you go...
